四川大學國家基金委出國留學英語培訓心得

2013年2月25日~6月25日，我有幸參加了四川大學出國留學第66期的英語培訓班。在這里首先要感謝學校和石工院領導為我們提供了這樣一次寶貴的學習機會，為我們員工創(chuàng)造了這么好的脫產(chǎn)學習環(huán)境，本次英語培訓的時間是短暫的，影響卻是深遠的。

上課的每一位老師都很認真負責，課程安排很充實。聽課的每位老師也是那樣的專心致志。

作為土生土長在中國并且沒有國外生活經(jīng)歷的“土著人”，講一口純正地道的英語可謂難上加難，兩個外教老師Edmund和Oswald針對我們的弱點，一遍一遍不厭其煩的教我們?nèi)绾晤I悟每一個單詞的發(fā)音奧妙，再把單詞放在句子里，不斷讓我們體會與實踐其中的連讀與重讀，使我們掌握了一套獨特的口語學習方法，發(fā)音和朗讀水平大大提高。在培訓中，我們不光提高了自己的口語水平，還提高了自己的人文素養(yǎng)，加強了自己的主人翁意識，體會到自己的一言一行都代表著西南石油大學的形象。

兩個聽力老師晏戚和趙瑄給我們總結(jié)了如何提高聽力的十條： ①選擇聽力材料要符合個人實際水平，太難或太容易都不好；

②反復聽十遍還聽不清楚，就要查對原文，以便搞清問題出在那里； ③練習完整地聽懂一句話之后再默寫；

④大聲跟讀?？梢赃吙粗涗浉澹吀ヒ魡T朗讀；

⑤練習精聽的同時，加大泛聽練習，選擇完全新的材料，只聽一到三遍，掌握大意即可，同時養(yǎng)成每天堅持聽英語廣播的習慣。

⑥逐漸培養(yǎng)一遍聽懂的能力，只在特別難的地方才用聽寫法；

⑦每天保持相當量的練習，只有練到一定的數(shù)量，才能在大腦中構(gòu)造一個英語區(qū)。

按照以上方法，我在這四個多月中的訓練中聽力有了明顯的提高，自信心也明顯提高。

閱讀和寫作方面，兩位老師陳春發(fā)和張昂給了我很大的啟發(fā)，閱讀需要做到的是定向閱讀，即在原文中找準問題的cue words所在，然后精心閱讀，將原文的信息詞和問題的信息詞進行比對，完成閱讀。另外，關于段落提煉一個headline，陳老師以練代教，讓我學習到了如何總結(jié)出每一段的headline。寫作的心得是要從以下幾方面提高自身的寫作能力：加強詞匯和句型的基本功訓練，即建立寫作 1 庫房；采用讀寫結(jié)合訓練和說寫結(jié)合訓練。一是模仿句式結(jié)構(gòu)，模仿還要動筆。二是循序漸進，從詞到句，積累詞匯。由句連貫成段。從說到寫，掌握語法。英語本身是一種結(jié)構(gòu)語言，它具有自身的固定搭配，習慣用語和基本句式。因而我們要時時注意這些語言知識，不斷積累語法知識，多做口頭翻譯練習，多做閱讀練習。日積月累，從多方面來豐富自己的英語語言素材。三是積累素材，記句型。多看一些英語課外書籍，多動腦，勤筆記，積累一些有價值的英語精彩片段，典型句式，慣用短語。記場景。平時自己也可多動筆，記下每天所發(fā)生的簡單的事例，以此來增強自己的英語語言表達能力。為將來作文積累素材。四是強化訓練。經(jīng)過一定時間的訓練，已經(jīng)具備了一定的遣詞造句的能力，此時進行一系列模仿性的寫作訓練。每周進行寫作練習，要注意運用已經(jīng)積累的固定搭配，習慣用語和基本句式。

此次培訓還搭建了學習交流的平臺，這次英語培訓雖然時間緊，任務重，但是經(jīng)過我不斷的努力完成了學習的任務，特別的是明白了自己的今后努力方向，在這里智慧與思想發(fā)生美麗的碰撞，實踐與探索實現(xiàn)親切的交融，教師英語能力得以提升；這里是交流的平臺，是學術的天堂，是展示教師個性和英語的舞臺。我將與廣大的教師朋友在出國培訓這個大舞臺中盡情地交流、學習，為英語學習質(zhì)量的提高堅持不懈。

其實每次培訓對我而言都是彌足珍貴，一個人只有放開眼界去交流溝通才能豐富自己提高自己，學然后知不足。最重要的是：在這里我感受到了最新的教學理念，原來英語教學是可以這樣的有趣和豐富多彩，他們打破常規(guī)的講解使我耳目一新，這使我產(chǎn)生把他們新的理念運用到今后我的學生的強烈愿望。

授人與魚不如授人與漁，這段時間不僅學了很多的英語知識和異國文化，而且領悟到了一種英語學習的方法。這是我此次培訓最大的收獲。

一、活動背景

隨著時代的發(fā)展,民族逐漸融合,“地球村”也越來越小.如何使中國與國際社會進行更好的交流,促進彼此的發(fā)展,是當代中國大學生不可推卸的責任。而英語作為世界上使用最廣泛的語言，在國際的交流中自然起著至關重要的作用。所以，英語水平已成為衡量當代大學生素質(zhì)的基本標準之一。因此，本著“全院參與，辦出特色，發(fā)現(xiàn)人才，培養(yǎng)學習興趣”的宗旨，商院學習部舉辦一次面向全院同學的英語演講比賽，以提高同學們的英語口語水平，提供一個可以展現(xiàn)自我，激勵他人的舞臺，并且加強在校大學生的競爭意識。

二、活動目的

一、活動背景

隨著時代的發(fā)展，民族逐漸融合，“地球村”也越來越小，如何使中國與國際社會進行更好的交流，促使彼此的發(fā)展，是當代大學生不可推卸的責任。而英語作為世界上使用最廣泛的語言，在國際的交流中自然起著至關重要的作用。所以，英語口語更顯得尤為重要，并且我國早已將英語列為大學生的必修課課程之

一。因此，特舉辦英語演講比賽活動展現(xiàn)大學生對英語的綜合運用能力。

二、活動目的

提高大學生的英語口語水平，提供一個展現(xiàn)自我，激勵他人的舞臺。展現(xiàn)川大學子的風采，激發(fā)同學們對演講的濃厚興趣。豐富同學們的課余生活，繁榮校園文化。同時為非英語專業(yè)的英語愛好者提供一個與知名專家面對面交流的機會，讓他們找到學習英語的靈感。充分展現(xiàn)當代大學生積極向上的青春活力，打造智慧川大，青春川大。

四、宣傳方案

1.海報 ：一張噴繪海報，11月14日-17日張貼于青廣展板； 2.網(wǎng)上宣傳：

1)人人主頁：11月14日，在三個學院人人主頁發(fā)布比賽通知。3.活動后期：

1)新聞稿：活動結(jié)束后由公共管理學院團委學生會學習部干事撰寫新

聞稿。

2)總結(jié)：活動結(jié)束后由公共管理學院團委學生會學習部干事撰寫活動

總結(jié)。

五、前期準備 1.11月14日，由口腔學習部申請一間可容納150人的教室。

2.11月13日，由口腔學習部通知選手決賽時間、決賽地點、制作決賽ppt以及于16日21：00——22：00交于15舍活動室。

3.11月15日，由經(jīng)濟學習部聯(lián)系宣傳部裝扮決賽黑板。4.11月13日，由公管學習部申請一張展板。

5.11月14日，由口腔學習部聯(lián)系口腔的公關禮儀部出3名禮儀。6.11月14日，由公管學習部上午將展板放置于青廣。7.11月14日，由口腔學習部聯(lián)系本次決賽主持人。8.11月14日，由口腔學習部向外教評委發(fā)出邀請函，經(jīng)濟學習部向新東方教師評委發(fā)出邀請函。

9.11月15日，由經(jīng)濟學習部制作選手簽到表、選手聯(lián)系表、評分細則以及統(tǒng)分表。10.11月16日，由公管學習部收取選手ppt.11.11月17日，由口腔學習部中午購買決賽活動物品，確認所需物資。

六、決賽活動現(xiàn)場布置

1.11月17日下午17：00，各部門到各自學院活動室集合，將所需物品搬

到活動現(xiàn)場。

2.下午17點30分，工作人員進入現(xiàn)場開始布置。3.提前試用多媒體，話筒試音。

4.評委席和選手席的安排、氣球的懸掛、三院院旗的懸掛及現(xiàn)場物品的擺

放：礦泉水、簽到表、評委和計分人員所需的筆和紙等。5.18點40確定主持人、評委及參賽選手是否到場。6.兩位禮儀引導評委簽到、入座。

七、決賽活動流程

1.主持人致開場白,同時介紹本次決賽的到場評委和嘉賓。主持人介紹決賽

賽制及評分標準?！緵Q賽采取半即興演講，決賽前通知選手決賽演講的主題，當天則需結(jié)合抽簽抽到的關鍵詞來圍繞主題演講。按照初賽的成績由低到高的順序安排選手的演講先后順序。每名選手在自己演講前抽一個關鍵詞（不放回），接著進行3min內(nèi)的自我介紹+主題演講（即圍繞主題和關鍵詞長嘆自己的所見所聞或個人感想，表達形式提倡新穎多樣，有獨創(chuàng)性），然后評委點評2min左右?！?/p>

2.主持人介紹，引出第一位參賽選手，選手從15個關鍵詞中抽一個進行演

講。第二名選手上臺。

3.第二名選手上臺。抽取。演講。每人總時間控制在6分鐘以內(nèi)。

4.全部選手結(jié)束演講。評委進行總評和總結(jié)。同時工作人員快速統(tǒng)計好分

數(shù)。

5.主持人公布比賽結(jié)果。頒發(fā)獎狀（決賽前先把獎狀蓋好章。每張獎狀都

蓋3個學院的章。）。比賽正式結(jié)束。獲獎同學和評委合影。6.工作人員清理現(xiàn)場。

八、活動后期

1.由公共管理學院學習部干事于11月17日晚24:00前寫出新聞稿，并于 18日中午12：00寫出活動總結(jié)。2.整理照片及材料進行報賬。

九、應急預案

1.臨近活動前期，隨時檢查海報張貼情況是否完好，如有損壞，及時修補。2.若參賽選手不能參賽，則及時調(diào)整選手出場順序號，并通知其他參賽選

手，以保證其做好充分的準備。
