調(diào)查目的：從低碳入手，了解低碳生活的概念，從而更好地付諸實施，創(chuàng)造更綠色的經(jīng)濟及生活

調(diào)查對象：縣城及周邊地區(qū)的居民

調(diào)查時間：2010年8月13日----8月20日

調(diào)查方式：走訪，觀察，問卷調(diào)查以及上網(wǎng)搜尋

調(diào)查內(nèi)容：

1、了解幾個重要概念：

（1）低碳生活（Low-carbon life）就是減少二氧化碳的排放,就是低能量、低消耗、低開支的生活。就是指生活作息時所耗用的能量要盡力減少，從而減低碳，特別是二氧化碳的排放量，從而減少對大氣的污染，減緩生態(tài)惡化，主要是從節(jié)電節(jié)氣和回收三個環(huán)節(jié)來改變生活細(xì)節(jié)。低碳生活是目前全世界環(huán)保主義者倡導(dǎo)的、保護(hù)地球、保護(hù)生存環(huán)境的健康生活方式。低碳生活，對于我們普通人來說是一種態(tài)度，而不是能力，我們應(yīng)該積極提倡并去實踐低碳生活，注意節(jié)電、節(jié)油、節(jié)氣，從點滴做起。除了種樹，還有人買運輸里程很短的商品，有人堅持爬樓梯，形形色色，有的很有趣，有的不免有些麻煩。但關(guān)心全球氣候變暖的人們卻把減少二氧化碳實實在在地帶入了生活。網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的低碳經(jīng)濟（LCE）是指一個經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)只有很少或沒有溫室氣體排出到大氣層，或指一個經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的碳足印接近于或等于零。低碳經(jīng)濟可讓大氣中的溫室氣體含量穩(wěn)定在一個適當(dāng)?shù)乃?，避免劇烈的氣候改變，減少惡劣氣候令人類造成傷害的機會，因過高的溫室氣體濃度可以會引致災(zāi)難性的全球氣候變化，會為人類的將來帶來負(fù)面影響。

（2）碳排量：碳排放是關(guān)于溫室氣體排放的一個總稱或簡稱。溫室氣體中最主要的氣體是二氧化碳，因此用碳（Carbon）一詞作為代表。雖然并不準(zhǔn)確，但作為讓民眾最快了解的方法就是簡單地將“碳排放”理解為“二氧化碳排放”。多數(shù)科學(xué)家和政府承認(rèn)溫室氣體已經(jīng)并將繼續(xù)為地球和人類帶來災(zāi)難，所以“控制碳排放”對于我們生活的地球是有實際意義的。

在我們的日常生活中，其實是一直都在排放著二氧化碳，比如我們坐汽車要耗費燃油，燃油燃燒就產(chǎn)生二氧化碳，排放在空氣中就增加了碳排放。我們 1

每天要看電視用電腦，這些家電都耗費電能，電能的生產(chǎn)是要消耗大量的煤炭，煤炭的消耗也要排除大量的二氧化碳。因此，如何通過節(jié)約能源，節(jié)制我們的日常生活，如少用空調(diào)，少用暖氣，少開車，少坐飛機等等，都是屬于低碳生活的一部分。

我們生活中的碳排量是可以計算的。家居用電的二氧化碳排放量（kg）＝耗電度數(shù)×0.785。根據(jù)這個二氧化碳排放量的計算器還可以算出市民開車、乘坐飛機、吃一個漢堡等到底能排放出多少二氧化碳，從而計算出碳排放量。

2、首先走訪周邊一些居民，了解基本情況，大致詢問近三年涉及到碳排放的一些情況，然后再在周邊進(jìn)行觀察，設(shè)計出碳排放量的一些相關(guān)問題

3、調(diào)查問卷的發(fā)放

通過網(wǎng)上搜索以及我個人的觀察，設(shè)計好問卷，問卷涉及到我們家庭日常生活中的吃、穿、住、行、玩，這些方面我們都采取了哪些方式，與三年前比，我們的碳排量增長了還是下降了。然后把這些問卷在縣城及周邊范圍內(nèi)發(fā)放，送到住戶里，然后定期收回，進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。

調(diào)查結(jié)果：我們生活中的碳排量比三年前增加6%

由我同學(xué)幫忙，總共發(fā)了100份問卷，實收100份，有效問卷96份。根據(jù)這些問卷調(diào)查問題分析如下：

1.潛山家庭汽車使用量比三年前增加了30%，這也就是說，就出行汽車消費，比三年前的碳排量增加了30%。但是由于汽車還不是潛山縣家庭出行的主要工具，所以次指標(biāo)增長幅度很大，但總量很小。

2.家電的更新?lián)Q代較多，節(jié)能型家電逐漸被市民認(rèn)同，所以家電的電耗費量增長只有3%。

3.潛山人吃穿的消費增長量逐漸下落，吃的逐漸趨于綠色，早市、夜市紅火，所以按碳排量計算器的計算，吃穿的碳排量增長幅度只有1%。

4.隨著節(jié)能建筑的流行，潛山人均住的能源消費趨于下降，住房碳排量下降2%。

5.以玩為目的的休閑娛樂方式在改變，人們私家車的增加，增加了活動半徑，所以玩的碳排量上升1.5%。

綜合上述，潛山人家庭生活中的碳排量比三年前增加6%。

調(diào)查體會：

通過這次調(diào)查研究，首先我了解了低碳的概念以及其他的相關(guān)知識，然后就是對我們身邊的生活有了更進(jìn)一步的了解，對身邊的環(huán)境有了更多的認(rèn)識。當(dāng)今社會，低碳生活被認(rèn)為是一種時尚生活逐漸被人們認(rèn)同，但是實施的人群相對較少。就是說，人們都有了低碳生活的意識，但卻沒有落實到行動上。因此，我們，作為一名大學(xué)生，向大家倡議低碳生活，希望大家在生活中注意以下細(xì)節(jié)：

1.改變用全自動洗衣機洗衣服的習(xí)慣，改用手洗衣服，既節(jié)約又環(huán)保。倡導(dǎo)每周用手洗衣服一次。

2.盡量拒絕一次性餐巾紙、一次性筷子和一次性紙杯，因為這些制造離不開樹木，破壞森林資源。建議改用手帕、竹筷子和玻璃杯，既保護(hù)森林，又少消耗能源。

3.買菜盡量騎自行車到郊區(qū)買菜，減少蔬菜用汽車運輸，從而減少碳排量。

4.沒有用節(jié)能燈泡的家庭，建議盡量把家里的燈泡都換成了節(jié)能燈，以節(jié)約能源。

5.盡量吃自己做的飯菜，不要吃成品食品和小食品，以減少制造這些食品過程中浪費能源。

6.去超市或菜市場，盡量自己帶現(xiàn)成的或自制的購物袋。

7.盡量減少私家車的使用，或不開車，步行或騎自行車，以減少對環(huán)境的污染。

8.寫過字的紙也要利用，把背面用做算草，減少筆記本和紙張的使用，以保護(hù)森林。

9.盡量不去游樂場玩電動玩具，減少電能消耗。

10.盡量喝白開水，不喝飲料和瓶裝水，以減少制造和運輸這些產(chǎn)品所耗費的能源。

調(diào)查總結(jié)：

現(xiàn)在，我們所說的低碳經(jīng)濟，是指在可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的指導(dǎo)下，通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型、新能源開發(fā)等多種手段，盡可能地減少煤炭、石油等高碳能源消耗，減少溫室氣體排放，達(dá)到經(jīng)濟社會與生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)雙贏的一種

經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形態(tài)。所謂的優(yōu)質(zhì)生活，就是更多地來源于低碳經(jīng)濟的“綠色”生活??低碳生活，可以說是源于低碳經(jīng)濟開發(fā)下的優(yōu)質(zhì)生活。享受低碳經(jīng)濟帶來的優(yōu)質(zhì)生活，幾件生活小事便可以滿足：使用布袋代替塑料袋；提倡步行代替坐車；節(jié)水節(jié)電；購買綠色產(chǎn)品等，這些生活小事都應(yīng)時時記在我們腦中。

Nowadays fake commodities have flooded almost every inch of the market.Wherever you are, whatever you do, it seems that you can hardly have fallen prey to them.In other words, it is highly probable that you have bought some of those fake goods or products of inferior quality。Needless to say, fake commodities have already done great harm to our society.On the one hand, they will ruin the good reputation of genuine products and disturb the balance of the market.On the other hand, the prevalence of such products has hindered interpersonal relationship and resulted in the decline of public morality.As a consequence, they have wasted exhaustible resources, endangered people’s precious life and health, and in the long run eroded public trust。

Then, what should be done to do away with fake commodities? To start with, the government needs to tighten its inspection program and strengthen its enforcement policies.Secondly, honest businessmen should modify some long-accepted practices at the protection of their intellectual property right.Most important of all, we consumers will have to do a better job of learning how to distinguish between the genuine and the phoney and definitely say no to the fake ones.In one word, the coordinated effort of the whole society will put an end to fake commodities.
