1、了解幾個(gè)重要概念：

（2）碳排量：碳排放是關(guān)于溫室氣體排放的一個(gè)總稱或簡(jiǎn)稱。溫室氣體中最主要的氣體是二氧化碳，因此用碳（Carbon）一詞作為代表。雖然并不準(zhǔn)確，但作為讓民眾最快了解的方法就是簡(jiǎn)單地將“碳排放”理解為“二氧化碳排放”。多數(shù)科學(xué)家和政府承認(rèn)溫室氣體已經(jīng)并將繼續(xù)為地球和人類帶來災(zāi)難，所以“控制碳排放”對(duì)于我們生活的地球是有實(shí)際意義的。

在我們的日常生活中，其實(shí)是一直都在排放著二氧化碳，比如我們坐汽車要耗費(fèi)燃油，燃油燃燒就產(chǎn)生二氧化碳，排放在空氣中就增加了碳排放。我們 1

我們生活中的碳排量是可以計(jì)算的。家居用電的二氧化碳排放量（kg）＝耗電度數(shù)×0.785。根據(jù)這個(gè)二氧化碳排放量的計(jì)算器還可以算出市民開車、乘坐飛機(jī)、吃一個(gè)漢堡等到底能排放出多少二氧化碳，從而計(jì)算出碳排放量。

2、首先走訪周邊一些居民，了解基本情況，大致詢問近三年涉及到碳排放的一些情況，然后再在周邊進(jìn)行觀察，設(shè)計(jì)出碳排放量的一些相關(guān)問題

3、調(diào)查問卷的發(fā)放

通過網(wǎng)上搜索以及我個(gè)人的觀察，設(shè)計(jì)好問卷，問卷涉及到我們家庭日常生活中的吃、穿、住、行、玩，這些方面我們都采取了哪些方式，與三年前比，我們的碳排量增長(zhǎng)了還是下降了。然后把這些問卷在縣城及周邊范圍內(nèi)發(fā)放，送到住戶里，然后定期收回，進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。

調(diào)查結(jié)果：我們生活中的碳排量比三年前增加6%

由我同學(xué)幫忙，總共發(fā)了100份問卷，實(shí)收100份，有效問卷96份。根據(jù)這些問卷調(diào)查問題分析如下：

1.潛山家庭汽車使用量比三年前增加了30%，這也就是說，就出行汽車消費(fèi)，比三年前的碳排量增加了30%。但是由于汽車還不是潛山縣家庭出行的主要工具，所以次指標(biāo)增長(zhǎng)幅度很大，但總量很小。

2.家電的更新?lián)Q代較多，節(jié)能型家電逐漸被市民認(rèn)同，所以家電的電耗費(fèi)量增長(zhǎng)只有3%。

3.潛山人吃穿的消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)量逐漸下落，吃的逐漸趨于綠色，早市、夜市紅火，所以按碳排量計(jì)算器的計(jì)算，吃穿的碳排量增長(zhǎng)幅度只有1%。

4.隨著節(jié)能建筑的流行，潛山人均住的能源消費(fèi)趨于下降，住房碳排量下降2%。

5.以玩為目的的休閑娛樂方式在改變，人們私家車的增加，增加了活動(dòng)半徑，所以玩的碳排量上升1.5%。

綜合上述，潛山人家庭生活中的碳排量比三年前增加6%。

調(diào)查體會(huì)：

通過這次調(diào)查研究，首先我了解了低碳的概念以及其他的相關(guān)知識(shí)，然后就是對(duì)我們身邊的生活有了更進(jìn)一步的了解，對(duì)身邊的環(huán)境有了更多的認(rèn)識(shí)。當(dāng)今社會(huì)，低碳生活被認(rèn)為是一種時(shí)尚生活逐漸被人們認(rèn)同，但是實(shí)施的人群相對(duì)較少。就是說，人們都有了低碳生活的意識(shí)，但卻沒有落實(shí)到行動(dòng)上。因此，我們，作為一名大學(xué)生，向大家倡議低碳生活，希望大家在生活中注意以下細(xì)節(jié)：

1.改變用全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)洗衣服的習(xí)慣，改用手洗衣服，既節(jié)約又環(huán)保。倡導(dǎo)每周用手洗衣服一次。

2.盡量拒絕一次性餐巾紙、一次性筷子和一次性紙杯，因?yàn)檫@些制造離不開樹木，破壞森林資源。建議改用手帕、竹筷子和玻璃杯，既保護(hù)森林，又少消耗能源。

3.買菜盡量騎自行車到郊區(qū)買菜，減少蔬菜用汽車運(yùn)輸，從而減少碳排量。

4.沒有用節(jié)能燈泡的家庭，建議盡量把家里的燈泡都換成了節(jié)能燈，以節(jié)約能源。

5.盡量吃自己做的飯菜，不要吃成品食品和小食品，以減少制造這些食品過程中浪費(fèi)能源。

6.去超市或菜市場(chǎng)，盡量自己帶現(xiàn)成的或自制的購物袋。

7.盡量減少私家車的使用，或不開車，步行或騎自行車，以減少對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。

8.寫過字的紙也要利用，把背面用做算草，減少筆記本和紙張的使用，以保護(hù)森林。

9.盡量不去游樂場(chǎng)玩電動(dòng)玩具，減少電能消耗。

10.盡量喝白開水，不喝飲料和瓶裝水，以減少制造和運(yùn)輸這些產(chǎn)品所耗費(fèi)的能源。

現(xiàn)在，我們所說的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)，是指在可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的指導(dǎo)下，通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型、新能源開發(fā)等多種手段，盡可能地減少煤炭、石油等高碳能源消耗，減少溫室氣體排放，達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)雙贏的一種
