一份完整的經(jīng)驗(yàn)材料，通常由開頭、正文、結(jié)束語三個(gè)部分組成。其中結(jié)束語這一部分，如果不是在會(huì)上介紹，一般也可以舍去不寫。

另一種是縱式結(jié)構(gòu)，按照事物發(fā)展過程來敘述，幾個(gè)觀點(diǎn)或做法，既互相聯(lián)系，又逐步深入，相互之間為遞進(jìn)關(guān)系。如，有份加強(qiáng)干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具體寫了三點(diǎn)做法：一是全面考核，力求選準(zhǔn)配強(qiáng)；二是加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)，努力提高素質(zhì)；三是保持穩(wěn)定，不斷增長才干。這三點(diǎn)做法，逐步深入地回答了“選配—提高—穩(wěn)定”這三個(gè)一環(huán)緊扣一環(huán)的問題。在處理遞進(jìn)關(guān)系上，必須注意，“遞進(jìn)只能按事物的客觀規(guī)律和發(fā)展順序遞進(jìn)”，不能違背規(guī)律而任意顛倒。

無論采用何種結(jié)構(gòu)形式，具體到每個(gè)問題或每個(gè)做法，一般都由“為什么、是什么、怎么樣”這三個(gè)要素構(gòu)成?！盀槭裁础?，即提出問題，講清目的；“是什么”，即回答問題，交代做法；“怎么樣”，即運(yùn)用結(jié)果，證實(shí)效果。

文字——行文要活，語言要美

一篇辭義相彰的應(yīng)用文，能夠給人以美感。而經(jīng)驗(yàn)材料作為寫作要求更高、表現(xiàn)手法更靈活的應(yīng)用文，尤應(yīng)在文采上下功夫，包括結(jié)構(gòu)、句式、遣詞的精心設(shè)計(jì)。當(dāng)然，經(jīng)驗(yàn)材料的寫作畢竟不同于文學(xué)創(chuàng)作，應(yīng)本著符合實(shí)際、實(shí)事求是的態(tài)度，一切杜撰以及胡亂夸張，都應(yīng)堅(jiān)決予以摒棄。在具體寫作過程中，需注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
