本學期，我擔任六年級的英語教學工作?，F(xiàn)對本學期的教學工作做一總結(jié)。

一、學習課標，明確教學目標。

為了使我的英語教學適應(yīng)新時期英語教學要求、樹立起新的育人理念，我抽休息時間對《英語課程標準》進行了研讀，了解了此次英語課程改革的目的、掌握了此次英語改革的重點、明確了英語課程各級的總目標和各內(nèi)容的分級目標、理解了英語教學原則、學會了一些科學評價原則等，從而為后面的教學提供了充分的依據(jù)、奠定了的扎實的基礎(chǔ)、保證了教學的順利進行。

二、扎實備課，理清教學思路。

備課是課堂教學的重要環(huán)節(jié)，我在備課時做到了以下幾點：

１、課前備課，做到“有備而來”。我認真閱讀各種教學參考書，既備教材、教法，又備學生。結(jié)合學生的實際和教材的內(nèi)容，既要考慮知識的縱向聯(lián)系，又要考慮新知的橫向銜接；既要突出重點，又要突破難點；既要體現(xiàn)出完整的教學過程，又要注意好各環(huán)節(jié)的過渡自然。

２、課中備課，靈活安排簡單易操作的游戲活動。我通過游戲引入新課教學時，為了不打消學生的積極性，我在實施教學的時候，總是盡量設(shè)計一些簡單易操作的游戲及活動，將教學內(nèi)容層層鋪開，把枯燥乏味的課堂變?yōu)樯鷦佑腥ぁ翱鞓繁ぁ保屗麄冊诳鞓分袑W習，在玩中獲得新知，通過反復的趣味操練（如：唱、演、玩、畫、涂色、做手工等形式）來鞏固所學新知。在活動中學生們都樂于參與，充分調(diào)動了學生們的情感態(tài)度和興趣，學生的積極性得到了充分發(fā)揮，教學效果良好。

３、課后備課，總結(jié)教學經(jīng)驗。每上完一單元，我都及時對該單元作出總結(jié)和反思，寫出教后感，肯定本節(jié)課成功的地方，探討該單元的不足之處，為以后的教學工作打下基礎(chǔ)。

三、認真上課，體現(xiàn)以人為本。

1、巧設(shè)導入，培養(yǎng)興趣。每節(jié)的教學我首先通過做游戲、唱英語歌來激發(fā)學生的學習興趣，讓學生融洽在學習英語的氛圍內(nèi)。

2、圖文結(jié)合，掌握新知。根據(jù)教材“圖文并茂”的特點，充分運用單詞卡片、實物教具、簡筆畫及肢體語言來啟發(fā)學生，使學生帶著明確的任務(wù)目標，并借助圖片、動作、表情等手段掌握其義，讓他們積極主動參與學習獲取新知過程，培養(yǎng)他們學習英語的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時，我不厭其煩，耐心教導學生認讀，力爭讓他們學了就懂，懂了會用，培養(yǎng)他們認讀的能力。在學習新知的同時，還適時對他們進行思想教育。

3、游戲活動，鞏固新知。在完成了每節(jié)課的新授任務(wù)后，抓住學生爭強好勝的心理，通過師生互動、生生互動的游戲活動將教學內(nèi)容層層鋪開；為了尊重學生的個體差異，營造寬松的學習環(huán)境，以簡單易操作的趣味性、多樣化游戲為主來實施教學，讓學生進行反復模仿、認讀、玩演、視聽，從而給他們提供充分的活動和交流機會，讓學生在玩的過程中獲得新知，提高他們語言的運用能力，培養(yǎng)他們的學習興趣。

四、努力總結(jié)和發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時調(diào)整教學策略

在實際教學過程中，我還應(yīng)積極實踐，不斷探索，針對實際工作中出現(xiàn)的問題和學生身心特點，總結(jié)規(guī)律，認真思考，不斷摸索。

總之，要做好英語的“傳道、授業(yè)、解惑”，還要求教師繼續(xù)不斷的深入開發(fā)新的教學方法，深入鉆研教材，多讀書、多看報、多上網(wǎng)學習，利用一切可能的條件，不斷的充實自己、積累資料、研究教學，才能讓英語的教學成績百尺竿頭，更進一步。
