一、畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)創(chuàng)作（設(shè)計(jì)）作品照片（電子版）要求：作品照片命名范例：某某某畢業(yè)創(chuàng)作電子版

二、畢業(yè)生個(gè)人生活照片（電子版）

要求：個(gè)人生活照片命名范例：某某某個(gè)人生活照電子版

三、畢業(yè)創(chuàng)作（設(shè)計(jì)）作品基本信息:

包括：作品名稱、尺寸（以CM為單位）、種類、作品的創(chuàng)作說(shuō)明（內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)明扼要，不超過(guò)60字）

四、畢業(yè)生的姓名、專業(yè)、班級(jí)、指導(dǎo)教師姓名

要求：

1.上述第三、四項(xiàng)要求用WORLD文檔形式書寫，并提交電子版。

2.上述所有信息存放在一個(gè)文件夾中，以學(xué)生姓名、學(xué)號(hào)命名后，以指導(dǎo)教師為單位上交電子版。

3.以上信息在5月26日前由各專業(yè)（教研室）干事統(tǒng)一上交至遲儉輝老師處。

注：作品拍攝由系內(nèi)統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行拍攝，具體由各專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)組織好學(xué)生作品并擬定拍攝時(shí)間，提前將擬定的拍攝時(shí)間告知美術(shù)系辦公室。
