憶往昔，崢嶸歲月。五十五年寒來(lái)暑往，五十五個(gè)春秋夏冬，歷史的長(zhǎng)河不會(huì)忘記，歲月的滄桑記載了過(guò)去，職工醫(yī)院歷經(jīng)了幾代人的風(fēng)霜雪雨，從小到大，從弱到強(qiáng)，發(fā)展成為今天的擁有175張床位，集醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研、預(yù)防為一體的綜合性二級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院。2008年局黨委、林業(yè)局體制改革的政策，更給醫(yī)院帶來(lái)了明媚的春天，建立新機(jī)制，打破大鍋飯，開(kāi)展新技術(shù)，換來(lái)新面貌，職工醫(yī)院的今天燈火輝煌?，F(xiàn)在，我們的患者增加到100多人，已被確定為五常市城鎮(zhèn)職工、居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院，2009年1月至2009年5月，住院患者988人次，比去年同期增加了439人，業(yè)務(wù)收入3800.720.89元，比去年同期增加了184%，床位使用率達(dá)70%，5月份收入達(dá)到了105萬(wàn)元。人均工資翻番，最高達(dá)3000多元，最低1000元。

敬愛(ài)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，老師，親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們，大家好。今天我演講的題目是《夢(mèng)起華電，夢(mèng)圓華電》

很榮幸剛進(jìn)入大學(xué)，便迎來(lái)我校五十五周年華誕慶典。走過(guò)五十五年，我校完成了從北京電力學(xué)院到華北電力大學(xué)的蛻變，成為中國(guó)第一電力大學(xué)。

五十五年春華秋實(shí)，五十五年風(fēng)雨兼程，五十五年前，我們起步北京，五十五年后，我們佇立保定。

攜青春之夢(mèng)，我堅(jiān)定著步伐進(jìn)入華電，追理想之光，我繾綣著方向充實(shí)每天。

我們?nèi)A北電力濃厚的歷史積淀，讓每一位進(jìn)入華電的莘莘學(xué)子都有著一種自豪之情。莊嚴(yán)大氣的教學(xué)主樓，欣欣向榮的綠茵小路，充滿活力的運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)，書(shū)香四溢的圖書(shū)館……一幅幅美麗的景色將華電點(diǎn)綴，無(wú)論是朝陽(yáng)初上還是夕陽(yáng)欲頹，無(wú)論是晴空萬(wàn)里還是暴雨傾盆，華電，總有它獨(dú)特的美麗。

第五篇：《五十五條班規(guī)》觀后感

觀后感

看了《五十五條班規(guī)》這個(gè)電影以后，讓我思考了好久，給了我很大的啟發(fā)。

都說(shuō)國(guó)有國(guó)法，家有家規(guī)。我想說(shuō)，班也要有班規(guī)。沒(méi)有規(guī)矩不成方圓，好的班規(guī)是一個(gè)班成功的秘訣。在《五十五條班規(guī)》這個(gè)電影中充分的體現(xiàn)了這個(gè)道理。所以給我的第一個(gè)啟示是：在將來(lái)當(dāng)老師的時(shí)候，首先要給班里定班規(guī)，讓孩子們都朝著同一個(gè)方向努力。

那是整個(gè)學(xué)校歷最差的班級(jí)，什么都不好。一年里氣走了多少個(gè)老師。但是克拉克執(zhí)意要教這個(gè)班，并且有100%教好他們的把握。在他認(rèn)為，每個(gè)人都是好多生，只要肯做肯學(xué)。當(dāng)我當(dāng)老師的時(shí)候，要對(duì)孩子堅(jiān)定一個(gè)信念，每個(gè)孩子都是好孩子，都是聰明的孩子。不可以隨便說(shuō)某某孩子真笨之類的消極的話。

很多時(shí)候，我們不能都按照自己的方式去教學(xué)生，要適當(dāng)?shù)倪x擇孩子喜歡的方式。在影片中，克拉克老師不是一味的枯燥的麻木的講著書(shū)本上歷史的知識(shí)，而是換了一種孩子們?nèi)菀捉邮艿姆绞?，用rap的方式教學(xué)，這不僅讓孩子有興趣，還很容易記住歷史知識(shí)，真是一舉兩得。

當(dāng)老師最重要的一條就是有耐心。我想象著，在克拉克教那些孩子之前的所有老師里，除了沒(méi)有好的教學(xué)方法外，其次就是沒(méi)有耐心。克拉克叫這個(gè)班的過(guò)程中，也多次被這群孩子愚弄，即使他很氣憤，但到了第二天，他還是會(huì)去學(xué)校，去教那些孩子課程。最后，克拉克還是得到了這些孩子的喜歡。所以說(shuō)，耐心尤為重要！

電影的結(jié)尾是這個(gè)最差的班級(jí)成為所有的班級(jí)里最優(yōu)秀的班級(jí)，孩子們愛(ài)是愛(ài)他們的老師，感激他們的老師。這個(gè)結(jié)局告訴我只要我們對(duì)孩子多一點(diǎn)愛(ài)心，多一點(diǎn)幫助，多一點(diǎn)愛(ài)護(hù)，就會(huì)得到孩子們的喜愛(ài)，孩子們也是有感情的。
