本備課組英語教師認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和根據(jù)近幾年中考試題新特點(diǎn)及學(xué)生實(shí)際情況，吃透考綱的各條要求,制定詳細(xì)的復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃。在期末復(fù)習(xí)階段主要采用“三輪復(fù)習(xí)法”,先全面學(xué)習(xí)，后進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)復(fù)習(xí),最后適應(yīng)性考試復(fù)習(xí)，做到著眼全面，突出重點(diǎn)，點(diǎn)面結(jié)合，把全面復(fù)習(xí)和重點(diǎn)復(fù)習(xí)有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來，這樣既系統(tǒng)全面又有所側(cè)重，能使學(xué)生較好地掌握所學(xué)知識，考出優(yōu)異的成績。三．

具體計(jì)劃 1． 第一階段

邊上新課,邊進(jìn)行每個(gè)章節(jié)重要語法的概括總結(jié)的學(xué)習(xí)，同時(shí)進(jìn)行第一輪的考綱詞匯復(fù)習(xí)，以及寫作指導(dǎo)。

在上新課的同時(shí)，開始進(jìn)行詞匯和詞組的復(fù)習(xí)，利用早讀時(shí)間教學(xué)生朗讀考綱核心詞匯，并進(jìn)行聽默寫，及時(shí)批改及時(shí)反饋，在期終考試前完成第一輪的考綱詞匯復(fù)習(xí)。

（2）

每章復(fù)習(xí)一項(xiàng)語法（詞法或句法），精選配套練習(xí)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練鞏固。（3）

每天的作業(yè)安排至少一篇拓展閱讀題，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生提高綜合能力。（4）每1周進(jìn)行一次作文輔導(dǎo)，進(jìn)行分類和分階段的學(xué)習(xí)和訓(xùn)練。認(rèn)真做好中考作文題的范文評析及評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的學(xué)習(xí)；英語寫作的基本要求和基本技巧，例如：單詞大小寫、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號、串接詞等正確運(yùn)用；指導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)范文，并進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)性練習(xí)。

2． 第二階段

（1）第一輪重點(diǎn)以知識點(diǎn)掃描為主，夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

第本著“依綱靠本”和“溫故知新”的原則要求學(xué)生一步一個(gè)腳印，扎扎實(shí)實(shí)搞好基礎(chǔ)知識的復(fù)習(xí)，這一階段按教材順序歸納語言點(diǎn)，講透語言點(diǎn)運(yùn)用，對各個(gè)單元的知識要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行梳理，同時(shí)應(yīng)注重詞匯，詞組，句型的過關(guān)，并通過配套練習(xí)、復(fù)習(xí)檢測形成能力。復(fù)習(xí)以掌握并熟練運(yùn)用英語教材上的所有四會詞匯、語法、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、語言信息、社會生活信息為主。采取一些措施來鞏固和增強(qiáng)復(fù)習(xí)效果，比如，根據(jù)復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容布置適量難度適中的練習(xí)或循環(huán)考試，既每學(xué)完一部分后，進(jìn)行階段性測試，對試卷進(jìn)行評登記，以充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。一輪復(fù)習(xí)結(jié)束時(shí)間大約為四月中上旬。（2）第二輪復(fù)習(xí)是分塊復(fù)習(xí)。

根據(jù)中考說明“考試內(nèi)容和能力要求”分語音、詞匯（構(gòu)詞法，名詞，代詞，形容詞，副詞，冠詞，動詞）語法（賓語從句，狀語從句），幫助學(xué)生建立一個(gè)完整的知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)。這一輪復(fù)習(xí)要求突出重點(diǎn)。在總攬教材，學(xué)生對基礎(chǔ)知識掌握的比較扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，相應(yīng)地提高要求，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理消化，抓住重點(diǎn)，加深理解，強(qiáng)化記憶。第二輪復(fù)習(xí)直接關(guān)系到中考的效果，知識掌握不系統(tǒng)，內(nèi)容混淆互相干擾，在這一階段復(fù)習(xí)不能簡單重復(fù)，不要做到面面俱到，而要做到精講精練，做到講、練、評結(jié)合，同時(shí)對歷年中考題強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練，使學(xué)生在答題時(shí)做到靈活運(yùn)用。此外，通過練習(xí)查漏補(bǔ)缺，及時(shí)解決存在的問題。語法專項(xiàng)復(fù)習(xí)要“對癥下藥”，重點(diǎn)突破學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，使學(xué)生通過復(fù)習(xí)查漏補(bǔ)缺，體驗(yàn)進(jìn)步，增強(qiáng)自信心。第二輪的復(fù)習(xí)結(jié)束時(shí)間大約為五月中上旬。（3）第三輪全面提升學(xué)生應(yīng)試的能力。第三輪復(fù)習(xí)是主要是適應(yīng)中考要求，從以往的中考題中整理出一些信度好、指向性清晰的試題，進(jìn)行綜合訓(xùn)練，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生答題能力和技巧，進(jìn)行查漏補(bǔ)缺。讓學(xué)生從知識到能力再到心態(tài)進(jìn)行全面的模擬實(shí)戰(zhàn)演習(xí)，而不是無選擇地隨便拿來某份考試卷讓學(xué)生考，這樣既達(dá)不到訓(xùn)練的效果，也是在浪費(fèi)學(xué)生的寶貴時(shí)間。我想通過這三輪的認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)，不但能提升學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用英語語言知識的能力，而且讓學(xué)生對中考的題型、答題程序、審題、規(guī)范書寫等都有所掌握，從而使學(xué)生滿懷信心地參加考試，基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)了，心態(tài)平和了，自然能取得好成績。四． 具體措施：備課組加強(qiáng)合作，提高復(fù)習(xí)的質(zhì)量和效率

備課組加強(qiáng)合作，提高復(fù)習(xí)的質(zhì)量和效率。復(fù)習(xí)的目的是“溫故”。“溫故”的過程是幫助學(xué)生回憶學(xué)過的內(nèi)容、強(qiáng)化記憶、強(qiáng)化理解、強(qiáng)化運(yùn)用的過程。我們要根據(jù)平時(shí)教學(xué)獲取的反饋信息，適時(shí)適度地妥善安排相關(guān)內(nèi)容的復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間。各位組員集體協(xié)作，為學(xué)生打印詞匯默寫表，制作條理清晰的語法課件，精心挑選配套的語法訓(xùn)練題，出好高質(zhì)量的測驗(yàn)卷。備課組統(tǒng)一作業(yè)規(guī)范，明確每天的口語作業(yè)與書面作業(yè)；認(rèn)真落實(shí)。教師結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容和學(xué)生實(shí)際水平，布置層次分明、題型結(jié)構(gòu)合理、題量適中的同步作業(yè)，通過自己精心設(shè)計(jì)或選編的練習(xí)，讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能有收獲，都能享受到成功的快樂。批改作業(yè)時(shí)“粗改”與“精批”相結(jié)合，講評練習(xí)時(shí)做到有的放矢，而且能使學(xué)生知曉自己知識上的缺陷做到“對癥下藥”。我們還要教會學(xué)生一些好的學(xué)習(xí)方法，讓他們的學(xué)習(xí)做到輕負(fù)高效。我們備課組的復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃,有些是否會行之有效,有待于實(shí)施過程中改進(jìn)調(diào)整。

初三上英語教學(xué)計(jì)劃

一、指導(dǎo)思想：

1、向全體學(xué)生，關(guān)注每個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展，激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，幫助他們建立學(xué)習(xí)的成就感和自信心，使他們在學(xué)習(xí)過程中發(fā)展綜合語言運(yùn)用能力，提高人文素養(yǎng)，增強(qiáng)實(shí)踐能力，培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神；

2、突出學(xué)生主體，尊重個(gè)體差異，讓學(xué)生在老師的指導(dǎo)下構(gòu)建知識，提高技能，活躍思維，展現(xiàn)個(gè)性。

二、教材分析

教學(xué)目的1.要使學(xué)生受到聽、說、讀、寫、英語的訓(xùn)練，掌握最基礎(chǔ)的語言知識和語言技能以及培養(yǎng)初步援用英語交際的能力；養(yǎng)成良好的外語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，掌握學(xué)習(xí)外語的基本方法；為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用英語打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

2.培養(yǎng)初步運(yùn)用英語交際的能力和自學(xué)能力。

具體目標(biāo)：

1.語言技能：

聽：

1、能聽懂課文大致內(nèi)容；

2、能抓住簡單語段中的觀點(diǎn)；

說：

1、能使用恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z調(diào)和節(jié)奏表達(dá)課文大意；

2、能經(jīng)過準(zhǔn)備就一般話題作短暫表達(dá)

讀：

1、能理解閱讀材料中不同的觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度；

2、能識別不同文體的特征；

3、能通過分析句子結(jié)構(gòu)理解難句和長句；

寫：

1、能簡單寫出連貫且結(jié)構(gòu)較完整的句子，2、能默寫課文；

3、能在寫作文中基本做到文體較規(guī)范、語句較通順；

語音：

1、逐步做到語音、語調(diào)自然、得體；

2、根據(jù)語音辨別和書寫不太熟悉的單詞或簡單語句。

詞匯：

1、運(yùn)用詞匯描述比較復(fù)雜的事物、行為和特征，說明概念等；

2、盡可能學(xué)會使用規(guī)定的習(xí)慣用語或固定搭配。

3.掌握生詞約216個(gè)、詞匯和習(xí)慣用語約79個(gè)。

語法：

1、進(jìn)一步掌握描述時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、方位的表達(dá)方式；

2、進(jìn)一步理解、掌握比較人、物體及事物的表達(dá)方式；

3、使用適當(dāng)?shù)恼Z言形式進(jìn)行描述和表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)、態(tài)度、情感等；

三、學(xué)生情況分析

今年任教九年級英語，學(xué)生的基本情況較差，尤其初三9班的部分學(xué)生已經(jīng)對英語失去了信心，還有一部分學(xué)生覺得英語越來越難，漸漸力不從心了，不感興趣了，上課的注意力也不集中了，發(fā)言也不是很活躍。針對這種情況，教學(xué)的時(shí)候需要注意在備課中增加趣味性，以此來提高學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。

四、教學(xué)設(shè)想

1、逐步激勵學(xué)生對英語產(chǎn)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

2、認(rèn)真組織課堂教學(xué)，課堂上隨堂安排口頭練習(xí)，逐步提高學(xué)生英語交際能力。

3、由淺入深，由易到難，由已知到未知，循序漸進(jìn)，點(diǎn)面結(jié)合，逐步擴(kuò)展，循環(huán)往現(xiàn)，以加深影響。

4、加強(qiáng)《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》與《中考說明》學(xué)習(xí)；

5、加強(qiáng)試題收集與研究，了解近幾年的中考試題和各區(qū)縣的模擬試題，了解并掌握中考命題的走向；

6、及時(shí)進(jìn)行教學(xué)反思、學(xué)生月考反思等，滲透考試策略；

7、強(qiáng)化語篇閱讀與寫作訓(xùn)練與指導(dǎo)。

五、教學(xué)具體措施

1、摸清學(xué)生基本情況，逐步激勵學(xué)生對英語產(chǎn)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

2、重視課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量，逐步提高學(xué)生英語交際能力。

3、有意識培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽力、表述、朗讀、書寫和作業(yè)的基本能力。

4、重視思維過程系統(tǒng)編排，由淺入深，由易到難，由已知到未知，循序漸進(jìn)，點(diǎn)面結(jié)合，逐步擴(kuò)展，循環(huán)往現(xiàn)，以加深影響。

六、需要注意的事項(xiàng)：

1、作業(yè)批語的魅力：在寫批語的過程中，我注重用理性尊重鼓勵和贊揚(yáng)的語言，決不用嚴(yán)厲的語言批評他們。即使他們有錯(cuò)，我也是先肯定其優(yōu)點(diǎn)，再指出其不足，只要這樣，學(xué)生才樂意與老師交流，把老師當(dāng)做可信任的朋友。寫批語讓我贏得了許多學(xué)生的尊敬和依賴，所以教師不可忽略它的魅力。

2、板書的精心設(shè)計(jì)與布局：利用視覺優(yōu)勢學(xué)生能舉一反三，并能自由運(yùn)用所學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行流利的書面與口頭表達(dá)。

3、及時(shí)梳理知識點(diǎn)：把每課中的知識點(diǎn)梳理歸納成句型，找出典型句，專門背上幾個(gè)典型句，碰到類似的句子，可套用典型句，舉一反三，學(xué)英語實(shí)際上就是套用句型；理解每一課的重點(diǎn)詞匯、詞組，用專門的小本子按詞性、詞意分門別類，列成條目，可隨身攜帶，利用零碎的時(shí)間看一遍，讓單詞解決在不經(jīng)意中。

4、理清語法規(guī)則：語法規(guī)則就是語言規(guī)則，是遣詞造句的綱目，掌握了語法對理解有很大的好處，所以語法也不可輕視。每課的語法不會太多，一般一二條很容易掌握，如動詞不定式和現(xiàn)在分詞，只要把所學(xué)過的動詞梳理一下，哪些動詞接不定式，哪些動詞接現(xiàn)在分詞，把動詞列出來，加以練習(xí)就行了，如I want to be a detective.He denied stealing the vase.等。反復(fù)練習(xí)，就會鞏固掌握，語法通常是和句型緊密聯(lián)系的，練習(xí)語法的同時(shí)也鞏固了句型，一舉兩得。

5、編織網(wǎng)絡(luò)鞏固知識：進(jìn)入初中也有3年了，從預(yù)備、初

一、初二的原有知識也有6本書，若不帶著復(fù)習(xí)，等到最后就來不及了。復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)，按時(shí)間順序整理詞匯、語言點(diǎn)和語法，如預(yù)備年級共多少詞匯，語法一共有幾條，語言點(diǎn)有多少，哪些是常用的，哪些是不常用易忘的，要按其功能做好摘錄，再依次做好初

一、初二的整理和摘錄，若遇不理解的地方要及時(shí)搞懂或做上記號，這樣所學(xué)過的知識點(diǎn)就條目清楚，網(wǎng)絡(luò)分明，存儲在你的知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)中以備不時(shí)之需。你的筆記就是你的知識庫，當(dāng)新老知識相互銜接時(shí)，就可以從知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)里調(diào)取所需要的信息，如“it”的用法在書中已出現(xiàn)過，指物、時(shí)間、距離、自然現(xiàn)象等，又出現(xiàn)了作形式主語的用法，在講“it”的新句型時(shí)，讓同學(xué)把自己網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的舊知識調(diào)出來，做到新老知識互補(bǔ)，形成一個(gè)完整的知識概念；又如動詞的時(shí)態(tài)，從預(yù)備的一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)、現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)；初一的一般過去時(shí)、一般將來時(shí)；初二的現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)、過去進(jìn)行時(shí)到初三的過去完成時(shí)和過去將來時(shí)，整個(gè)初中階段的動詞時(shí)態(tài)就完整了。你的網(wǎng)絡(luò)中存儲了系統(tǒng)的有關(guān)動詞的知識，在學(xué)新的知識時(shí)總離不開舊的知識為鋪墊，及時(shí)調(diào)取網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的知識信息有助于對新知識的接受和理解。

6、抓好預(yù)習(xí)未雨綢繆：由于初三的課程增多，下個(gè)學(xué)期各學(xué)科還面臨著全面復(fù)習(xí)的任務(wù)，所以課堂教學(xué)將以大容量、高密度、快節(jié)奏的授課方式出現(xiàn)，若不做到提早預(yù)習(xí)，及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)鞏固，肯定招架不住，不戰(zhàn)自潰了。

一、預(yù)習(xí)

課前的預(yù)習(xí)是提高聽課質(zhì)量的重要保證，要自覺有意識地去預(yù)習(xí)，才能保證預(yù)習(xí)的針對性和成效性。如預(yù)習(xí)一篇課文可分幾步走：(1)、查出生詞，標(biāo)出讀音，弄清詞性，理解單詞在句中的意思；(2)、通讀全文，掌握文章大意；(3)、試用一句話寫出各段的大意；(4)、摘出課文中主要的詞組和常用短語(包括已學(xué)過的)；(5)、記下難點(diǎn)。做到以上這幾點(diǎn)，在課堂教學(xué)中就會有的放矢，有信心參與，有針對性地提問，變被動為主動，成為學(xué)習(xí)的主體，自覺完成知識內(nèi)化的過程。

二、復(fù)習(xí)鞏固

復(fù)習(xí)能使知識長期保持在記憶中，在需要時(shí)，能準(zhǔn)確無誤的再現(xiàn)，并能加以運(yùn)用。要達(dá)到知識的鞏固，理解是前提，復(fù)習(xí)是手段，復(fù)習(xí)能使知識在記憶中得到強(qiáng)化和保持，但復(fù)習(xí)要做到科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性、經(jīng)常性，才能卓有成效，對剛進(jìn)入初三的同學(xué)來說，要抓好復(fù)習(xí)鞏固這一環(huán)節(jié)，訂好切實(shí)可行的復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃。

(1)及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)根據(jù)“艾賓浩斯遺忘曲線”，新學(xué)的知識開始時(shí)遺忘率最高，所以抓住及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)非常必要，如，學(xué)習(xí)了新單詞后每天都要讀、背，或使用這些詞，哪怕課余、飯后的幾分鐘讀上一、二遍，就能強(qiáng)化記憶的痕跡，才能保證新授課能順利進(jìn)行。

(2)新舊交替復(fù)習(xí)在接受新知識前要復(fù)習(xí)前一次的內(nèi)容，建立新舊知識的相互聯(lián)系，使知識系統(tǒng)化。如牛津英語中的英英解釋，通常都是用已學(xué)過的英文解釋生詞，自己多試著去解釋，很自然，復(fù)習(xí)鞏固也就滲透其中了。

(3)階段目標(biāo)性復(fù)習(xí)在教完一個(gè)單元后，要把這一階段所學(xué)的知識理清楚，重點(diǎn)找出這一階段存在的問題，在復(fù)習(xí)的同時(shí)提綱挈領(lǐng)地列出基本內(nèi)容、重點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵以及和前面的知識的聯(lián)系，使知識系統(tǒng)化、整體化，從而達(dá)到知識的深化。還要把一個(gè)單元中所做的練習(xí)中的錯(cuò)誤收集整理到錯(cuò)誤集上，并作出相應(yīng)的注解，經(jīng)常復(fù)習(xí)。錯(cuò)誤的答案不要擦掉，和正確的答案形成對比，就會使你印象深刻，以免再犯同樣的錯(cuò)誤，以鞏固加深知識，防止遺忘的發(fā)生。

以上是我結(jié)合自身的學(xué)習(xí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及老教師的指導(dǎo)中得出來的計(jì)劃，希望各位和我共同來探討摸索。其實(shí)，許多優(yōu)秀教師之所以取得成功，原因之一就是他們適時(shí)地將成功的機(jī)會提供給了每一個(gè)學(xué)生。愿成功教育思想在英語教學(xué)中不斷地開花和結(jié)果，讓課堂真正成為孩子們的快樂天堂。
