半個(gè)學(xué)期一轉(zhuǎn)眼過去了，期中考試已結(jié)束，看著學(xué)生的成績(jī)，讓我看到了自己教學(xué)中存在的漏洞以及不足。也使我更感到了壓力之大！要想讓學(xué)生再提高，說句實(shí)話還真的下苦功！該年級(jí)學(xué)生不多，逐題看過學(xué)生的試卷后，綜觀學(xué)生答題情況，我針對(duì)學(xué)生各方面的掌握情況做以下分析：

一、考試基本情況

六年級(jí)的學(xué)生英語底子差，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不夠端正，不夠積極。上課的過程，也不主動(dòng)獲取知識(shí)。再來就是比較懶散，不虛心好學(xué)，缺乏自控能力，加上我們學(xué)校的工作較多，動(dòng)用學(xué)生的次數(shù)頻繁，學(xué)生的心都懶懶散散，加上我只顧于趕課，沒有進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的復(fù)習(xí)，學(xué)生邊學(xué)邊忘。導(dǎo)致這次的考試的成績(jī)很不理想。六年級(jí)加考試人數(shù)為14人，平均分50分；從整體來看，80分以上有2個(gè)，；60分1個(gè)，不及格11個(gè)，分值較低。本年級(jí)最高分94分，而最低分為27分。所以我認(rèn)為這次考試很不理想。

本次試題只有筆試部分。試題緊扣教材，貼近學(xué)生實(shí)際生活，很好的考察了學(xué)生的運(yùn)用能力和交流能力，并兼顧了對(duì)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力的考查。題型中有對(duì)詞匯、句型結(jié)構(gòu)的考查，又有對(duì)語法知識(shí)的考查。沒有了純單詞拼寫的題目，而是結(jié)合實(shí)際生活，注重學(xué)生對(duì)單詞在句中運(yùn)用能力的考查；不同的題型結(jié)構(gòu)有不同的考查目標(biāo)，各題型的比重適度，賦分合理，保證了在整體上體現(xiàn)考查目標(biāo)突出語境，照顧知識(shí)覆蓋面。

三、試卷答題情況分析 通觀學(xué)生試卷答題情況，第一題判斷讀音是否相同（6分），主要考查學(xué)生的語音知識(shí)，學(xué)生對(duì)找出相同讀音的單詞這類題型束手無策，因?yàn)橐胫涝擃}的答案必須知道他的正確讀法，也就是音標(biāo)，由于我在這方面對(duì)學(xué)生的訓(xùn)練缺乏，導(dǎo)致失分較多，沒有一個(gè)全對(duì)的，這就需要我去進(jìn)一步鉆研，在此類型上下功夫。第二題與第一題相比較就比較理想點(diǎn)，學(xué)生對(duì)于單詞的各種形式掌握比較牢固。這與平常的多寫，當(dāng)堂默寫是分不開的。所以第二題得分率較高。學(xué)生在做第三題選擇題時(shí)，由于涉及到的語法點(diǎn)較多，顧及了這邊丟那邊，加上沒有進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的復(fù)習(xí)，對(duì)一些知識(shí)點(diǎn)模棱兩可，所以有的同學(xué)選擇題20分，失分達(dá)到11分。對(duì)于上游的學(xué)生來說還好點(diǎn)，最多錯(cuò)上三道，但是中下游的學(xué)生基本上不能正確的選擇，因此，選擇題是該試卷失分率較高的題了。這給我反饋了一個(gè)重要的信息，學(xué)生邊學(xué)邊忘，掌握不牢。從側(cè)面反映出學(xué)生練得太少，或者說學(xué)生除了課堂就沒有太多的時(shí)間學(xué)英語。

第四題句型轉(zhuǎn)換，由于課堂上沒有對(duì)句型轉(zhuǎn)換做專門的訓(xùn)練，只在講解重點(diǎn)句型中點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)，有些具體操作學(xué)生含糊不清，所以導(dǎo)致學(xué)生失分嚴(yán)重。第五大題的連詞成句，平時(shí)訓(xùn)練較多，加上又都是書上的原句，所以失分較少。第七題用所給單詞的適當(dāng)形式填空，也是書上經(jīng)常提示的重點(diǎn)語句，所以得分率較高。第八道題屬于閱讀判斷、選擇。從答卷的情況來看，大部分的學(xué)生，都能基本理解文章提供的信息，進(jìn)行正確的選擇，完成的還算不錯(cuò)。最后一題是小習(xí)作，寫我最喜愛的一種運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，最少寫出五句話，學(xué)生都能寫出但有錯(cuò)單詞、錯(cuò)詞組出現(xiàn)，還有部分學(xué)生語法知識(shí)出錯(cuò)，要不就是語序顛倒。下去以后這種訓(xùn)練也得多加訓(xùn)練，并給予指導(dǎo)?？偟膩碚f，就是學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)上還不夠主動(dòng)，積極。從另一個(gè)方面說也是知識(shí)的掌握不牢靠。這也說明了我在教學(xué)上還必須做很大的改進(jìn)，學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用更多有效的教學(xué)方法，幫助學(xué)生更好的獲取知識(shí)，鞏固知識(shí)。

四、改進(jìn)措施：

在這次期中考試，令我遺憾的是，學(xué)生的成績(jī)沒有提高反而下降得厲害，就是因?yàn)樗麄兏≡甑膶W(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，影響了成績(jī)。期中考試已經(jīng)結(jié)束了，在后半個(gè)學(xué)期的教學(xué)中，我要重點(diǎn)針對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問題找到相應(yīng)的解決措施，同時(shí)繼續(xù)以激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣作為教學(xué)的首要著眼點(diǎn)，讓同學(xué)們能夠在我的指導(dǎo)下盡情享受學(xué)習(xí)給他們帶來的快樂，讓他們都能以優(yōu)秀的成績(jī)進(jìn)入中學(xué)。

1、進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，要求人人過關(guān)。

2、為了給學(xué)生打好英語學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)，做好與中學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)銜接準(zhǔn)備，教學(xué)中應(yīng)注意各種詞類轉(zhuǎn)換的歸納性訓(xùn)練和運(yùn)用性練習(xí)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的初步的語言感知能力

3、注重詞語的運(yùn)用性練習(xí)，在機(jī)械記憶的基礎(chǔ)上培養(yǎng)學(xué)生活學(xué)活用的能力?？梢酝ㄟ^多種題型訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的思維能力和解題能力。

4、知識(shí)訓(xùn)練的同時(shí)應(yīng)注重對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和意志品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。教學(xué)中尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異，不放棄任何一個(gè)學(xué)生，實(shí)行分層次教學(xué)，根據(jù)不同的學(xué)情因材施教，在抓兩頭帶中間，使成績(jī)差的學(xué)生有信心能“吃好”，尖子生有提升能“吃飽”。

5、深鉆教材，充分利用教材，把握教學(xué)內(nèi)容的深度與廣度，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的參與意識(shí)和語言交際能力;適當(dāng)進(jìn)行知識(shí)拓展,積累知識(shí)，及時(shí)鞏固，強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練，有效提高成績(jī)。

相信通過我們的查缺補(bǔ)漏，一定會(huì)在以后的教學(xué)過程中不斷完善，不斷提高，爭(zhēng)取在畢業(yè)會(huì)考中取得優(yōu)異的成績(jī)。
