Ladies and Gentlemen , Good afternoon!I?m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.today my topic is “youth”.I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.First I want to ask you some questions:

Youth

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind;it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness;it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease.This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20.Nobody grows old merely by a number of years.We grow old by deserting our ideals.Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ?s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what?s next and the joy of the game of living.In the center of your heart and my heart there?s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young.When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.Thank you!

青春

青春不是指歲月，而是指心態(tài)。粉嫩的臉，紅潤(rùn)的唇，矯健的膝并不是青春。青春表現(xiàn)在意志的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)與懦弱。想象的豐富與蒼白、情感的充沛與貧乏等方面。青春是生命深處清泉的噴涌。

青春是追求。只有當(dāng)勇氣蓋過(guò)怯弱、進(jìn)取壓倒茍安之時(shí)，青春才存在。果如此，則60見(jiàn)之長(zhǎng)者比20歲之少年更具青春活力。僅僅歲月的流逝并不能使他們衰老。而一旦拋棄理想和信念，則垂垂老也。

歲月只能使皮膚起皺。而一旦喪失生活的激情，則連靈魂枯老，使人生枯如死水，毫無(wú)活力。60歲長(zhǎng)者也好，16歲少年也罷，每個(gè)人的內(nèi)心深處都渴望奇跡，都如孩子一般眨著期待的雙眼，期待著下一次，期待著生活的情趣，你我靈魂深處都有一座無(wú)線電中轉(zhuǎn)站------只有你我年輕，則總能聽(tīng)到希望的呼喚，總能發(fā)出喜悅的歡呼，總能傳達(dá)勇氣的訊號(hào)，總能表現(xiàn)出青春的活力………

一旦青春的天線倒下，你的靈魂即為玩世不恭之雪、悲觀厭世之冰覆蓋；即使你年方20.其實(shí)你已垂垂老也。而只要你青春的天線高高聳起，就可以隨時(shí)接收到樂(lè)觀的電波-----即使你年過(guò)八旬，行將就木，而你卻仍然擁有青春，你仍然年輕。

Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth.If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices.Once I hope I canstudy in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for(= what will happen to)me.When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here.Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job.Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist;never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I will combine learning with doing.If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I really grow up.And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.How to say future? Good afternoon, everyone,it is my honor to speak here,and I am very glad to share my topic with you.Then i would talk about something about my idol-kobe bryant.I think everyone know about him.f you play basketball , you must have heard of his name.If you watch NBA games , you cannot ignore what he did in every match.If you really like basketball , you cannot remain indifferent to him.What you are supposed to do is to love him.He is Kobe Bryant , one of the greatest basketball players in the history.When I was a high school student,I love watching basketball game,at that time,Kobe became my favorite player.now,let me introduce some stories about him.Kobe Bryant was born in August 23,1978,he is an American All-shooting guard in the National Basketball Association(NBA）who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers.He began his career at the age of 18when he became the youngest player in league history to be drafted out of high school.And in 15 years, he has became the best player of the league.As the most fabulous shooting guard after Michael Jordan.He once scored 81 points at a single game in 2006.In 2008, he got the MVP(the most valuable player)award,and lead Lakers back to the top.It is know to all that Kobe couldn’t seized this success if he hadn’t worked like crazy for years perfecting his skills.There are no shot cuts to the hard work.Success is a by product of that.Kobe said “ No matter what ,just do not give up.always believe that your dream can come true and just keep working for what you want to believe.Thank you for listening, that’s all.

第四篇：三分鐘演講

起因是去年初被男友甩了，然后開(kāi)始每學(xué)期拿獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金（持續(xù)三學(xué)期了）。因?yàn)樽鋈魏问露际怯幸粋€(gè)契機(jī)的，譬如周?chē)腥说昧四懡Y(jié)石，我開(kāi)始注重飲水質(zhì)量；暗戀的人喜歡健身，你就開(kāi)始每天跑步等。我現(xiàn)在每天白天學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)完成后，10點(diǎn)到樓下自習(xí)室看書(shū)到12點(diǎn)有時(shí)甚至一點(diǎn)，不為什么應(yīng)試，只是習(xí)慣了，享受那種掌握知識(shí)的感覺(jué)。做一個(gè)學(xué)霸，首先應(yīng)當(dāng)意識(shí)到知識(shí)的重要性，其次就是養(yǎng)成固定的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間和習(xí)慣。但是最重要的就是，祝愿你遇到那個(gè)契機(jī)

不要說(shuō)什么「勤奮」、「刻苦」、「堅(jiān)持」、「努力」，如果你做不到后面的第二點(diǎn)，那你就必須要明確你的功利心。

大學(xué)后能看到身邊許多學(xué)霸每天早出晚歸，幾乎看不到他們?cè)趯嬍依?，很早就去圖書(shū)館看書(shū)、背GRE。他們的目標(biāo)很明確——出國(guó)。所以各種刷GPA，各種考托福、GRE。因?yàn)檫@是出國(guó)的必須橋梁。他們大多數(shù)人每天背那么多單詞，并不一定是真的熱愛(ài)美國(guó)文化、熱愛(ài)英語(yǔ)，每天在實(shí)驗(yàn)室呆那么久也并非是真的有多熱愛(ài)實(shí)驗(yàn)——他們明白，只有這樣，他們才能完成自己的出國(guó)夢(mèng)，所以他們必須堅(jiān)持。

你堅(jiān)持不下去，是因?yàn)槟銢](méi)有一個(gè)固定的目標(biāo)。但你有一個(gè)固定的目標(biāo)驅(qū)使著，你便不得不去努力地做。

辛苦嗎？當(dāng)然辛苦。難嗎？當(dāng)然難。累嗎？當(dāng)然累。

如果你想當(dāng)學(xué)霸，確定第一條，你一定要有一顆功利心。否則，你很容易半途而廢。我不是矯情，也不是煽情，我是說(shuō)真的。

單純的功利心會(huì)迫使你上路，但如果完完全全是功利心，你很容易走不下去。

我相信許多人背GRE考托福都是為了出國(guó)。但我也同時(shí)相信，當(dāng)大家都在抄實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告的時(shí)候，而某些學(xué)霸堅(jiān)持要自己寫(xiě)，可最后最多也就比我們高出五分時(shí)……他們的出發(fā)點(diǎn)，絕不僅僅是為了多出的那五分。

我曾經(jīng)有幸跟那位張同學(xué)同組做過(guò)電工實(shí)驗(yàn)，他很細(xì)心，很認(rèn)真，指導(dǎo)書(shū)上圈圈畫(huà)畫(huà)做了許多筆記。這門(mén)課大家都是混混的，最后評(píng)分幾乎都是80多分，根本沒(méi)什么差距——如果真是功利心的話，他應(yīng)該把這份心思花在別的地方。

可他仍是很用心。

與其說(shuō)他是對(duì)哪門(mén)課用心，還不如說(shuō)他是對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)這件事很用心。凡事需要用到的、課程安排了的，他都會(huì)很用心。

如果不是有深刻的愛(ài)戀的話，我想不出還有別的什么原因。

我記得初中的時(shí)候有個(gè)老師跟我們講過(guò)「興趣是最好的老師」。如果你喜歡一件事，你才會(huì)樂(lè)于去做一件事。

所以，如果你想要成為學(xué)霸，至少，對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)有那么一點(diǎn)的愛(ài)。這一點(diǎn)愛(ài)，便足以支撐你到未來(lái)。沒(méi)有愛(ài)，你會(huì)走得很辛苦。

第五篇：三分鐘演講

尊敬的各位老師，親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們：

莫言榮獲諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)！這是第一位中國(guó)籍作家獲得諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)，這一天，中國(guó)作家等得太久了，中國(guó)人也等得太久了。我們向莫言表示祝賀！

不管承認(rèn)不承認(rèn)，諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)因其獎(jiǎng)金豐厚、影響力大和權(quán)威而為世人看重。諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)是一個(gè)符號(hào)，具有明確的指向性價(jià)值。中國(guó)籍作家莫言獲得諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)，這說(shuō)明了其著作的高水準(zhǔn)，更深層次的意義在于，這是一種接納和融合的過(guò)程，這是一種文明對(duì)話的過(guò)程。中國(guó)文學(xué)要走出國(guó)門(mén)，也必須走出國(guó)門(mén)；中國(guó)作家要走向世界，也必須走向世界。

當(dāng)然，只有一個(gè)莫言還不夠，中國(guó)不能只有一個(gè)莫言。同時(shí)，沒(méi)有哪個(gè)作家是為了獲獎(jiǎng)而寫(xiě)作。在第五屆魯迅文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)?lì)C獎(jiǎng)典禮上，中國(guó)作協(xié)主席鐵凝說(shuō)：“我以為獲獎(jiǎng)與否不是最重要的，重要的是我們有共同的身份——作家，共同珍愛(ài)文學(xué)，共同的使命擔(dān)當(dāng)?！瓕?xiě)作的過(guò)程是不斷反省自己的過(guò)程，也是考量自己的內(nèi)心與生活、人生與時(shí)代有多大距離的過(guò)程?！鲍@得魯獎(jiǎng)如此，茅獎(jiǎng)是如此，諾獎(jiǎng)也應(yīng)如此。每個(gè)作家都應(yīng)該捫心自問(wèn)，自己的寫(xiě)作能不能對(duì)得起這個(gè)偉大而艱難的時(shí)代？

可以期待，莫言之后，還會(huì)有中國(guó)籍作家或華人作家獲得諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)。只要作家敢于直視內(nèi)心，只要不辜負(fù)這個(gè)時(shí)代，只要?jiǎng)?chuàng)作環(huán)境不斷改善，有責(zé)任的作家必然推出更多精彩的作品。

對(duì)于我們學(xué)生而言，雖然可能沒(méi)有像名家一樣的文學(xué)才華，但是要相信，中國(guó)人寫(xiě)文學(xué)有自己的根，中國(guó)文化博大精深，有許多值得挖掘值得標(biāo)新的地方，學(xué)習(xí)名家精彩的文筆，更要學(xué)習(xí)他敢于質(zhì)疑，理性表達(dá)的文學(xué)素養(yǎng)，相信，中國(guó)的未來(lái)會(huì)有更多的優(yōu)秀作家涌現(xiàn)，中國(guó)將迎來(lái)又一個(gè)百家爭(zhēng)鳴的時(shí)代。
