一段短短的自我介紹，其實(shí)是為了揭開更深入的面談而設(shè)計(jì)的。

一、兩分鐘的自我介紹，猶如商品廣告，在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi)，針對客戶的需要，將自己最美好的一面，毫無保留地表現(xiàn)出來，不但要令對方留下深刻的印像，還要即時(shí)引發(fā)起購買欲。

1、自我認(rèn)識(shí)

很 多畢業(yè)生在畢業(yè)時(shí)同時(shí)準(zhǔn)備考研、就業(yè)和出國，先找單位，如果考研或出國成功就與單位解約。從單位的角度來說，招聘畢業(yè)生需要時(shí)間和費(fèi)用，而且簽約了一位畢 業(yè)生就等于放棄了其它，所以在簽約前首先確認(rèn)畢業(yè)生是否考了研究生或準(zhǔn)備出國，畢業(yè)生應(yīng)如實(shí)地表明態(tài)度，以免簽約后產(chǎn)生糾紛。

應(yīng)聘者具體應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

1、接到面試通知后，最好在家打個(gè)自我介紹的草稿，然后試著講述幾次，感覺一下。

2、自我介紹時(shí)首先應(yīng)禮貌地做一個(gè)極簡短的開場白，并向所有的面試人員(如果有多個(gè)面試考官的話)示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意轉(zhuǎn)過來后才開始。

3、注意掌握時(shí)間，如果面試考官規(guī)定了時(shí)間，一定要注意時(shí)間的掌握，既不能超時(shí)太長，也不能過于簡短。

4、介紹的內(nèi)容不宜太多的停留在諸如姓名、工作經(jīng)歷、時(shí)間等東西上，因?yàn)檫@些在你的簡歷表上已經(jīng)有了，你應(yīng)該更多的談一些跟你所應(yīng)聘職位有關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷和所取得的成績，以證明你確實(shí)有能力勝任你所應(yīng)聘的工作職位。

5、在作自我簡介時(shí)，眼睛千萬不要東張西望，四處游離，顯得漫不經(jīng)心的樣子，這會(huì)給人做事隨便、注意力不集中的感覺。眼睛最好要多注視面試考官，但也不能長久注視目不轉(zhuǎn)睛。再就是盡量少加一些手的輔助動(dòng)作，因?yàn)檫@畢竟不是在作講演，保持一種得體的姿態(tài)也是很重要的。

6、在自我介紹完后不要忘了道聲謝謝，有時(shí)往往會(huì)因此影響考官對你的印象。這些都是做自我介紹需要注意的東西，自我介紹看似簡單，但是每個(gè)人都會(huì)有這樣的體會(huì)，自己在下面背的滾瓜爛熟的，可是等自己面對的時(shí)候就是緊張的說不出來。因此，面試前一定要做好充分的準(zhǔn)備，自己我介紹尤其要準(zhǔn)備好。
