1、外商來(lái)本地區(qū)(單位)參觀(guān)時(shí)，對(duì)本地區(qū)(單位)介紹應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)明扼要、實(shí)事求是；內(nèi)容要真實(shí)、材料要豐富、形式要活潑多樣，既不夸大成績(jī)，也不掩飾不足。

2、外商參觀(guān)工廠(chǎng)、學(xué)校不應(yīng)停工、停課，工作和學(xué)習(xí)都要照常進(jìn)行。當(dāng)客人主動(dòng)與我方人員握手、攀談時(shí)，可熱情地做相應(yīng)表示。
