【中考英語作文】英語應(yīng)用文寫作：通知

通知的正文一般都是寫在“Notice”一詞之下，一般來說不必寫稱呼語和結(jié)束語。出同時的單位名稱可以寫在notice之上，也可以寫在正文的右下角。

正文一般采用文章式，有時為了醒目，也可采用廣告式。廣告式要力求簡明扼要，一個句子可分幾行。每行第一個字母一般要大寫。

例文1：

（2005年湖北）明天（星期五）全班同學(xué)將去參觀科學(xué)博物館（the Science Museum），由你（班長）通知全體同學(xué)。（通知的開頭和結(jié)尾已給出）內(nèi)容如下：

1.早上8點鐘在校門口集合，步行前往。

2.下星期一交一份有關(guān)參觀的報告。

3.參觀時要認(rèn)真聽，仔細(xì)看并記下有趣的東西。

4.不可在博物館內(nèi)大聲喧嘩及拍照。

5.帶筆和筆記本。

寄信人只寫姓名，不寫頭銜。但是，收信人一般都在名字前加上頭銜，以示禮貌和尊敬。對于沒有官銜和學(xué)銜的人士，通常在姓名前寫上Mr., Mrs.,或Ms.。

信封的寫法，一般來說，很少出現(xiàn)在中考英語的作文中。

2、內(nèi)容。

英文信一般可以分為下列幾個部分。

1）信端（Heading）即寫信人的地址和發(fā)信日期。

2）收信人姓名地址

3）稱呼

4）信的正文

5）結(jié)束語

6）簽名

有的時候，出題者會讓考生寫e-mail。e-mail的寫法和書信的寫法基本一致。只不過少了書信在信封上的繁瑣。
