本學期以來,本人遵守學校各項制度,按時出操、上課、組織學生早讀及晚修,積極參加學校組織的各種教學活動,從各方面更加嚴格要求自己,結合本校的實際條件和學生的實際情況,認真?zhèn)湔n、聽課,虛心請教,及時反思教學,使教學有計劃、有組織、有步驟地開展。我已完成本學期的教學工作,現對本學期以來的教學工作做以下總結:
一,教學態(tài)度
我對教學工作不敢怠慢,認真學習教材,深入研究教法,同時虛心向有經驗的教師學習,認真聽別的教師的課,獲取了很多寶貴的教學經驗。真正用心深感了教學就是教與學的道理,兩者是相互聯(lián)系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有學者。學生是被教的主體心態(tài)。
二、班級教學
這學期我擔任七年級105、106兩班英語教學,由于學生的基礎差別很大,優(yōu)差生差異大,因此教學難度也大。為了提高學生的學習興趣,增大學生的學習參與,減小差距。我努力作好教學工作,我針對我教的兩個班級進行教學設計:105班的同學思維比較活躍,回答問題積極,但中等生占較大多數,尖子生相對較少。因此,上課時我弱化難點,強化重點,照顧到了大部分同學;而106班的同學偏向沉穩(wěn),積極性有些欠缺。雖然有尖子生,但由于后進生比例較大,不足于帶動整個班級。所以,對于尖子生我鼓勵他們要有“超前”意識,人家沒看到的,沒做到的我已經完成了,而對于差生則鼓勵他們把最基本的,最常用的單詞,句子弄懂。經過一段時間的實踐,證明教學效果比上個學期有了進步。了解及分析學生實際情況,實事求是,具體問題具體分析,做到因材施教,對授課效果有直接影響。這就是教育學中提到的“備教法的同時要備學生”。這一理論在我的教學實踐中得到了驗證。
三、課后輔導
除了課堂效果之外,還需要讓學生多讀,多講,多練。為此,在早讀時,我堅持下班了解早讀情況,發(fā)現問題及時糾正。課后發(fā)現學生作業(yè)問題也及時解決,及時講清楚,讓學生即時消化。另外,我把輔導看作是檢查學生消化的過程。根據學生的個體差異,基本上按吃得好、吃得飽和吃得了三個層次進行輔導。特別是期中考后,針對英語偏科嚴重的優(yōu)生,通過談話、做思想工作,讓學生參與制定輔導計劃并及時體現在實際行動中,除了每天完成必做練習之外,還鼓勵學生背誦15—20個英語單詞。通過半個學期的堅持,實效性較強。學優(yōu)生自學能力有了一定的提高,學困生的基礎知識有了相應的進步,而中等生在兩頭的促進下有了更大的動力。對部分不自覺的同學還采取強硬背誦等方式提高他們的能力。通過本學期這些教學方法的運用,提高了學生學習英語的積極性和主動性,同時,培養(yǎng)了學生學習英語的興趣,點燃了學生學習英語的熱情。

古人說過,“不打無準備之仗”,上課也是一樣,不上無準備之課。我根據教材內容及學生的實際,并且針對七年級教學目標:“旨在培養(yǎng)學生興趣”的基礎上訓練認讀單詞的能力,設計課的類型,擬定采用的教學方法,并對教學過程的程序及時間安排都作了詳細的記錄,認真寫好教案。對每一課都做到“有備而來”,每堂課都在課前做好充分的準備,并制作各種利于吸引學生注意力的有趣教具,課后及時對該課做出總結,寫好教學后記,并認真按搜集每課書的知識要點,歸納成集。
五、上課技能
上課時使講解清晰化,條理化,準確化,情感化,生動化,做到線索清晰,層次分明,言簡意賅,深入淺出。在課堂上特別注意調動學生的積極性,加強師生交流,充分體現學生的主作用,基本做到了讓學生學得容易,學得輕松,學得愉快,注意精講精練,在課堂上我講得盡量少,讓學生有更多動口動手動腦的機會。同時在每一堂課上都充分考慮每一個層次的學生學習需求和學習能力,讓各個層次的學生都得到提高。
六、聽說讀寫
在教學過程中,將英語分成聽、說、讀、寫幾方面進行教學。
聽:平時放錄音,讓學生跟錄音讀,訓練學生的聽力,并且利用撐握英語進行訓練,還找一些專題訓練,提高學生的聽力。
說:充分利用早讀,鼓勵學生大膽讀書,平時讓學生在日常生活中,多說英語,課堂上多讓學生進行work in pairs訓練,提高學生的口語能力,激發(fā)學生的學習興趣。
讀:讀方面主要是提高學生的閱讀能力,先教識學生怎樣做這些題目,平時讓學生多做一些閱讀理解的短文,專門訓練,提高學生的閱讀能力。
寫:貫徹新題型和新課標的要求,作文教學主要傳授寫作方法,進行一些針對性的短文寫作,強調字數和書寫這些硬件的東西,平時提倡學生利用時間用英語寫一些簡短的文章,從中提高學生的寫作能力。
七、作業(yè)批改
布置作業(yè)做到精練。有針對性,有層次性。對學生的作業(yè)批改及時、認真,分析并記錄學生的作業(yè)情況,將他們在作業(yè)過程出現的問題做出分類總結,進行透徹的評講,并針對有關情況及時改進教學方法,做到有的放矢。培養(yǎng)小組長幫助我檢查其他學生朗讀、背誦課文。
八、積累知識。
由于本人在英語教學方面經驗不足,自己的知識又有限,在教學的同時,時時虛心向資歷深的教師請教,和我們英語組的同事一起學習有關英語方面的教學教法,加強自身的業(yè)務學習、擴大視野;不斷總結和反思自己的教學實例,不斷領悟新課標精神的實質,力爭為成為一名優(yōu)秀的英語教師做出不懈的努力。
總之,這一學期經過自己的努力,取得了一定的成績。我會在以后努力填補自己在教學中的不足,不斷改進教學方法,積極開發(fā)和有效利用課程資源。多問,多想,多向老教師和同事學習,更好的為英語教學服務,力爭在今后的英語教學工作中取得更大的進步。
