3、緊急避險(xiǎn)的條件

（1）起因條件：有危險(xiǎn)發(fā)生；（2）時(shí)間條件：危險(xiǎn)正在發(fā)生；

（3）對象條件：針對第三者的合法利益；

（4）目的條件：為了保護(hù)合法權(quán)益免受侵害；

（5）限度條件：造成的損害必須小于所保護(hù)的利益；（6）可行性條件：迫不得已。
