一、首先說說這次期中考試的情況，我?guī)У氖瞧吣昙?班的英語。這次考試，沒有復(fù)習(xí)，考題不算太難，應(yīng)考人數(shù)**人，實考**人。這次考試大多數(shù)同學(xué)發(fā)揮正常成績理想，尤其是亞辛，李靜，書影，云風(fēng)等成績優(yōu)異，路達(dá)，崔立偉，君瑞，子寧，潘文成等比以前有較大的進(jìn)步，當(dāng)然其它同學(xué)也都在努力使自己更上一個臺階。他們的學(xué)習(xí)積極性都是很高的，平常上課都表現(xiàn)的很認(rèn)真，老師安排的任務(wù)都有按時完成。通過這次測試，會發(fā)現(xiàn)，哪些學(xué)生平時學(xué)的比較扎實，而哪些學(xué)生還有點欠缺。

接下來通過考試談?wù)動⒄Z的學(xué)習(xí)，英語教材是相互銜接的，如果你以前的英語沒有學(xué)好，那相對來說，你現(xiàn)在學(xué)得比較累；同樣地，如果你現(xiàn)在不學(xué)好英語，那將來的英語學(xué)習(xí)也是不難想象的。所以我們只有現(xiàn)在打好良好的基礎(chǔ)，才不會導(dǎo)致英語越學(xué)越難越學(xué)越差現(xiàn)在的發(fā)生。這次七年級成績低的學(xué)生重點就是聽力。由于孩子們平時聽錄音的時間不足而導(dǎo)致部分學(xué)生聽不懂，導(dǎo)致丟分。以后我會創(chuàng)造更多的機會讓學(xué)生練習(xí)聽力。同時也希望得到家長們的支持與幫助。在家期間讓學(xué)生多用錄音機聽磁帶。

其實，大部分的學(xué)生還是處于中間層次，老師所教的，所布置的作業(yè)能夠基本完成，但學(xué)習(xí)的效率又因人而異，存在著個體差別。盡管他們平時不需要老師操太多的心，費太大的力，但是說起各方面的表現(xiàn)，又總有一絲遺憾，我們總希望他們能夠再上一個臺階。

怎樣幫助孩子學(xué)好英語呢？我們老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有著不可推卸的責(zé)任。在此，我們只是真誠地呼吁我們的家長配合學(xué)校，配合老師，靠我們共同的努力來幫助孩子學(xué)好英語。用一句時髦的話說：我們要和孩子共同成長，那么重視良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)是幫助孩子進(jìn)步的一個好的方法。

給家長的一些建議：

一、讓孩子多聽錄音

在少兒英語教學(xué)中，首先是加強聽力訓(xùn)練和說話訓(xùn)練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽說能力差，用英語進(jìn)行交際的能力差，為此，家長一定要配合學(xué)校來要求孩子，要創(chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以后，跟著說。聽力分占了有三十分，有學(xué)生一道題錯，十分就扣了。

二、每周回家后讓孩子大聲說英語家長要留出20分鐘左右時間聽孩子讀讀英語，不管你懂不懂英語。我們要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達(dá)自己，也有利于他人糾正自己的錯誤。

三、請大家在家里督促孩子保質(zhì)保量地完成英語作業(yè)，該讀的讀、該說的說、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣。父母親的良好榜樣起著很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的，這時，父母親對學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度，特別是行為，會極大地影響孩子。千萬不能縱容自己的孩子第一次說：英語好難，我默不出來；就任由他去。你讓你的孩子知道：今天，你花大時間去養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懶了一會，你明天的作業(yè)就會更多。累積下來，你就是欠債最多的人。

本次期中考試已經(jīng)結(jié)束，但成績并不十分理想。我所帶的七（3）班整體較好，而七（4）班兩極分化嚴(yán)重，兩個班平均分相差2分，兩個班不及格總共15人。雖然說試題簡單，但是存在的問題依然很明顯。面對成績，談幾點自己的反思。

通過試卷分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生聽力能力、閱讀理解能力和書面表達(dá)能力較弱，具體來說：

1.學(xué)生的自控、自學(xué)能力較差，由于學(xué)生初次做聽力試題，不知如何下手，因此，聽力失分較多。在平時，我雖然一再強調(diào)聽力的重要性，并明確告知他們僅僅靠上課時間練聽力是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，而且從一開學(xué)就要求學(xué)生每天回家要堅持聽磁帶十分鐘，但是學(xué)生還是認(rèn)識不到聽力的重要性，很難做到老師的要求。

2.部分學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識不夠扎實，學(xué)生遺忘知識快，過去滾瓜爛熟的東西一段時間不用就忘了。

3.學(xué)生的應(yīng)變能力有待提高，不能正確寫出單詞的正確形式；1-4單元，每一單元都讓學(xué)生背誦過一篇作文，一旦遇到考試時的類似作文，學(xué)生只會照搬照套，不能根據(jù)作文要求靈活變通。

4.理解能力不強，閱讀理解失分較多，不能理解通篇大意，原因是詞匯量少，即使是平時默寫過的單詞一到考試時又不認(rèn)識了。

5.不能熟練運用學(xué)過的句型。

造成這種結(jié)果的原因是多方面的，但其中最重要的兩方面是在于教師和學(xué)生本身。教師方面的原因：

在本學(xué)期我在教學(xué)中嘗試高效課堂模式，在教學(xué)中忽視了后進(jìn)生的培養(yǎng)。有些環(huán)節(jié)往往由好學(xué)生一筆帶過。給學(xué)生的講解偏少，重難點知識的強調(diào)偏少。

其次，在日常的教學(xué)當(dāng)中，過多地重視教師的“教”，而忽視了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣的培養(yǎng)。對于個別英語底子薄的學(xué)生沒有降低要求。學(xué)生方面的原因：

1.學(xué)生懶。不愿背單詞，詞組和句型，不愿做題。

2.底子薄弱，對學(xué)習(xí)英語沒有興趣，上課注意力不集中。

3.個別成績好的學(xué)生眼高手低，做題時不認(rèn)真。學(xué)生整體學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差，缺乏主動學(xué)習(xí)意識

在今后的教學(xué)中，我將繼續(xù)抓好雙基知識的訓(xùn)練，打牢基本功；引導(dǎo)學(xué)生梳理知識，掌握語法規(guī)則，逐步引導(dǎo)學(xué)生靈活運用英語知識的能力；培養(yǎng)學(xué)生上課時的聽課習(xí)慣，要求學(xué)生全神貫注，要和老師同步思考出現(xiàn)的問題；講課時，盡量使用簡明、準(zhǔn)確、形象、生動的語言。在平時要通過閱讀，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生閱讀多種文體的能力，如何從文章中獲取信息的能力和運用英語解決實際問題的能力。在訓(xùn)練中要注意方法的多樣化和靈活性，同時，啟發(fā)他們學(xué)會運用多種不同的方法來表達(dá)同樣的思想，逐步培養(yǎng)良好的英語語感；設(shè)計全面、高校的課

外作業(yè)，并進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的書寫習(xí)慣，做到整潔、規(guī)范，正確地書寫?？傊?，在教學(xué)過程中，我的教學(xué)能力有待提高。但我相信，只要我認(rèn)識到并及時改正，今后的教學(xué)成績會有更大提高。
