七年級(jí)英語(yǔ)上冊(cè)期中考試反思
本次期中考試是學(xué)生升級(jí)以來的第一次大型正規(guī)考試,主要考查學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用能力、基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能。部分題目比較靈活,突出考查了學(xué)生在具體的語(yǔ)境中,進(jìn)行觀察、思維、判斷、分析、推理的能力。主客觀題型相結(jié)合,內(nèi)容豐富,試卷主要覆蓋了前六個(gè)單元階段所學(xué)的基本語(yǔ)言知識(shí)點(diǎn)語(yǔ)法各項(xiàng)目,知識(shí)與技能并重,較好地體現(xiàn)了新課程倡導(dǎo)的理念。整套試題難易適中,面向多數(shù)學(xué)生,起到了達(dá)標(biāo)檢測(cè)的作用。
從學(xué)生答題情況來看:選擇題方面主要是一些基礎(chǔ)短語(yǔ)記憶不深刻;閱讀理解還是不能充分依據(jù)上下文弄明白意思,今后仍需加強(qiáng)這方面的練習(xí);書面表達(dá)主要是平時(shí)課文句子的積累,仍需加強(qiáng)課文理解記憶。
鑒于以上情況,下一步教學(xué)確立以下具體改進(jìn)措施:
1.繼續(xù)抓好雙基知識(shí)的訓(xùn)練,打牢基本功。使學(xué)生掌握一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽、說、讀、寫技能,形成一定的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力是基礎(chǔ)教育階段英語(yǔ)課程最重要的任務(wù)之一。從起始年級(jí)開始就重視雙基知識(shí)的積累,努力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的聽、說、讀、寫能力和良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,為以后的學(xué)習(xí)打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
2.抓好課外補(bǔ)差,減少兩極分化現(xiàn)象。一方面它需要我們教師要充分利用好每一個(gè)四十五分鐘,認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)過程,改革陳舊的教學(xué)模式,組織靈活多樣的課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng),促使每位學(xué)生積極參與,從而才能激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和參與興趣,提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性,促使每位學(xué)生爭(zhēng)相開口,從課堂交際活動(dòng)中積累豐富的英語(yǔ)知識(shí),發(fā)展語(yǔ)言技能,提高語(yǔ)言能力。另一方面,它需要我們教師加強(qiáng)補(bǔ)差,不放棄每個(gè)差生,這樣才能大面積提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
3.盡量創(chuàng)設(shè)英語(yǔ)情景,提高學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言的能力。學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的最終目的在于學(xué)生學(xué)了以后能正確地使用語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行交際。因此,在日常教學(xué)中,教師自身要加強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)授課的素養(yǎng),廣泛運(yùn)用流利的英語(yǔ)課堂用語(yǔ),來營(yíng)造英語(yǔ)環(huán)境和學(xué)英語(yǔ)的氛圍,以激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣和主動(dòng)性;另外在課堂教學(xué)中要盡量創(chuàng)設(shè)英語(yǔ)表演的舞臺(tái),讓更多的學(xué)生參與到其中來,以此來積極引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參與語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐活動(dòng),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)的能力。
4.強(qiáng)化聽讀訓(xùn)練,努力培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感。教師在今后的教學(xué)中要有意識(shí)地加強(qiáng)學(xué)生聽讀能力的訓(xùn)練與培養(yǎng),課外還要多選用一些內(nèi)容健康,時(shí)代感強(qiáng)、知識(shí)性、趣味性并存的短文來讓學(xué)生閱讀,通過大量閱讀來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)感以及通過上下文捕捉信息的能力,從而提高閱讀,理解,分析,判斷的能力。
總之,針對(duì)本次檢測(cè)結(jié)果,除了上述一些需改進(jìn)的地方之外,也對(duì)自己的教學(xué)和學(xué)生有了進(jìn)一步的了解,有助于自己在今后的教學(xué)中進(jìn)一步去探索、發(fā)現(xiàn)、改進(jìn)。

本次期中考試已經(jīng)結(jié)束,但成績(jī)并不十分理想。我所帶的七(3)班整體較好,而七(4)班兩極分化嚴(yán)重,兩個(gè)班平均分相差2分,兩個(gè)班不及格總共15人。雖然說試題簡(jiǎn)單,但是存在的問題依然很明顯。面對(duì)成績(jī),談幾點(diǎn)自己的反思。
通過試卷分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生聽力能力、閱讀理解能力和書面表達(dá)能力較弱,具體來說:
1.學(xué)生的自控、自學(xué)能力較差,由于學(xué)生初次做聽力試題,不知如何下手,因此,聽力失分較多。在平時(shí),我雖然一再?gòu)?qiáng)調(diào)聽力的重要性,并明確告知他們僅僅靠上課時(shí)間練聽力是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,而且從一開學(xué)就要求學(xué)生每天回家要堅(jiān)持聽磁帶十分鐘,但是學(xué)生還是認(rèn)識(shí)不到聽力的重要性,很難做到老師的要求。
2.部分學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)不夠扎實(shí),學(xué)生遺忘知識(shí)快,過去滾瓜爛熟的東西一段時(shí)間不用就忘了。
3.學(xué)生的應(yīng)變能力有待提高,不能正確寫出單詞的正確形式;1-4單元,每一單元都讓學(xué)生背誦過一篇作文,一旦遇到考試時(shí)的類似作文,學(xué)生只會(huì)照搬照套,不能根據(jù)作文要求靈活變通。
4.理解能力不強(qiáng),閱讀理解失分較多,不能理解通篇大意,原因是詞匯量少,即使是平時(shí)默寫過的單詞一到考試時(shí)又不認(rèn)識(shí)了。
5.不能熟練運(yùn)用學(xué)過的句型。
造成這種結(jié)果的原因是多方面的,但其中最重要的兩方面是在于教師和學(xué)生本身。教師方面的原因:
在本學(xué)期我在教學(xué)中嘗試高效課堂模式,在教學(xué)中忽視了后進(jìn)生的培養(yǎng)。有些環(huán)節(jié)往往由好學(xué)生一筆帶過。給學(xué)生的講解偏少,重難點(diǎn)知識(shí)的強(qiáng)調(diào)偏少。
其次,在日常的教學(xué)當(dāng)中,過多地重視教師的“教”,而忽視了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣的培養(yǎng)。對(duì)于個(gè)別英語(yǔ)底子薄的學(xué)生沒有降低要求。學(xué)生方面的原因:
1.學(xué)生懶。不愿背單詞,詞組和句型,不愿做題。
2.底子薄弱,對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)沒有興趣,上課注意力不集中。
3.個(gè)別成績(jī)好的學(xué)生眼高手低,做題時(shí)不認(rèn)真。學(xué)生整體學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差,缺乏主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)
在今后的教學(xué)中,我將繼續(xù)抓好雙基知識(shí)的訓(xùn)練,打牢基本功;引導(dǎo)學(xué)生梳理知識(shí),掌握語(yǔ)法規(guī)則,逐步引導(dǎo)學(xué)生靈活運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)知識(shí)的能力;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生上課時(shí)的聽課習(xí)慣,要求學(xué)生全神貫注,要和老師同步思考出現(xiàn)的問題;講課時(shí),盡量使用簡(jiǎn)明、準(zhǔn)確、形象、生動(dòng)的語(yǔ)言。在平時(shí)要通過閱讀,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生閱讀多種文體的能力,如何從文章中獲取信息的能力和運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)解決實(shí)際問題的能力。在訓(xùn)練中要注意方法的多樣化和靈活性,同時(shí),啟發(fā)他們學(xué)會(huì)運(yùn)用多種不同的方法來表達(dá)同樣的思想,逐步培養(yǎng)良好的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感;設(shè)計(jì)全面、高校的課

本學(xué)期,我擔(dān)任七年級(jí)311班和316班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。兩個(gè)班的教學(xué)反差很大,他們的情況具體如下:
311班學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)還算可以,所以有些知識(shí)點(diǎn),略點(diǎn)一下就可以領(lǐng)悟了!但在這次期中考試中出現(xiàn)了這樣的情況,尖子不尖,好像感覺很沒有活力,中上階層的學(xué)生多,但是拔尖的卻沒有體現(xiàn)出來,滿分120分的有一個(gè)同學(xué),過110分的只有21個(gè)學(xué)生,大多數(shù)都是96至109的,同時(shí)還有幾個(gè)勉強(qiáng)及格或是差點(diǎn)及格,期中這份題對(duì)學(xué)生來說是簡(jiǎn)單的,可就是考不出水平!而316班學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)很差,同一個(gè)單詞反復(fù)教導(dǎo),還是讀不準(zhǔn),有些26個(gè)字母還沒有掌握,上課無心向?qū)W的學(xué)生基本占整班的三分之二,所以這次期中考試情況很不好,及格人數(shù)二十多個(gè),優(yōu)秀人數(shù)十個(gè)左右,和其他班更行對(duì)比,成績(jī)很不理想!
我認(rèn)真做了以下的反思:出現(xiàn)尖子不尖的情況,主要是我忽略了這個(gè)方面的培養(yǎng),我應(yīng)該多在這方面花點(diǎn)精力!同時(shí)應(yīng)該出多點(diǎn)練習(xí)給學(xué)生操練!因?yàn)閷W(xué)生的練習(xí)沒有按時(shí)完成,操練比較少,所以學(xué)過的知識(shí)不能得到很好的鞏固,我應(yīng)該在這方面安排督促檢查的!還有學(xué)生的單詞總不過關(guān),每次聽寫單詞時(shí)都是不合格!學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)還不打扎實(shí),書寫還是個(gè)大問題!
針對(duì)以上情況,我在下半個(gè)學(xué)期做以下的安排:七年級(jí)正是打基礎(chǔ)的階段,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的聽、說、讀、寫的能力對(duì)以后初中英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)很重要。從各方面嚴(yán)格要求自己,積極向老教師請(qǐng)教,使教學(xué)計(jì)劃及實(shí)施有條理,有組織,有步驟地開展。我在教學(xué)中的主要環(huán)節(jié)體現(xiàn)在以下幾方面:(一)任何一位學(xué)生都必須書寫端正,否則將會(huì)受到懲罰。嚇唬之余,在最初階段還不妨特意抓幾位敢“頂風(fēng)作案”的學(xué)生,以懲一儆百;同時(shí)對(duì)書寫端正的任何一個(gè)學(xué)生都給予鼓勵(lì)。后來我驚奇的發(fā)現(xiàn),那些中文漢字寫的歪歪扭扭的學(xué)生,英文卻完全可以寫的非常端正,儼然一個(gè)優(yōu)秀生的卷面一般,感覺很有成就感。
(二)英語(yǔ)作為一門語(yǔ)言,讓學(xué)生在基礎(chǔ)學(xué)習(xí)階段養(yǎng)成大聲朗讀,敢于開口是非常必要的。在日常教學(xué)中,我最害怕不開口的學(xué)生。我認(rèn)為只要他們開口讀、說英語(yǔ)了,那么他們這一生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)都將不會(huì)存在任何的障礙了。所以在開學(xué)最初的幾個(gè)星期階段,我特別提醒我的學(xué)生們,一定要開口出聲且大聲的朗讀英語(yǔ)。針對(duì)個(gè)別性格內(nèi)向、羞于開口的學(xué)生,則要將其列為重點(diǎn)關(guān)注對(duì)象,致力于先張口,再出聲,最后大聲朗讀。
(三)很多時(shí)候我們不得不承認(rèn),學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)考試成績(jī)是和學(xué)生的單詞量完全成正比的。新目標(biāo)英語(yǔ)這套教材的單詞量大是眾所周知的。為了讓學(xué)生從識(shí)記
單詞拼寫這個(gè)繁重的負(fù)擔(dān)中解脫出來,我想我們應(yīng)該在第一時(shí)間向全班學(xué)生講述正確的識(shí)記單詞拼寫的方法,同時(shí)幫助其摒棄他們?cè)谛W(xué)階段可能業(yè)已形成的死記硬背的方法。在教學(xué)過程中,我堅(jiān)決要求學(xué)生依據(jù)單詞發(fā)音來識(shí)記單詞的拼寫。所以在單詞教學(xué)方面,我一般遵循三步走的順序。1.跟讀。讓學(xué)生先學(xué)會(huì)讀單詞,做到看到單詞,讀音能夠脫口而出。2.記住漢語(yǔ)意思??梢杂衫蠋焾?bào)中文解釋,學(xué)生讀出英文單詞;在課堂句型操練中,進(jìn)一步鞏固單詞的讀音和中文意思的聯(lián)合掌握和運(yùn)用。3.最后才要求學(xué)生開始識(shí)記單詞的拼寫。事實(shí)上,此時(shí)由于學(xué)生對(duì)很多單詞的過目率非常的高,他們可能已經(jīng)在不知不覺中掌握了本單元里為數(shù)不少的新單詞的拼寫了。
(四)英語(yǔ)課堂上的同桌對(duì)話模式,我想應(yīng)該一直被提倡。因此,在七在教學(xué)過程編排上,也盡量多的編排對(duì)話操練,以爭(zhēng)取讓學(xué)生有盡量多的機(jī)會(huì)展示,尤其是每個(gè)單元的A(包括B的前半部分)句型,更是有必要以兩人或四人一組等模式充分操練。而此時(shí),教材后面的聽力材料則完全可以作為早自修朗讀內(nèi)容,其中個(gè)別超綱單詞,不妨也加以解釋,以作為擴(kuò)展學(xué)生單詞量的一個(gè)輔助手段。綜上所述,經(jīng)過下半個(gè)學(xué)期的努力,我相信一部分同學(xué)成績(jī)有所提高,只要我們學(xué)生用心去學(xué),相信我們就能圓滿的完成英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作,為學(xué)生之后的更高層次的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)奠定扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

一、得分原因分析
1、本次考試試題簡(jiǎn)單,都是基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。全班40人,成績(jī)過百分達(dá)18人,72分及格線上有30人。
2、學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)比較扎實(shí)?;A(chǔ)題所占比例較高,容易題占較多,并且都是常見習(xí)題,沒有偏題。
3、平時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)過程中,小組合作學(xué)習(xí)較靈活,解決和處理問題的能力較好。
4、考前復(fù)習(xí)了2節(jié)課,學(xué)生掌握較好。
二、失分原因分析
1、基礎(chǔ)較好學(xué)生認(rèn)為題目簡(jiǎn)單,自己可以拿滿分,導(dǎo)致粗心大意。后面簡(jiǎn)答題得了滿分,但卻在選擇題和填空題上失誤了。
2、本次試卷我班的都是學(xué)校打印的,由于打印機(jī)的問題導(dǎo)致一些加號(hào)和減號(hào)看不清楚,學(xué)生有看錯(cuò)題目的地方。
3、部分基礎(chǔ)較差的學(xué)生已經(jīng)盡力,但是由于小學(xué)知識(shí)不牢固,基礎(chǔ)較差,所以還是成績(jī)較弱。
三、教學(xué)啟示:
在今后的教學(xué)中,需要作好以下幾方面的工作:
