一線，清貧與奉獻是她的本色，責任與使命是她的原則。在生活上，她默默無聞地奉獻著，對待年輕教師，她像對待自己的孩子一樣鼓勵、鞭策和幫助著。在工作上，她又孜孜不倦地追求著，為了訓練百人鼓號隊，她在做切除聲帶小結的當天就回到校操場；為更好地完成“服裝設計”活動，她幾乎跑遍全城縫紉店找碎布；為做好婦女帶頭工作，她將52 年從未上過臺的丈夫拉上了“家庭才藝展”的舞臺……
