小學英語教學苦與樂

各位領(lǐng)導，各位老師：

大家上午好，我今天演講的題目是《小學英語教學中的苦與樂》。

2012年8月我們來到了這所教學環(huán)境一流，令人心曠神怡的校園，從事六年級英語教學工作.幾個月的教學實踐使我深深地懂得：做一個出色的英語老師確實很難!

記得我上第一節(jié)課時就碰了釘子。因為我面對的是許多陌生的學生面孔，對學生的基礎(chǔ)一點也不了解，我按照自己的教學思路，設(shè)計了一堂自認為簡單易懂而又不死板的課.但是課上同學們根本不張口讀英語，死氣沉沉，不知道和我互動，一節(jié)課下來我很郁悶，才知道這樣上課很不如愿，不如人意。后來，聽同學們說我講的口語同學們都聽不大懂，而教學方式同學們也不習慣。由此可知，我在上課前根本不了解學生的實際情況.一方面，我們這邊的學生英語聽、說能力相對較弱，授課采用英語教學，學生們還不能適應(yīng);另一方面，我只注重了教，沒有考慮到如何根據(jù)學生的實際水平去調(diào)動學生的積極性，我備課時沒有注意到這點，因此教學效果不理想。教學中，備課是一個必不可少而又十分重要的環(huán)節(jié).備課既要備學生又要備教法，備課不充分或者備得不全面，會嚴重影響課堂的教學效果。曾有一位前輩對我說：“備課備不好，倒不如不上課，否則就是白費心機?！币虼宋以谏险n前總是花大量的時間認認真真鉆研教材和教法，準備好教具，不滿意就不收工；課上盡量放低講課速度，把一節(jié)課的東西分成兩節(jié)課來解決，遇到前面的知識點再重新補習，就這樣一步一個腳印的走著，雖然辛苦，但期中考試的成績告訴我這樣是值得的。

作為一名小學英語教師雖然辛苦，但是我覺得我很快樂。我善于在這種平凡的工作中尋找樂趣.例如我在教星期和月份名稱時，這些單詞既長又難讀，學生學起來實在是困難，于是,我編了一些英漢chant來幫助學生記憶。同學們高效率地接受了這些chant.在這樣的課堂教學中，我深切感受到了同學們學英語的興趣，同時我也體會到了教英語的快樂。

通過近一段的教學實踐，我也慢慢地成熟了。我深深地感悟到了作為一名小學英語教師的艱辛,同時也品嘗到了艱辛后的芳香.我與小學英語教學也結(jié)下了不解的情緣。

To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love.From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them.Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents.In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling.It’s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were!But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them.As class teacher, there was no time.I decided quickly to help the holpless parents.And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before.Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city.After a long time searching, we found the girls.When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly.Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents.At that time, I knew, sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children.How important, how great to be a teacher is!To me, my students are just like the wild flowers.Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes.If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends;work hard with full responsibility.So, what is responsibility? 這時，我真想大聲對同學們說：當我們擁抱成功，享受喜悅時，別忘了我們老師都付出了自己的青春和汗水，我們沒有理由不去感恩老師。

一線，清貧與奉獻是她的本色，責任與使命是她的原則。在生活上，她默默無聞地奉獻著，對待年輕教師，她像對待自己的孩子一樣鼓勵、鞭策和幫助著。在工作上，她又孜孜不倦地追求著，為了訓練百人鼓號隊，她在做切除聲帶小結(jié)的當天就回到校操場；為更好地完成“服裝設(shè)計”活動，她幾乎跑遍全城縫紉店找碎布；為做好婦女帶頭工作，她將52 年從未上過臺的丈夫拉上了“家庭才藝展”的舞臺……

“一部停不下來的機器”，是周老師的真實寫照。她每天在校工作時間長達12至14個小時。常年超負荷工作使她身患多種慢性病，多次膽闌炎發(fā)作，晚上病痛而徹夜難眠，但她以頑強的毅力坦然面對病痛折磨，在病情稍有緩和的情況下，悲傷，又投入緊張的工作中，看著她那布滿血絲的雙眼和憔悴不堪的樣子，大弟心痛的說：“姐，你這是何苦呢？教好的是別人的孩子，可累壞的是你的身子??！”她只笑了笑，可誰也沒想到，這句關(guān)愛的話語竟成了姐弟間最后的告別。1997年，因積勞成疾，大弟也悄然的離開了人世，此時，年邁的父親再也經(jīng)不住這個沉重的打擊也癱病在床，為了不讓老人傷心，她強忍心中的悲痛，再次挑起了照顧老人的重任，白天的她在學校，晚上的她在醫(yī)院，不足四個小時的睡眠使她眼中布滿了血絲，人也疲憊不堪，最后，過度的勞累和沉重的打擊使她終于病倒了，但她仍一邊輸液，一邊工作，一邊照顧老人，看著她那疲憊的身軀，年邁的父親再也忍不住流下了眼淚，說：“建波，你去找醫(yī)生給我打一針安樂針，讓我走吧，我走了，你才能輕裝上陣，安心工作，自古忠孝不能兩全，爸爸不會怪你的”。那天他們父女在醫(yī)院抱頭痛哭，可們不怕，老師也不怕，咱們一起練。排練結(jié)束后，我和孩子們一起笑著鬧著，心里感受到一種從未有過的輕松，我知道是孩子們幫助了我，鼓舞了我。當我在臺下看著他們成功的表演時，淚水再也忍不住地流了下來，作為一名人民教師愛的奉獻是無盡的

important to question actively and raise doubts boldly for studying.this is like sunshine and rain to the trees, little trees cannot grow into big ones without them.therefore, whether in class or after class, we should actively encourage students to question, to raise doubts, to have discussion, stimulate them to analyze questions and to seek approaches to settle them, and cultivate their spirits of thinking independently and innovating boldly.the third is how to review and summarize.i always call for my students to go over what they have learned that day so as to have deeper impressions of the key contents, just like to see the film in their brains.it is very useful to strengthen the memory and the knowledge they have learned.besides, after a week or a month, students should summarize the related knowledge, homework and analyze papers.this is also good habit of studying.only in this way, can the learned knowledge be pleted.it is of great help to get different thinking abilities for students.the fourth is attitudes towards homework of students.good attitudes towards homework should involve writing it earnestly and normally, and pleting it independently during a definite period.we should consider the homework after reading and amending, not only find the mistakes, including the spelling mistakes, but also analyze the reasons.i also together my students set up archives for mistakes and sum up all different types in order not to make the same mistakes during studying.keeping on doing as that until they form a habit.it can not only improve the students’ practical english level, but also help them to analyze and solve the problems.besides that, reading and reciting is one of the effective methods to english studying.as we all know, reading is a way to input the information.during the reading, the movements of mouth and tongue can be reflected in brain and bee mechanical memory, which is very useful to memorize the s and expressions.in this way, we can not only train the instinctive feel for the language of the students, but also increase the process of turning the language accumulation into the language application.this is just the goal for input.so in my english teaching, i often guide the reading and reciting to make the students have good memorial habit and develop their abilities to read and write.munication with foreigners, a bridge to share our chinese culture with others.to me, my students are just like the wild flowers.can we see a world or heaven in them? the answer is definitely yes.if you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends;work hard with full responsibility.how do i enjoy myself with my students? i don’t think i can express how i love my students in a few s.i just know, they are the future of china;they are infinity in my hand.what could i do with them? to wait, to be patient, to expect and to love.from them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.over three years passed by, the first day of new semester was ing finally.as a new teacher of the school, i had something in mon with my students, who were new faces.sitting in the classroom, since both of us were nervous, i showed a smile to them.at last, they relaxed themselves, smile was passed on to next.then all of them were smiling.at that time, i began to introduce myself to them.so interested in me, they all listened to me with full heart.of course i had chance to know something about them.one of them even was so excited with red face when she knew she and i had the same birthday.when i made a joke on her about her red apple face, the classroom burst out of laugh.no matter how different they are, in my eyes, everyone of them is like a waiting flower----waiting for growth.from then on, i had been in good relationship with my students.how lovely and nice they are!
