逝者如斯，轉(zhuǎn)眼間碩士研究生的生活已接近尾聲，回顧自己兩年多的工作和學(xué)習(xí)，有遺憾，也有欣喜，有不足，也有進(jìn)步?？傮w來說，我實(shí)實(shí)在在的付出了，全力以赴地追逐了。于是，我在此鄭重地向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)申請(qǐng)同濟(jì)大學(xué)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生稱號(hào)，在這里，我將自己各方面的表現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下：

學(xué)習(xí)方面：一絲不茍、積極進(jìn)取。

從研一入學(xué)開始，我就開始以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真的態(tài)度對(duì)待新的課程學(xué)習(xí)，對(duì)待研究工作。上課時(shí)，我以飽滿的精神狀態(tài)認(rèn)真聽講；課下，我總是及早開始著手課外作業(yè)。在同學(xué)眼中，我是勤奮而努力的。我清楚地知道，自己不是天才，所以要笨鳥先飛。

研一下學(xué)期，我就邀請(qǐng)同學(xué)積極參與“挑戰(zhàn)杯”大賽，在經(jīng)驗(yàn)不是很足的情況下，我和隊(duì)友克服種種困難完成了比賽流程，提交了不夠完美的報(bào)告。雖然只獲得了成功參賽獎(jiǎng)，但對(duì)我們來說更重要的是，我們有了主動(dòng)挑戰(zhàn)的勇氣，有了奮勇向前的決心。收獲了這些，我們熬過的諸多夜晚便具有深刻的價(jià)值。

工作方面：讓學(xué)術(shù)完美而親切。

課程之余，我參與了導(dǎo)師的課題——國(guó)家十二五重大專項(xiàng)“??”，負(fù)責(zé)多組參數(shù)下實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)算，進(jìn)行參數(shù)的調(diào)試取得了較好效果。除此之外，還使用??軟件和編寫復(fù)雜模型數(shù)據(jù)，為其中子項(xiàng)目“??”提供有價(jià)值的理論模型。在編程中，我總是按照高級(jí)程序員的寫法嚴(yán)格要求自己，不僅程序要通順，而且要保證可讀性要強(qiáng)，注釋要全面，這樣，在提供給他人作參考時(shí)，便可以省去大量時(shí)間。

學(xué)術(shù)難免有一些晦澀難懂的語言，我總是積極地給同學(xué)們分享自己新的理解，并且致力于用做通俗易懂的語言卻解釋復(fù)雜的數(shù)學(xué)思想。大家都說，我講的特別清晰，為此，我很高興自己的努力獲得大家的認(rèn)可。毫不夸張地說，在將學(xué)術(shù)通俗化的工作中，我是課題組里做的很出色的。

生活方面：重團(tuán)結(jié)，敢擔(dān)當(dāng)，讓環(huán)保從我做起。

朋友們總說我是個(gè)可信賴、可依靠的人，會(huì)放心地把很多事都交給我做決定。需要購置公共用品時(shí)，是我費(fèi)心挑選負(fù)責(zé)購買；需要維修設(shè)備，是我主動(dòng)聯(lián)絡(luò)他人修理。宿舍的衛(wèi)生，我承擔(dān)了絕大多數(shù)，心里有時(shí)會(huì)稍微有一點(diǎn)委屈，但是想到可以創(chuàng)造一個(gè)良好的生活環(huán)境，可以創(chuàng)造一個(gè)很好的氛圍，我就繼續(xù)無怨無悔地做了下去。用一句話來獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)自己：“能力越大，責(zé)任就越大”，感謝大家的信任。

2014年的10月份，我很有幸地獲得歐洲??學(xué)會(huì)院士??老師的邀請(qǐng)，到美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)進(jìn)行了短期的學(xué)術(shù)訪問。除了學(xué)術(shù)上的收獲，我更多地被美國(guó)人的高度文明所打動(dòng)，并主動(dòng)將這種文明帶回國(guó)內(nèi)。我看到他們把廢棄打印紙分類，并進(jìn)行再次利用。于是，我主動(dòng)將課題組內(nèi)的廢紙進(jìn)行了分類，可利用的、不可利用的，分兩個(gè)紙箱放好。同學(xué)們很配合，也主動(dòng)分了類，并自覺回收可以用的部分用作草稿紙。我本不是組里指定的負(fù)責(zé)人，但是作為其中的一份子，我愿意主動(dòng)從我做起，為綠色環(huán)保做一份貢獻(xiàn)。實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐：在行動(dòng)中成長(zhǎng)，在實(shí)踐中進(jìn)步。

上個(gè)暑假，我積極地參與了國(guó)家海洋局的暑期實(shí)踐，到國(guó)家海洋局進(jìn)行暑期實(shí)習(xí)。在二所的時(shí)候，我主動(dòng)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室的同學(xué)們交流，并積極地加入到實(shí)驗(yàn)中去，幫助大家提取北極泥樣并制作實(shí)驗(yàn)薄片。在操作中，我找到了更安全更快捷的操作方法，效率大大提高。由衷的感慨，思考與進(jìn)步是源于實(shí)踐的，難怪陸游會(huì)說：“紙上得來終覺淺，絕知此事要躬行”。

2014年，我參加了在美國(guó)舉行的第84屆??年會(huì)，當(dāng)時(shí)有一個(gè)口頭報(bào)告需要我來做，很不巧趕上了身體不舒服，而我還是堅(jiān)強(qiáng)地戰(zhàn)勝了病痛，保質(zhì)保量地完成了報(bào)告，獲得了導(dǎo)師的贊賞。

我喜歡和朋友主動(dòng)分享生活重大收獲和感悟，在和一位朋友交流了美國(guó)人的高素質(zhì)之后，她邀請(qǐng)我加入了她所在的公益組織，開展了“日行一善”的微信線上活動(dòng)。我主動(dòng)邀請(qǐng)陌生同學(xué)加入，建起了本組織的第一個(gè)上海微信群，參與的同學(xué)們都受益良多，組織方也非常感謝我做出的杰出貢獻(xiàn)。而我自己，也有著莫大的收獲：我可以更自如地主動(dòng)與陌生人交流，并可以在短時(shí)間內(nèi)打動(dòng)對(duì)方。不得不承認(rèn)：真誠(chéng)與信賴是人與人之間交流的重要橋梁，而我為此盡了自己的力量。

寥寥數(shù)言不足以完整而全面地展示自己的精彩。我也明白，在我們這個(gè)優(yōu)秀的集體中，我做的不是最好的，我需要學(xué)習(xí)的還有很多很多，但是，希望組織能獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)我這個(gè)稱號(hào)，作為給當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生的一種鼓舞。我會(huì)堅(jiān)持，在今后的工作于生活中，我會(huì)做的更多、更好！

本人于2012年8月考入內(nèi)蒙古大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院生物技術(shù)基地班，經(jīng)過將近三年的努力學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)現(xiàn)我對(duì)生物方面具有濃厚的興趣。通過本科期間對(duì)生物方面的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究，越來越對(duì)生物感興趣。

為了更好的適應(yīng)研究生的生活,提前對(duì)研究生期間進(jìn)行規(guī)劃很有必要。我對(duì)自己在未來三年內(nèi)的規(guī)劃大致如下:

一、研一階段:

1、牢固專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),提升專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。通過廣泛閱讀專業(yè)文章和科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)，了解他人的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法和思路，為自己的實(shí)驗(yàn)做準(zhǔn)備。

2、學(xué)習(xí)理論知識(shí)的同時(shí)注重結(jié)合實(shí)際?？梢試L試對(duì)相關(guān)專業(yè)問題做專題研究，并在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下對(duì)問題進(jìn)行解決。

二、研二階段:

1、跟隨導(dǎo)師，確定實(shí)驗(yàn)方向。跟隨導(dǎo)師進(jìn)行科學(xué)研究是十分關(guān)鍵的，從最基本的收集資料到相關(guān)問題的獨(dú)立構(gòu)思，都需要在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)的積累。

2、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新思維，并進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)論文撰寫。創(chuàng)新主要來源于學(xué)習(xí)過程中不同實(shí)驗(yàn)者對(duì)一些問題的不同觀點(diǎn)和所采用的不同試驗(yàn)方法。同時(shí)希望有機(jī)會(huì)可以直博，對(duì)本專業(yè)進(jìn)行深入研究。

三、研三階段:

In 2009, when everyone in China was saving money for real estate investments, I was putting money away so that I could come to the United States and study.This was not a popular decision among my family and friends.Why would I give up a great job and life to travel half way across the earth and become a poor college student again? I don’t know how many times I tried to explain to them that I thought it would be a good investment and that in the end it would benefit my life and my career tremendously.The second reason(and maybe the most important)is that I truly enjoy learning and obtaining knowledge;it makes me feel I am growing as a person and gives me a great sense of self-satisfaction.My grandfather was a respected professor at a prestigious university prior to the Cultural Revolution and both my parents are senior engineers who graduated from the best university in China.Though we were never rich by any means, my parents always made it a priority to take me to museums, bookstores, and famous colleges in their spare time.I loved reading stories about famous scientists, especially those who persisted in their theories no matter how difficult the situation.The atmosphere in my house was one that allowed me to cultivate my mind and find my passion.My decision to major in accounting came from my three-year term as the treasurer of my high school class.There I was responsible for recording, archiving receipts, making the annual budget, and collecting and refunding money for programs.This job transformed me into a patient and organized person who wanted to learn more about financial management.In 2001, I enrolled as an accounting student at the(college name).(college name)is one of the most competitive universities in China and my time there taught me a lot about the spirit of hard work.Each of my last three years at the university I was awarded a level 3 scholarship as an outstanding student.Upon graduation my major GPA was a 3.6 which ranked me among the top 15 percent of my class.To prove my accounting sense and financial management capability I postponed my graduate education and accepted a position as an auditor at(accounting firm name)Beijing Branch.During my 4-year employment there I had the opportunity to experience the full range of planning, auditing, and reporting.Among my duties there were:(1)the designing of suitable audit methods for clients,(2)using procedures to exam and analyze accounts,(3)evaluating the fairness of financial statements and reports,(4)and providing recommendations regarding improving operations and financial positions of clients.My largest client when I was with(accounting firm name)was(company name).I worked as an auditor of their IPO program and on the first annual audit after that.One of the things I am most proud of is the Revenue and Cost recognition model I created while I was there.It was based on the percentage-of-completion method and could check for inconsistencies within the data, calculate the revenue of projects, and exam clients’ combination results when there are inter-subcontracts.This model was adopted as the major tool for the entire team of auditors(approximately 100)and to my knowledge is still used in(company name’s)audit team today.My work there not only confirmed my competence in the accounting field, but also trained me into a diligent and persevering professional.More than 50% of my clients were new clients, meaning we had no records in our database to refer to.The challenge of starting from the very beginning is stressful and exciting at the same time.I found myself extremely motivated when I had the authority to design procedures and make decisions.The feeling of success and confidence I gained from serving new clients is the main reason why I stayed with the(company name)team for 20 months.My work there gave me a great sense of self-satisfaction and was recognized by my peers and supervisors.I was rewarded for my hard work by being one of the top paid employees at my level during my last three years of employment.When working as an auditor, the thing that interested me most is the conversion between different GAAPs.My experience of serving publicly listed companies in China, Hong Kong, and the US made me realize there are many theoretical differences between PRC GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.The accounting principles adopted by different countries not only show their stages of development, but also express their culture and social preferences.So is it really possible that we eliminate the GAAP difference by implementing IFRS?
