一、體檢的必要性

（一）運(yùn)動(dòng)存在不可預(yù)測(cè)性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，特別是長(zhǎng)期不運(yùn)動(dòng)或者本身存在基礎(chǔ)疾病的人參與運(yùn)動(dòng)，會(huì)對(duì)人體的刺激是多器官和深重的，會(huì)不可避免地發(fā)生急性傷病，以心血管、呼吸、中樞神經(jīng)、胃腸道和運(yùn)動(dòng)（骨和肌肉等）系統(tǒng)的刺激或損害為主，重者可危及生命。

（二）由于急性傷病具有不可預(yù)測(cè)性，因此運(yùn)動(dòng)員形成全面身體檢查、循癥系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控、積極防治傷病、建立健康檔案等模式是非常重要和必要的。完好的身體狀況是從事運(yùn)動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)，在傷病狀況下進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)，會(huì)極大地?cái)U(kuò)張和加大運(yùn)動(dòng)員的健康安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

（三）為了最大程度地保障參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員的健康安全，確立“超前預(yù)防”思想，特制定此體檢指導(dǎo)建議。運(yùn)動(dòng)員未能提供體檢證明或檢查結(jié)果不符合以下要求的，不得參賽。

二、綜合要求

（一）賽前體檢

運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須及時(shí)了解自身的健康和體能狀況，并在賽前或最長(zhǎng)不超過賽前三個(gè)月的時(shí)間，自行到醫(yī)院進(jìn)行體檢。

（二）自我監(jiān)控

賽前單次體檢結(jié)果正常，只表示選擇的體檢項(xiàng)目所反映的身體健康狀況。由于體檢方法及項(xiàng)目所限，并不能完全排除身體潛在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；由于“人身體狀況的可變性”，更不能證明運(yùn)動(dòng)員完全有能力安全完成比賽。因此每位參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須做到：

1．賽前主動(dòng)確保自身狀況良好，沒有感冒、發(fā)熱、病毒性或細(xì)菌性-扁桃體炎、其它急慢性傷病等。

2．賽前或賽中出現(xiàn)身體異常癥狀，應(yīng)主動(dòng)退出比賽，及時(shí)告知比賽組委會(huì)，盡快就醫(yī)。

三、體檢項(xiàng)目

以下體檢項(xiàng)目是根據(jù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的常見急性傷病所設(shè)，比賽組委會(huì)將在賽前對(duì)其進(jìn)行審查。

（一）內(nèi)外科一般檢查

重點(diǎn)詢問和甄別參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員有無以下情況：

1．心血管系統(tǒng)疾病，如高血壓、瓣膜病、冠心病、心肌??； 2．中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病，如癲癇、嚴(yán)重神經(jīng)衰弱綜合征； 3．猝死等家族史；

4．運(yùn)動(dòng)性應(yīng)激性或急性傷病的既往史；

5、呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病，如過敏性支氣管哮喘、急或慢性呼吸道感染；

6、胃腸道疾病，如消化道潰瘍活動(dòng)期。

（二）血壓檢查

1．50歲以下的運(yùn)動(dòng)員：收縮壓≤130mmHg（17.3KPa），舒張壓≤85mmHg（11.3KPa）；

2．50歲以上（包括50歲）的運(yùn)動(dòng)員：收縮壓≤140mmHg（18.6KPa），舒張壓≤90mmHg（12KPa）。

（三）心電圖檢查

心電圖報(bào)告須附醫(yī)師診斷意見，評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下： 1．正常心電圖（經(jīng)醫(yī)院確診無明顯異常）：（1）竇性心律；

（2）成人心率40～100次/分（專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員心率可低于40次/分）。2．不符合參賽條件的異常心電圖包括但不限于：

（1）竇性心動(dòng)過速，成人心率＞100次/分；室性心動(dòng)過速；（2）頻發(fā)的竇性心律不齊；

（3）竇性停搏；房性、交界性、室性期前收縮或逸搏；（4）病態(tài)竇房結(jié)綜合癥；

（5）Ⅱ度及以上的竇房、房室傳導(dǎo)、左束支傳導(dǎo)等阻滯；（6）預(yù)激綜合征；

（7）心肌缺血，ST段缺血型降低（包括水平型、下垂型、弓背型、下陷型、近似缺血型），T波改變（包括低平、雙向、倒置），Q－T間期延長(zhǎng)，U波倒置，心律失常等；

（8）其他心電圖異常，如房顫。

（四）血、尿和生化檢查

判斷血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)和肝腎功能情況。

（五）腹部B超檢查

判斷腹部主要臟器情況

參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員須知

1、運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須首先對(duì)照自己的比賽時(shí)間、比賽項(xiàng)目，攜帶號(hào)碼布參加檢錄處的檢錄，只有參加了檢錄報(bào)到方可參加比賽，三次點(diǎn)名不到者作棄權(quán)處理，堅(jiān)決杜絕替代比賽的事件發(fā)生。

2、檢錄后運(yùn)動(dòng)員不能擅自離開隊(duì)伍，必須有組織有紀(jì)律的由檢錄處老師或?qū)W生統(tǒng)一引導(dǎo)前往比賽地點(diǎn)，中途脫離隊(duì)伍沒按時(shí)比賽者作棄權(quán)處理。

3、徑賽項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)動(dòng)員到田徑場(chǎng)入口參加檢錄，田賽項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)動(dòng)員到排球場(chǎng)檢錄處參加檢錄。

4、個(gè)人田賽、徑賽項(xiàng)目發(fā)生時(shí)間沖突，田賽服從徑賽，運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須主動(dòng)向田賽項(xiàng)目裁判長(zhǎng)請(qǐng)假，待徑賽結(jié)束，馬上返回田賽項(xiàng)目。

5、徑賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須對(duì)照自己檢錄的項(xiàng)目、組次、道次進(jìn)行比賽，切勿出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)位比賽，否則影響名次和成績(jī)。
