一學期很快過去,總體看,我認真落實教學工作計劃,狠抓教學質(zhì)量,認真完成各項任務,同時積極探索,改變教學方法,收到較好的效果?,F(xiàn)將本學期的教育教學工作總結(jié)如下:
一、在教育教學方面
首先,按新課程標準,認真?zhèn)湔n,認真鉆研教材,哪些地方要詳講,哪些地方可少講,都要認真思考。在物理課堂教學中,扎扎實實抓好物理概念、物理規(guī)律等基礎(chǔ)知識的教學,注意講清物理概念的定義、含義及特性等,根據(jù)需要通過舉例、作圖等手段讓學生加深對抽象物理要領(lǐng)的理解。對物理規(guī)律的講解中,要注意引導學生通過分析、概括、歸納等思維活動,在課堂講授中,盡量列舉大量的生活、生產(chǎn)中的實例,向?qū)W生介紹現(xiàn)代科技知識,拓展學生的視野,提高認識問題和解決問題的能力。同時加強學生對物理概念的記憶,每講完一章都要求學生分小組進行過關(guān)。在習題講析中,注意培養(yǎng)學生科學的思維方法和良好的學習習慣,啟發(fā)引導學生認真審題,挖掘隱含條件等,做到解題過程步驟完整,推理嚴密。
二、嚴格要求自己,養(yǎng)成良好的生活習慣。
本人嚴格遵守學校的各項規(guī)章制度,不遲到、不早退、有事主動請假。在工作中,尊敬領(lǐng)導、團結(jié)同事,能正確處理好與領(lǐng)導同事之間的關(guān)系。平時,工作任勞任怨、對人真誠、熱愛學生、人際關(guān)系和諧融洽,從不鬧無原則的糾紛,處處以一名人民教師的要求來規(guī)范自己的言行,毫不松懈地培養(yǎng)自己的綜合素質(zhì)和能力。注意將工作、學習、娛樂、休息有機的結(jié)合起來,將8小時以外的時間合理的利用起來,養(yǎng)成良好的生活習慣。
三、盡心盡責抓教學,積極開拓新思路
本學期我擔任八年級(9)、(10)、(11)、(12)班的物理教學工作,在教育教學工作中遇到了不少困難。針對這些情況,我在積極努力研究教學的基礎(chǔ)上,虛心向有經(jīng)驗的老師及其他同行討教經(jīng)驗。為了滿足學生“一滴水”的需要,我在認真?zhèn)湔n、上課之余,還盡可能地利用了大量的休息時間來自學各類知識,以提高自身素質(zhì)。在教學中,認真鉆研新大綱、吃透教材,把一些先進的教學理論、科學的教學方法及先進現(xiàn)代教學手段靈活運用于課堂教學中,努力培養(yǎng)學生的合作交流、自主探究、勇于創(chuàng)新的等能力。另外,本人在搞好教學工作的同時,還很注重教學經(jīng)驗的積累,有了心得體會就及時記下來與同事交流,為以后的教學留下第一手材料。尤其是在教育局組織的優(yōu)質(zhì)課展示活動中及自治區(qū)青年教師講課大賽,我親臨目睹了老師們精彩的課堂教學,使我學到了很多寶貴的教學經(jīng)驗。他們大多都貫徹了新課改理念,為課堂教學注入了新的活力,基本都擯棄了傳統(tǒng)“一講到底”的教學方法,極大的調(diào)動了學生學習的積極性和主動性。我還充分利用學校多媒體教學設施,輔助教學,既形象、生動,又提高了課堂效率。
四、取得的成績 認真落實學校教務處的一些要求,做到本學期聽課達70余節(jié),其實這也是老師應該做的,通過聽課可以學習他人的教學經(jīng)驗,補充自己的不足,利用課余時間學習理論知識,提高自己的業(yè)務水平。
本學期物理教學,雖積極認真落實學校教學常規(guī),努力完成教學工作任務,取得了一些成績,但有很多不足和困惑:如何減小兩極分化;怎樣更好的提高學生學習興趣;怎樣提高課堂教學效率等都值得深思,還需要與同事們攜手共進。

4月18---19日泰州市教研室和泰州海陵實小精心籌備了“星光大舞臺”活動。本次活動采取全封閉形式,通過三個環(huán)節(jié):誦讀、微型課和板書設計展現(xiàn)了英語教師的風采,也真實地顯露了老師們身上存在的不同程度的問題。而再遇名師沈峰,更使我收獲良多。結(jié)合這次小學英語教師技能大賽,就沈老師的點評,我提煉心得如下:
一、教學要講究邏輯性。
這點在我們不少老師身上做得很欠缺。課堂上的每句話,每一個環(huán)節(jié)都應該是有邏輯性的。引導教學要自然,符合情理,不能生硬突兀,令學生費解。我想這是作為老師必備的基本素質(zhì),而恰恰為許多老師忽視。
二、教學環(huán)節(jié)要簡潔明了,忌貪多冗長,拐彎抹角。
老師們在備課時,有時為了追求形式的多樣,刻意設計教學環(huán)節(jié),導致與課堂主題偏離,課堂效率降低,教學流程不清晰。沈老師強調(diào)要充分利用教學資源,順著一根線走下去,而不是堆砌教學資源,走過堂。
三、關(guān)注學生,以生為本。
沈老師強調(diào)要關(guān)注學生已有知識和經(jīng)驗。這點我們從理論上都知道,備學生嘛!可是經(jīng)沈老師結(jié)合具體的課例點評后,空洞的理論就變得明朗起來。在教學設計中,我們要了解學生已有經(jīng)驗,并想法激活學生已有的經(jīng)驗。在現(xiàn)實教學中,經(jīng)常會聽到老師在講課時對著學生已熟知的知識在贅述。這樣就不能激起學生的求知欲和對學習的深層興趣。在教師提問方面,也要注意關(guān)注學生已有經(jīng)驗。學生能夠做到的,要讓他們主動去表達,而不是老師問一句,學生答一句。談話的內(nèi)容要以學生的生活為中心,這樣學生才會感興趣,才能拉近師生之間的距離。
沈老師還在板書設計方面做了具體細致的點評,讓我們第一次對板書設計有了具體明確的目標。板書要簡明扼要,忌面面俱到;要抓做重點;要有動態(tài)生成。
沈峰老師自1985年走上工作崗位以來,一直在小學中高年級擔任英語教學工作。20年的英語教學經(jīng)歷,成就了她精湛的教學技藝。她是全國首屆小學英語優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽第一名獲得者,是南京市唯一的小學英語特級教師,是全省小學英語特級教師中唯一的青年同志。多年來,她還相繼被評為“南京市名教師”、“南京市十佳青年教師”、“南京市英語學科帶頭人”、“南京市優(yōu)秀教育工作者”,連續(xù)三次獲得區(qū)“中青年拔尖人才”稱號。跟通常頭上戴著許多光環(huán)的人不同,沈老師一出場,就引起了小學英語界幾乎所有老師的欽羨和喜愛。如此廣泛地被老師們推崇和學習,這種情景實在是非常罕見。沈老師是小學英語教學的實踐家。大師身上有著這樣一些可貴的品質(zhì)值得我們學習:
一.樸實、純真。
沈峰老師樸實無華,親切自然,言行之中不摻雜一點矯揉造作。她的每句話都那么實在。聽她的講座和點評,你就像在和一個知心朋友在談心。她絲毫不會為自己涂抹色彩,不會擺弄大師的譜兒。在點評時,沈老師事先并無準備,她也是邊聽邊想,而基于時間原因,根本來不及整理。她沒有把自己裝成大師的模樣,而是很實在地向我們說明。她的每一句話語都是那么樸實,她的為人注定她和下面的聽眾,和她的學生靠得很近很近。提到板書,她笑說自己是畫什么不像什么的人,毫不掩飾自己的缺點。
二.睿智、幽默。
沈老師課堂上應答學生和處理課堂生成非常巧妙、得體、機智。沈老師還很注重學生創(chuàng)新意識的培養(yǎng)。在她的課堂上經(jīng)常會看到學生不是那么中規(guī)中矩地回答和提問。學生都很有自己的思想和創(chuàng)新。這一切都是由于老師自己富有創(chuàng)新,富于啟發(fā),才能激發(fā)學生的創(chuàng)新思維。沈老師還很幽默,幽默的老師很受學生的歡迎,讓我們聽課者忍不住發(fā)出會心的一笑。
沈峰老師不是能歌善舞,鮮艷漂亮的美女型教師。但她的內(nèi)在才能洋溢出無比的魅力,吸引學生們沉浸在知識的殿堂。這也為廣大普通教師樹立了成功的榜樣。并非只有多才多藝的老師才可以成為名師,好教師。只要我們刻苦鉆研,揚長避短,我們都可以做得很好!

2014年工作總結(jié)及2015年工作計劃
2014年,是我任職綠城泳池主管的第3年??偨Y(jié)前2年的工作經(jīng)驗,今年泳池的管理工作自我感覺比去年更得心應手一些。以下是本人工作總結(jié)。
自5月份室外泳池開放以來,也宣布著旺季的到來。能不能為公司努力爭取更大的利潤就看這幾個月了,但有著其它的客觀因素,今年還是未能完成銷售預算,心里多少有些遺憾。
泳池安全是最主要的,對新進公司的員工進行相關(guān)培訓,確??甲C過關(guān),持證上崗,加強救生員泳池安全意識,現(xiàn)場加強巡場,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及苗頭立刻處理糾正,加強衛(wèi)生巡場工作,合理安排各崗位相關(guān)人員做好區(qū)域衛(wèi)生工作。加強培訓服務意識。確保泳池安全及其環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。
順利開展游泳培訓班,由自己擔任總教練,挑選有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗的教練員組成一個教練團隊。確保每個學員在教練眼底下安全的學習,用心照顧好每個學員,讓家長放心!學員比去年少,但是教學質(zhì)量有大進步。得到多數(shù)家長認可,為明年游泳培訓班順利開展做好鋪墊。
做好淡季人員調(diào)整工作,合理安排人員及崗位。檢修會所各硬件設施,主要以恒溫設備,及其泳池循環(huán)設備為主。力爭各設備能正常運轉(zhuǎn)。恒溫設備開啟后,與會所經(jīng)理及維修人員根據(jù)實際情況對設備運行時間及方案作出調(diào)整,更加有效的節(jié)約資源,控制成本。
8月中旬起,雖從主管晉升為會所經(jīng)理助理,但綜合幾方面因素,主要還是以泳池管理工作為主至9月中旬,晉升這對我來說來得
太突然了,其實我自己也知道,以自己的當時,甚至現(xiàn)在的各方面能力,還是無法勝任這個崗位,但還是很感謝公司領(lǐng)導給我這個機會,讓我在更寬闊的平臺發(fā)展。同時也讓我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己不足:
1:交代的工作未能按時完成時,未能及時反饋。
2:做事比較優(yōu)柔寡斷,拖拉,未能與領(lǐng)導及時溝通,工作執(zhí)行力不足。
3:業(yè)務技能不熟,未能了解其它崗位的工作。
4:工作沒有規(guī)劃性等。
所以以后我要多與公司領(lǐng)導溝通,學習,做事情要果斷,交代的工作要及時完成,碰到問題要先想辦法,再及時反饋,工作要有計劃性,有目的性,加強執(zhí)行力。要做一個敢做事,能做事,真真正正意義上能夠從某個程度上分擔經(jīng)理的工作,這在我的腦海里,才是一個合格的經(jīng)理助理。我知道成長,也難免不了一下磕磕碰碰。
要發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的不足去改進,去學習,2015年我將從以下幾方面開始:
一、現(xiàn)場管理工作
1:了解各部門的工作流程,保潔,吧臺,收銀,維修等,2:加強現(xiàn)場巡檢,細心觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題要及時處理,以衛(wèi)生,服務,員工上班狀態(tài)為主。
3:有了前兩項的基礎(chǔ)下,才能對員工進行監(jiān)督。
二、營造更好的工作環(huán)境,打造更聚凝聚力的工作團隊
1:做好各部門的溝通工作,把部門主管反饋的問題及時處理。
2:部門之間的人力物力合理分配,相互合作,互相協(xié)助。
三、提高業(yè)務技能。
1:多學習配合營銷的日常工作及管理,以平時活動,入伙,開盤等物料準備,現(xiàn)場人員安排,結(jié)束后準備報賬資料等。
2:加強行政,財務等方面的知識。
(四)、夏季協(xié)助,監(jiān)督泳池營業(yè)安全工作。1:監(jiān)督救生主管及救生員的日常工作。2:對周邊小區(qū),學校做宣傳。
以上是自己對2015年工作計劃的一個方向,希望自己在新的一年里,通過自己的努力,與公司領(lǐng)導以及各位同事的共同合作,幫助下,共同成長,爭取更大的輝煌。

小學英語語篇教學中“3Wh-”的建構(gòu)
近年來,為推進學生綜合語言能力的培養(yǎng),小學英語語篇教學越來越受到英語教學專家和一線教師的關(guān)注。如何將建構(gòu)主義教學思想應用于小學英語語篇教學?我做了如下思考與嘗試。
一、What?——在語篇教學中我們應該建構(gòu)什么?
在當前的語篇教學中,我們往往把注意力過多放在新單詞、新句式的教授上,一節(jié)課常常顧此失彼。教學目標不能達成。我在進行語篇教學的過程中,比較關(guān)注對學生學習策略的引導。譬如,在引入一篇對話或短文時,教學生抓住全文的關(guān)鍵信息:如果采用聽的方式,我會教給學生速記的方法;如果采用閱讀的形式,我會關(guān)注學生掃讀的技巧。在引導學生學習一篇文章的過程中,我會注意引導學生學會根據(jù)上下文去猜測某些新單詞的意義。而在對一篇對話或短文進行歸納總結(jié)的時候,引導學生學會抓住關(guān)鍵詞作為提示可以提高學生學習的效率。我認為,在語篇教學過程中,我們?yōu)閷W生解決的,應該不僅僅是語言知識的積累,更重要的是學習方法的指導、學習習慣的養(yǎng)成,好的學習方法和習慣會讓孩子們獲益終生。
二、Where?——我們的語篇教學應該建構(gòu)在哪里?
在高年級語篇教學的備課過程中,我們常常會聽到老師抱怨文章的篇幅過長,內(nèi)容過多,無從下手;而在課堂教學的實踐中,教師對于語篇支離破碎的“肢解”現(xiàn)象更是屢見不鮮。很多老師習慣于在進入語篇教學之前為學生解決所有的新知識點,甚至還會為每一個新的知識點做足了“操練”的功課才會放心讓學生真正接觸語篇。這樣的“好心”其實往往剝奪了學生自主建構(gòu)的權(quán)利。
在語篇教學過程中,我常采用這樣三個環(huán)節(jié):1 導——設置話題,著力于激活與本語篇相關(guān)的背景知識,為學生提供建構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)與可能,同時進行新單詞新句式的適當鋪墊(鋪墊那些會對語篇學習形成較大障礙的內(nèi)容);2 聽/讀——根據(jù)技能訓練的不同要求,以聽或讀的方式為學生提供能夠獨立接觸語篇的機會,讓學生對語篇獲得一個整體的、自己的感知。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對文本進行進一步的處理,引導學生借助對文本的聽或讀獲得信息、整理信息、轉(zhuǎn)述信息,同時不斷驗證老師提供的學習策略或?qū)W習方法,使之逐步成為學生自己的學習經(jīng)驗;3 練——設置任務型的語言活動,以交流互動、有效合作等方式為學生提供語言建構(gòu)的情境和機會,促進學生語言運用能力的養(yǎng)成。
我們的語篇教學,應該建構(gòu)于學生的已知、已會(語言知識與語言技能)和所思、所想(情感態(tài)度,思維過程等)之上,這樣的“建構(gòu)”才會真正促進學生能力的發(fā)展。
三、Who?——在語篇教學中應該建構(gòu)的是誰?
在語篇教學的推進過程中。需要建構(gòu)的,不僅僅是學生,更需要教師的主動建構(gòu)。
首先,教師新的角色意識的轉(zhuǎn)換。在語篇教學的過程中,教師不僅應該是教會學生語篇的人,更應該是引導學生經(jīng)歷語篇學習過程的組織者、促進者。只有教師完成這種角色的轉(zhuǎn)換,才能在語篇教學中思考:在學習該語篇之前。學生已經(jīng)具備了什么?還需要通過學習獲得什么?在此過程中我可以為他們做些什么?學生還需要哪些資源?他們有多少自主學習的空間?等等。經(jīng)歷了這樣的思考,我們的語篇教學才會真正注重學生英語能力的培養(yǎng)。注重學生的英語學習能力和學習習慣的培養(yǎng)。
其次,教師對教材的自主建構(gòu)。建構(gòu)主義認為,每一個人對于知識的建構(gòu)是不一樣的。所以,對于相同的課程標準和相同的教材,一線教師面對不同的學生。對于教材的運用和使用應該也是有區(qū)別的。根據(jù)建構(gòu)主義的觀點,教材只是教師幫助學生進行英語學習形成良好英語學習習慣的一種媒介,教師可以根據(jù)學生的興趣、愛好、知識水平、學校環(huán)境乃至家庭環(huán)境對教材做出調(diào)整、刪減和補充。而對教材的這種創(chuàng)造性使用,首先要求教師研讀教材。
“書讀百遍,其義自見”,只有這種解讀和理解才能使得我們對教材的使用成為建立在每一個不同教師原有教學經(jīng)驗之上的內(nèi)化和建構(gòu),才能真正用出“精彩”。
