一、活動(dòng)主題：

1．活動(dòng)名稱：一劇一展演

六一兒童喜樂會(huì) 2．活動(dòng)目的：

? 企業(yè)形象的宣傳，擴(kuò)大影響力和知名度，獲取更多新生信息； ? 活動(dòng)后，數(shù)據(jù)分析及生源轉(zhuǎn)換方案

3．活動(dòng)時(shí)間：6月1日星期一晚18:00-21:00 4．活動(dòng)地點(diǎn)：可根據(jù)活動(dòng)報(bào)名人數(shù)進(jìn)行校區(qū)合并

5．形勢(shì)定位：玩游戲，節(jié)目表演

二、活動(dòng)實(shí)施：

（一）前期準(zhǔn)備：

a、XX劇社成立，現(xiàn)免費(fèi)招募小演員（注：起初針對(duì)本校學(xué)生，一

周結(jié)束招募，采用限時(shí)限人饑餓式，人數(shù)根據(jù)選劇差異決定，建議先編排3到4組）b、宣傳工作

1、海報(bào)：根據(jù)選劇提供的海報(bào)自行添加文字

2、橫幅：在學(xué)校前臺(tái)接待處掛上橫幅，以起到大范圍地宣傳效果。

3、網(wǎng)絡(luò)：在本校的微信公眾平臺(tái)以及微博上發(fā)帖。

4、前臺(tái)接待：前臺(tái)先初步登記好報(bào)名學(xué)生的特長以及聯(lián)系方式，以便后續(xù)的海選工作開展；

c、XX劇社首屆海選；（評(píng)審老師需備注好每位參賽選手的才藝，留檔）；

d、演員確定，劇本的排練（根據(jù)所提供的腳本，進(jìn)行劇目的排練日程）；

e、六一大型國際兒童匯演終極PK賽（注：需學(xué)校設(shè)計(jì)觀眾入場(chǎng)券，準(zhǔn)備好觀眾投票所需的筆、紙以及投票箱）； f、終極演員表公布，終極節(jié)目的排練；

（二）活動(dòng)安排

1、活動(dòng)教室的布置：板書噴繪、氣球、彩帶、留念禮物；

2、活動(dòng)人員的安排：照相組（任務(wù)：負(fù)責(zé)前期到后期的照片采集，及時(shí)通過各個(gè)營銷渠道播報(bào)出去，譬如微博、微信、微官網(wǎng)的宣傳）、主持組（任務(wù)：主持人的篩選工作、主持人的排練工作）、音樂組（DV攝像、音響的安排）、節(jié)目組（任務(wù)：負(fù)責(zé)排練六一兒童節(jié)所有節(jié)目，包括完成節(jié)目收集、篩選以及節(jié)目后期的彩排工作、負(fù)責(zé)節(jié)目的編排以及晚會(huì)全套流程的銜接、準(zhǔn)備好晚會(huì)需要的一切服裝、負(fù)責(zé)晚會(huì)的串詞、晚會(huì)主題的設(shè)計(jì)、晚會(huì)節(jié)目單的制作）、道具組（任務(wù)：兒童節(jié)的場(chǎng)地布置、舞臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)、燈光的設(shè)計(jì)、獎(jiǎng)品的準(zhǔn)備）、后勤組（負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)場(chǎng)紀(jì)律維持、學(xué)員簽到、以及會(huì)場(chǎng)后勤保障）

3、活動(dòng)節(jié)目環(huán)節(jié)： 第一環(huán)節(jié)：播放http://music.haosou.com/playbox/index.html#loaded=true|opener= a、開場(chǎng)舞：可以截選凌智教育提供的舞臺(tái)劇里的舞蹈； b、主持人介紹本晚會(huì)、嘉賓、并宣布晚會(huì)開始；(主持人的臺(tái)詞盡量避免英漢互譯的形式，最好采用對(duì)話的形式來達(dá)到翻譯的目的，一個(gè)人說英語，一個(gè)人說中文，這樣，既自然又不過于僵硬)

c、嘉賓發(fā)表講話；

d、根據(jù)策劃小組安排的節(jié)目進(jìn)行演出

（1）外教節(jié)目：由XX老師負(fù)責(zé)（2）學(xué)員團(tuán)體節(jié)目：由XX老師負(fù)責(zé)（3）全英文舞臺(tái)劇上演（4）互動(dòng)游戲：

《頂氣球》趣味游戲規(guī)則：

1）、賽制：比賽分6隊(duì)進(jìn)行單淘汰制。經(jīng)過抽簽每?jī)蓚€(gè)隊(duì)之間進(jìn)行比賽，勝隊(duì)進(jìn)入第二輪，負(fù)隊(duì)淘汰。每場(chǎng)比賽每隊(duì)上場(chǎng)4人，至少1名女隊(duì)員。

2）、開球：裁判中線拋球，球飄往哪方場(chǎng)內(nèi)，由哪

一方首先接球。

3）、接球：隊(duì)員只能用頭頂球，頭部以外任意部位

觸球，視為違例；

4）、得分：球在本方區(qū)域內(nèi)（以中線為界分割）觸

及地面，對(duì)方得1分；隊(duì)員違例一次，對(duì)方的1分

5）、勝負(fù)：在3分鐘內(nèi)，率先獲得3分的球隊(duì)獲勝。

如在3分鐘內(nèi)沒有一個(gè)隊(duì)獲得3分，加發(fā)“點(diǎn)球”。

6）、點(diǎn)球：由裁判在中線向上拋球，雙方隊(duì)員用口

吹氣（不得用身體任意部位觸球），球一旦進(jìn)入一方場(chǎng)區(qū)觸及場(chǎng)區(qū)任何東西，則對(duì)方獲勝。

（5）、中文歌曲或是舞蹈（6）、互動(dòng)游戲：

乒乓球接力游戲規(guī)則： 1）、每組4-5人，共分3組；

2）、參加活動(dòng)隊(duì)員用吸管將乒乓球從A箱吸出，依

次傳遞（不得用手接觸乒乓球，違者視為此次傳遞失?。?，到達(dá)B箱，規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)傳遞乒乓球數(shù)量多者獲勝。

（7）、抽獎(jiǎng)環(huán)節(jié)一：

即時(shí)驚喜抽獎(jiǎng)：參加晚會(huì)者，全部參加即時(shí)驚喜抽獎(jiǎng)節(jié)日，請(qǐng)來賓保管好自己的號(hào)碼，即抽即送，驚喜帶給您！（注：此次活動(dòng)僅限活動(dòng)當(dāng)晚有效；每人當(dāng)晚中獎(jiǎng)僅限一次，重復(fù)中獎(jiǎng)取最大；制作彩票箱一只，來賓入場(chǎng)券，入場(chǎng)時(shí)發(fā)放，留下副券）

第二環(huán)節(jié)：新課展示一:暑假特色課程（20元學(xué)英語）學(xué)校有引進(jìn)新的項(xiàng)目，那么，就要在這個(gè)時(shí)候做好新課的展示。例如，學(xué)校要開新的口語特色課程，那么，就需要老師準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)用英語說的繞口令，搭配快板，繪聲繪色表演出來。結(jié)束的時(shí)候，需要主持人的配合，如主持人的串詞是大家覺得這種課有意思不？想不想以后都換成這種模式上課呢？那么，接下來還會(huì)有更多的驚喜等著你們！

（8）、互動(dòng)游戲： 豎鉛筆游戲規(guī)則：

1）、在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)，參加隊(duì)員用嘴唇將橫放在桌面的鉛筆豎起，不得用手接觸鉛筆；

2）、規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)，豎起數(shù)量最多者勝利。（9）、英文詩歌朗誦

第三環(huán)節(jié)：有獎(jiǎng)問答

獎(jiǎng)品：書包、筆記本、免費(fèi)試聽課券、筆、糖果盒、水杯、文具盒等

第五環(huán)節(jié)：兒童節(jié)禮物的發(fā)放

小孩子收到禮物后，每人發(fā)一張賀卡，給自己的家

長寫祝福語，與此同時(shí)，課程顧問需在這期間，做好家長報(bào)班的說服工作。

（三）晚會(huì)所需物品：彩燈、六一小禮物、氣球、禮花、彩噴、彩帶、彩條、熒光棒、水果、瓜子、水果糖、紙杯、吸管、乒乓球。

3、晚會(huì)結(jié)束后立即開展清理會(huì)場(chǎng)工作，各負(fù)責(zé)人完成自己的工作即可離開會(huì)場(chǎng)。

晚會(huì)結(jié)束后的客戶回訪工作：

1、會(huì)場(chǎng)每個(gè)家長需掃學(xué)校的二維碼（務(wù)必做到）

2、結(jié)束時(shí)，每個(gè)小朋友寫一張祝福賀卡，送給自己的父母（注明父母的姓名、電話、工作單位，以郵寄的形式將祝福送到家長的手中）。

3、電話回訪：把當(dāng)天錄制的視頻發(fā)到家長的郵箱中，同時(shí)，回訪一下他們對(duì)于我們學(xué)校的課程是如何看待的。

二、參賽對(duì)象

全院大一，大二，大三全體學(xué)生

三、活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備

1.宣傳工作：

①聯(lián)系各系學(xué)生會(huì)兄弟部門，下發(fā)比賽通知和流程，并召集我系各班班長開會(huì)，做好本系的宣傳工作

②聯(lián)系各系宣傳部出海報(bào)對(duì)本活動(dòng)同步宣傳

③聯(lián)系英語協(xié)會(huì)進(jìn)行同步宣傳

2.報(bào)名工作：

以系為單位報(bào)名，四至五人人一組（其中一人為領(lǐng)隊(duì)），原則上每系不得少于三支參賽隊(duì)，參賽隊(duì)報(bào)名信息統(tǒng)一時(shí)間（暫定為****晚6:00—8:00）統(tǒng)一交至****學(xué)生會(huì)，由學(xué)習(xí)部匯總報(bào)名信息，并提醒各參賽隊(duì)熟悉比賽流程，做好賽前準(zhǔn)備。

3.賽前準(zhǔn)備：

①聯(lián)系英語組老師出第一輪競(jìng)賽試題（競(jìng)賽試題適量

添加趣味題，打破常規(guī)英語考試模式，旨在考察參賽選手英語功底和團(tuán)結(jié)合作精神），并邀請(qǐng)有關(guān)老師和各系團(tuán)總支、學(xué)生會(huì)主席、英語協(xié)會(huì)相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人做決賽評(píng)委和嘉賓； ②借好初賽教室，印制比賽試題，借用決賽彩排和決賽場(chǎng)地

四、大賽具體流程： 初賽：

1.11月17日下午2：00至3：00（暫定），各參賽隊(duì)由小組所有成員共同配合，在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成一份競(jìng)賽試題（提前十五分鐘到場(chǎng)，并安排工作人員組織簽到）；地點(diǎn)待定；

2.11月17至18日完成閱卷，并以海報(bào)的形式公布成績(jī)，成績(jī)記為該隊(duì)四人的總成績(jī)，取成績(jī)前六的參賽隊(duì)進(jìn)入下一輪競(jìng)賽

3.初賽完成后統(tǒng)一各系負(fù)責(zé)人同步對(duì)本系決賽參賽隊(duì)進(jìn)行宣傳

4.11月19日晚9:00組織各隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人在本系學(xué)生會(huì)抽簽決定決賽上場(chǎng)次序和決賽“英語舞臺(tái)劇”表演主題 決賽：

①?zèng)Q賽前統(tǒng)一召集決賽參賽隊(duì)開會(huì)，熟悉比賽流程，做好賽前準(zhǔn)備，參賽隊(duì)可自行制作PPT，下載背景音樂，如需借演出道具、服裝，可由各系自行聯(lián)系；

②聯(lián)系院主持人部邀請(qǐng)決賽主持；聯(lián)系模特協(xié)會(huì)邀請(qǐng)決賽禮儀小姐；聯(lián)系院學(xué)生會(huì)相關(guān)部門對(duì)彩排和決賽音響設(shè)備進(jìn)行調(diào)控；協(xié)調(diào)我系其他部門協(xié)助本次比賽其他工作（如：秩序維持，舞臺(tái)布置等）

⑥決賽規(guī)則：

1.決賽主要以英語舞臺(tái)劇形式呈現(xiàn)，共分為兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)： 第一環(huán)節(jié)： 選手風(fēng)采亮相

由各隊(duì)的領(lǐng)隊(duì)帶領(lǐng)本參賽隊(duì)及本隊(duì)隊(duì)員以特別的方式進(jìn)行自我介紹（可以編制英文歌曲或舞蹈搭配英文格言等），本環(huán)節(jié)評(píng)委會(huì)以印象分?jǐn)?shù)記錄

第二環(huán)節(jié)：舞臺(tái)劇展示

各隊(duì)按抽簽順序?qū)Ω髯杂⒄Z舞臺(tái)劇進(jìn)行展示

第三環(huán)節(jié)：即興配音

播放一段無聲視頻，參賽隊(duì)根據(jù)視頻進(jìn)行角色分配
