鼓 Drum：

是個圓筒形物。在激光打印機(jī)中專指圓筒形的光導(dǎo)體，以區(qū)別于光導(dǎo)板、光導(dǎo)帶，最簡單的鼓是在鼓筒兩端安上齒輪Gear、導(dǎo)電片Electrical Contract做成一個完整的單鼓。

光導(dǎo)鼓／感光鼓 Photoreceptive Drum：

它更強(qiáng)調(diào)是具有光導(dǎo)性能的鼓狀物把鼓定性了。光導(dǎo)材料種類很多，有硒(Se)鼓、硫化鎘(CdS)鼓、硅(Si)鼓、有機(jī)光導(dǎo)鼓等。

有機(jī)光導(dǎo)鼓

Organic Photoconductor Drum / OPC Drum：

有機(jī)光導(dǎo)材料來源廣泛，價格便宜，性能優(yōu)越，又無污染，已經(jīng)取代了過去的其它光導(dǎo)材料，成了OPC鼓的一統(tǒng)天下。

編輯本段成像組件／暗盒／鼓粉組件

Photorecepotor Cartridge / lmaging Unit：以光導(dǎo)鼓為核心，加上充電輥、顯影輥、清潔刮板等零件，組成一個能把光電信號產(chǎn)生的靜電潛像變成可見圖像的裝置。成像組件中消耗的只是色粉，其它零件只會疲勞或磨損，當(dāng)色粉用完后，暗盒就得扔掉。

鼓組件

Drum Cartridge / Drum Unit / Drum Kit：有時成像組件就是鼓組件，如HP、Canon系列。有時把顯影部分拿開，只保留鼓芯、充電輥、清潔刮板,這部分才是鼓組件，如Epson、Lexmark系列。更有的是連顯影輥也保留，僅僅沒有粉倉／粉筒，這也叫鼓組件。這種鼓組件不因色粉用完而扔掉，只需更換顯影組件，甚至更換粉筒即可繼續(xù)用，如:Brother系列的部分鼓組件。

顯影組件

Developer Cartridge / TD Cartridge：顯影組件中必須有顯影輥，它能吸附色粉，并使它帶電，進(jìn)而將色粉轉(zhuǎn)移到鼓表面。顯影組件中絕不包含鼓芯、充電輥和清潔刮板，但粉筒有時是單置的。

粉組件

Toner Unit / Toner Kit / Toner Cartridge：相對某些鼓組件來說，它可能就是個顯影組件。但嚴(yán)格講它沒有顯影輥，不能使色粉帶電。它可能有齒輪、撥桿、下粉槽，能參與機(jī)器工作，控制下粉，沒有這個粉組件機(jī)器就不動作。它形狀要求很嚴(yán)，差一點(diǎn)都裝不進(jìn)去，或者即使裝進(jìn)去機(jī)器也“不認(rèn)”，它是機(jī)器不可缺少的一部

分，是整機(jī)廠的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。

粉瓶／粉盒／粉

Toner / Dry Ink / Dry Imager / Dry Toner：墨粉只是黑的色粉。把墨粉叫碳粉就有些牽強(qiáng)，因為很多墨粉并不是用碳黑做成的。若把彩色粉也叫碳粉就更不對，最好叫色粉或顯影粉。墨粉的種類很多，有單組份的和雙組份的，有正電性的和負(fù)電性的，單組份中又有磁性的和非磁性的，都因機(jī)型而異。通常標(biāo)注Ｔoner就表示一個裝有色粉的容器，其形狀隨意，可以是塑料盒、塑料袋，只要能將粉倒入鼓組件或顯影組件中就行了。

充電輥 Primary Charging Roller / PCR：由金屬芯軸，發(fā)泡導(dǎo)電橡膠，外包絕緣塑料套做成的膠輥。其軸兩端嵌入導(dǎo)電座Conduct Saddle中，靠彈簧使充電輥緊緊地壓在OPC鼓表面。在一定的電壓下能使OPC鼓表面充電。充電輥表面如果被異物磨損劃傷，就會使OPC鼓表面充電不均勻，甚至短路，打印質(zhì)量下降，必

須修復(fù)或更換。

顯影輥 Developer Roller：顯影輥的作用是吸附色粉,使其帶電，并傳送到OPC鼓表面，產(chǎn)生可見圖象。由于單組份色粉也有磁性粉和非磁性粉之分，顯影輥也就有磁輥和導(dǎo)電輥之分。

磁輥 Magnetic Roller / Mag Roller / MR：它是由里面固定不動的磁芯棒Magnet和外面可旋轉(zhuǎn)的鋁套筒Mag Roller Sleeve以及兩端的塑料套、導(dǎo)電彈簧組成。在鋁套筒表面噴涂上一層粗糙的石墨層。

顯影刮板／磁輥刮板／磁刮板／粉倉刮板／小刮板 Doctor Blade：是注塑或粘接在金屬板上的彈性塑膠片。

磁輥在刮板的擠壓下可使磁性色粉摩擦帶電。磁輥靠磁場力吸磁性色粉，而充電后的OPC鼓靠電場力吸磁性色粉，各顯其能。磁輥兩端套著耐磨絕緣軸套Mag Roller Bushing，又稱間隙套,使磁輥與OPC鼓保持一個嚴(yán)格的間隙（軸套壁厚）。鋁套筒通電，與OPC鼓之間存在一個“偏壓”，實現(xiàn)“跳步顯影”。HP、Canon系列使用單組份磁性粉，磁輥顯影是其專利。

磁輥套筒上的石墨層在刮板及色粉的擠壓下也會磨損，而使顯影性能惡化，這時需要重涂石墨層，如果傷及鋁套筒就必須更換，除非磁芯磁性減弱時才需更換整個磁輥。

但是單組份磁性粉不容易實現(xiàn)彩色化。而且磁性粉保存期不長，于是Epson、Lexmark這類打印機(jī)就采用單組份非磁性粉。它的顯影輥就是一個充電輥，能使色粉帶電又把色粉吸著送到OPC鼓表面上。其顯影刮片是用金屬薄帶Blade Bar做成，又叫均勻刮片，它通上交變電壓，使顯影輥上的色粉產(chǎn)生跳動而分布均勻。

鼓清潔刮板／清潔刮板／鼓刮板／大刮板 Drun Cleaning Blade/ Wiper Blade / Cleaning Blae：它和磁刮板不同，它不是用膠條的側(cè)面和磁輥的圓柱母線相摩擦帶電，而是用膠條端面的鋒利刃口和OPC鼓的圓柱母線相切，從而把鼓表面轉(zhuǎn)印后剩下的殘粉刮下，因此清潔刮板的金屬板和塑膠條較厚、較硬，膠條刃口更容

易磨損，常需要更換。

廢粉倉刮板 Recovery Blade：就是鼓刮板。在成象組件中常常把鼓所在的部分（含OPC鼓、充電輥、刮板）叫“廢粉倉”Wastc Bin，而把顯影輥及墨粉所在部分叫“粉倉”Ｔoner Hopper。

清潔毛刷／消電毛刷 Cleaning Brush / Electrical Brush：對于使用單組份非磁性粉的Epson系列鼓,常常不用清潔刮板而只用清潔毛刷即可。因為非磁性粉的轉(zhuǎn)印率極高,鼓上的色粉圖像幾乎全部轉(zhuǎn)印到紙上去了，鼓上剩下的殘粉很少很少，只需消消電，撣撣粉，甚至鼓組件中連廢粉倉都沒有。

轉(zhuǎn)印輥 Transfer Roller：和充電輥的結(jié)構(gòu)形狀相似，只是它的導(dǎo)電橡膠較硬，表面的絕緣層也不同。因為它只是對紙張充電，使OPC鼓表面上的色粉圖像轉(zhuǎn)移到紙上來。轉(zhuǎn)印輥不屬于成象組

件，而是整機(jī)上的部件。

上定影輥／定影輥／加熱輥／熱輥／上輥 Upper Fuser Roller/ Upper Roller / Heater Roller：轉(zhuǎn)移到紙上的色粉圖像必須經(jīng)過加熱才能使粉中的樹脂軟化固定下來。定影輥是一支空心金屬管，外面涂上“不粘鍋”的塑料(泰普隆Teflon)，管內(nèi)裝上1~2支鹵鎢燈（定影燈Heating Lamp）。由于定影輥總放在上面，所以又叫上

輥。

下定影輥／定影壓輥／壓輥／下輥 Low Fuser Roller / Pressure Roller：與上定影輥相對應(yīng)的是下定影輥。下定影輥絕大多數(shù)都是一個實心輥。（除非在高速打印機(jī)中下定影輥也做成空心的管狀，管內(nèi)也有一支定影燈），外面包著厚厚的一層硅橡膠(Silicon)使壓力均勻，故又叫壓輥。當(dāng)紙張上的色粉通過上下定影輥時，連熱帶壓，就很容易固定在紙上。對于雙面打印，為了不弄臟背面，在硅橡膠外面又涂上一層氟套，使已定影的色粉不會粘在下輥上。隨著打印速度越來越高，對下輥硅橡膠的軟硬度、回彈性、導(dǎo)熱性、與氟套之間的粘接性都有更高的要求。

定影軸承 Fuser Bearing For Heat Roller：為了防止上定影輥熱膨漲后“抱軸”，除了在輥端加定影襯套Fuser Sleeve，外面再使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的特輕系列滾珠軸承。

定影軸套 Bushing For Pressure Roller：壓力輥不發(fā)熱，可

以用滑動軸套減少體積。

定影膜 Fuser Film Sleeve：打印機(jī)都是全天通電的，尤其是多功能一體機(jī)２４小時都處于工作狀態(tài)。如果用定影輥，熱慣性大，耗電多，機(jī)內(nèi)熱量不易散出。為了減少預(yù)熱待機(jī)時間，實現(xiàn)零啟動，采用極薄的(６0～８0μm)耐熱塑料套替代定影輥。定影膜是多層的，表面不粘粉，導(dǎo)電，導(dǎo)熱。

定影膜硅脂 Grease For Film Sleeve：涂在定影膜內(nèi)陶瓷片

上起潤滑作用。

陶瓷加熱片Heating Element：在薄的耐熱絕緣陶瓷基片上燒結(jié)上印制電阻，將其置于定影膜內(nèi)，通電后能起到定影燈的加熱作用。定影膜和陶瓷加熱片熱容量小，體積小，大大減小了激光打印

機(jī)的體積。和能耗。

清潔氈 Cleaning Felt：清潔定影輥上的粉塊，多用于速度慢，印量不大的PC機(jī)。每一個粉組件配一支清潔氈，用一支粉換

一次清潔氈。

清潔輥／定影清潔輥 Cleaning Roller / Fuser Cleaning Roller：在中速打印機(jī)中，用耐熱毛氈裹在鐵芯或鋁管外，用來清潔定影輥上的殘粉。定期更換。

油（毛氈）輥 Oil Roller(Felt)：在高速打印機(jī)中，清潔輥毛氈必須浸硅油或在鋁管中灌注硅油，使定影輥永不粘粉。長期使用

后換。

清潔紙／定影清潔紙 Web Supply / Fuser Cleaning Web：在雙面高速打印尤其是彩色打印機(jī)中，用成卷的含油耐熱清潔紙能更好地起到清潔定影輥的效果。每一卷紙走完后更換。

熱敏電阻／溫度傳感器 Thermistor / Thermal Senson：檢查定影輥表面溫度的半導(dǎo)體熱敏元件，是機(jī)器的保護(hù)神。

計數(shù)器／記憶芯片 Chips：本來計數(shù)器是一個簡單的記憶工具，幫助用戶了解耗材的使用壽命。但是整機(jī)廠為了保護(hù)自己機(jī)器銷售后更多的耗材利潤，他們不厭其煩地在鼓組件和粉組件上帶上記憶芯片OPC Drum Chips／ Toner Cartrldgr W/chips，使用了最新的加密技術(shù)，讓再生廠或用戶即使更換了新鼓芯，加進(jìn)了新粉，也不能工作。這些芯片有的是不可復(fù)寫的，提供芯片的原廠都和整機(jī)廠簽訂了封鎖性的合同，同時又申請了專利保護(hù)。要制做兼容芯片，除了技術(shù)，成本是個很大的問題，這就給兼容耗材的生產(chǎn)造成了時間差。當(dāng)然魔高一尺道高一丈，這場原裝與兼容的戰(zhàn)爭正硝煙

塵上。

搓紙輪／搓紙輥 Pickup Roller：從紙盤或紙盒中把每一張紙依次送進(jìn)打印機(jī)中去，通常只是一個或一對小輪子。

搓紙輪套 Pickup Roller Tire：由于打印用量大，搓紙輪最容易磨損，只需更換塑料輪架外面的橡膠套即可繼續(xù)使用。

防雙張分離墊 Separation Pad：在高速打印時，為了防止搓紙輪把一張以上的紙帶入打印機(jī)中，造成卡紙等故障，而設(shè)置的一

種逆向摩擦片。

進(jìn)紙輥 Paper Feed Roller：搓紙之后打印之前的一組橡膠輥軸，有時又叫對位輥，它保證打印紙的對位精度。

輸紙輥 Transfer Roller：在轉(zhuǎn)印之后輸送紙張的各輥。

出紙輥 Exit Roller：出紙的最后一排輥，到此完成一張打印

計數(shù)。

分離爪 Separation Claw：把轉(zhuǎn)印后或定影后的紙從OPC鼓或定影輥／定影膜上刮離下來。

原裝產(chǎn)品／原廠制造／純正／正宗 Original Equipment Manufacture / OEM：原指該品牌廠家生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，如HP的整機(jī)所使用的HP、Canon品牌的耗材、備件。又如：美能達(dá)Minelta的有些打印機(jī)是Epson為他貼牌生產(chǎn)的，使用相應(yīng)的Epson耗材時對于Minoelta也叫原裝。現(xiàn)在把為別的品牌廠生產(chǎn)，讓人家貼牌的產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)行為也叫OEM。如“某廠為ＨＰ公司OEM”。

兼容Compatible：可以完全替代原裝產(chǎn)品使用的東西。如：凱頓KATUN沒有自己的整機(jī)，他為市場上所有的復(fù)印機(jī)、打印機(jī)都生產(chǎn)KATUＮ品牌的耗材叫兼容耗材。

通用 Ｇeneral：和兼容的含意相同。

替代 Exchange：用不同型號或款式的產(chǎn)品去替代另一種產(chǎn)品，其性能相同，可能形狀、體積、重量不同，不影響使用，它比兼容更放寬要求。
