以新的中小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為指導(dǎo)綱要,全面實(shí)施二期課改，認(rèn)真系統(tǒng)地研究整理英語(yǔ)教材知識(shí)和能力要求，以考綱為基本依據(jù)，抓好每一環(huán)節(jié)復(fù)習(xí)，切實(shí)落實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，突出教材特點(diǎn)，爭(zhēng)取在穩(wěn)拿基本分的基礎(chǔ)上，在聽(tīng)力、完型填空、閱讀和書(shū)面表達(dá)等方面體現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢(shì)，進(jìn)一步提高初三年級(jí)英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。在實(shí)施過(guò)程中注重對(duì)潛能生的輔導(dǎo)，最大限度提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)。二．

復(fù)習(xí)目標(biāo)

本備課組英語(yǔ)教師認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和根據(jù)近幾年中考試題新特點(diǎn)及學(xué)生實(shí)際情況，吃透考綱的各條要求,制定詳細(xì)的復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃。在期末復(fù)習(xí)階段主要采用“三輪復(fù)習(xí)法”,先全面學(xué)習(xí)，后進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)復(fù)習(xí),最后適應(yīng)性考試復(fù)習(xí)，做到著眼全面，突出重點(diǎn)，點(diǎn)面結(jié)合，把全面復(fù)習(xí)和重點(diǎn)復(fù)習(xí)有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來(lái)，這樣既系統(tǒng)全面又有所側(cè)重，能使學(xué)生較好地掌握所學(xué)知識(shí)，考出優(yōu)異的成績(jī)。三．

具體計(jì)劃 1． 第一階段

邊上新課,邊進(jìn)行每個(gè)章節(jié)重要語(yǔ)法的概括總結(jié)的學(xué)習(xí)，同時(shí)進(jìn)行第一輪的考綱詞匯復(fù)習(xí)，以及寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)。

在上新課的同時(shí)，開(kāi)始進(jìn)行詞匯和詞組的復(fù)習(xí)，利用早讀時(shí)間教學(xué)生朗讀考綱核心詞匯，并進(jìn)行聽(tīng)默寫(xiě)，及時(shí)批改及時(shí)反饋，在期終考試前完成第一輪的考綱詞匯復(fù)習(xí)。

每章復(fù)習(xí)一項(xiàng)語(yǔ)法（詞法或句法），精選配套練習(xí)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練鞏固。（3）

每天的作業(yè)安排至少一篇拓展閱讀題，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生提高綜合能力。（4）每1周進(jìn)行一次作文輔導(dǎo)，進(jìn)行分類和分階段的學(xué)習(xí)和訓(xùn)練。認(rèn)真做好中考作文題的范文評(píng)析及評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的學(xué)習(xí)；英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作的基本要求和基本技巧，例如：?jiǎn)卧~大小寫(xiě)、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)、串接詞等正確運(yùn)用；指導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)范文，并進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)性練習(xí)。

2． 第二階段

（1）第一輪重點(diǎn)以知識(shí)點(diǎn)掃描為主，夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

第本著“依綱靠本”和“溫故知新”的原則要求學(xué)生一步一個(gè)腳印，扎扎實(shí)實(shí)搞好基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的復(fù)習(xí)，這一階段按教材順序歸納語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)，講透語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)運(yùn)用，對(duì)各個(gè)單元的知識(shí)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行梳理，同時(shí)應(yīng)注重詞匯，詞組，句型的過(guò)關(guān)，并通過(guò)配套練習(xí)、復(fù)習(xí)檢測(cè)形成能力。復(fù)習(xí)以掌握并熟練運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)教材上的所有四會(huì)詞匯、語(yǔ)法、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、語(yǔ)言信息、社會(huì)生活信息為主。采取一些措施來(lái)鞏固和增強(qiáng)復(fù)習(xí)效果，比如，根據(jù)復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容布置適量難度適中的練習(xí)或循環(huán)考試，既每學(xué)完一部分后，進(jìn)行階段性測(cè)試，對(duì)試卷進(jìn)行評(píng)登記，以充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。一輪復(fù)習(xí)結(jié)束時(shí)間大約為四月中上旬。（2）第二輪復(fù)習(xí)是分塊復(fù)習(xí)。

根據(jù)中考說(shuō)明“考試內(nèi)容和能力要求”分語(yǔ)音、詞匯（構(gòu)詞法，名詞，代詞，形容詞，副詞，冠詞，動(dòng)詞）語(yǔ)法（賓語(yǔ)從句，狀語(yǔ)從句），幫助學(xué)生建立一個(gè)完整的知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。這一輪復(fù)習(xí)要求突出重點(diǎn)。在總攬教材，學(xué)生對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握的比較扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，相應(yīng)地提高要求，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理消化，抓住重點(diǎn)，加深理解，強(qiáng)化記憶。第二輪復(fù)習(xí)直接關(guān)系到中考的效果，知識(shí)掌握不系統(tǒng)，內(nèi)容混淆互相干擾，在這一階段復(fù)習(xí)不能簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)，不要做到面面俱到，而要做到精講精練，做到講、練、評(píng)結(jié)合，同時(shí)對(duì)歷年中考題強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練，使學(xué)生在答題時(shí)做到靈活運(yùn)用。此外，通過(guò)練習(xí)查漏補(bǔ)缺，及時(shí)解決存在的問(wèn)題。語(yǔ)法專項(xiàng)復(fù)習(xí)要“對(duì)癥下藥”，重點(diǎn)突破學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，使學(xué)生通過(guò)復(fù)習(xí)查漏補(bǔ)缺，體驗(yàn)進(jìn)步，增強(qiáng)自信心。第二輪的復(fù)習(xí)結(jié)束時(shí)間大約為五月中上旬。（3）第三輪全面提升學(xué)生應(yīng)試的能力。第三輪復(fù)習(xí)是主要是適應(yīng)中考要求，從以往的中考題中整理出一些信度好、指向性清晰的試題，進(jìn)行綜合訓(xùn)練，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生答題能力和技巧，進(jìn)行查漏補(bǔ)缺。讓學(xué)生從知識(shí)到能力再到心態(tài)進(jìn)行全面的模擬實(shí)戰(zhàn)演習(xí)，而不是無(wú)選擇地隨便拿來(lái)某份考試卷讓學(xué)生考，這樣既達(dá)不到訓(xùn)練的效果，也是在浪費(fèi)學(xué)生的寶貴時(shí)間。我想通過(guò)這三輪的認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)，不但能提升學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)的能力，而且讓學(xué)生對(duì)中考的題型、答題程序、審題、規(guī)范書(shū)寫(xiě)等都有所掌握，從而使學(xué)生滿懷信心地參加考試，基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)了，心態(tài)平和了，自然能取得好成績(jī)。四． 具體措施：備課組加強(qiáng)合作，提高復(fù)習(xí)的質(zhì)量和效率

三、學(xué)生情況分析

今年任教九年級(jí)英語(yǔ)，學(xué)生的基本情況較差，尤其初三9班的部分學(xué)生已經(jīng)對(duì)英語(yǔ)失去了信心，還有一部分學(xué)生覺(jué)得英語(yǔ)越來(lái)越難，漸漸力不從心了，不感興趣了，上課的注意力也不集中了，發(fā)言也不是很活躍。針對(duì)這種情況，教學(xué)的時(shí)候需要注意在備課中增加趣味性，以此來(lái)提高學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。

四、教學(xué)設(shè)想

1、逐步激勵(lì)學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

2、認(rèn)真組織課堂教學(xué)，課堂上隨堂安排口頭練習(xí)，逐步提高學(xué)生英語(yǔ)交際能力。

3、由淺入深，由易到難，由已知到未知，循序漸進(jìn)，點(diǎn)面結(jié)合，逐步擴(kuò)展，循環(huán)往現(xiàn)，以加深影響。

4、加強(qiáng)《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》與《中考說(shuō)明》學(xué)習(xí)；

5、加強(qiáng)試題收集與研究，了解近幾年的中考試題和各區(qū)縣的模擬試題，了解并掌握中考命題的走向；

6、及時(shí)進(jìn)行教學(xué)反思、學(xué)生月考反思等，滲透考試策略；

7、強(qiáng)化語(yǔ)篇閱讀與寫(xiě)作訓(xùn)練與指導(dǎo)。

五、教學(xué)具體措施

六、需要注意的事項(xiàng)：

1、作業(yè)批語(yǔ)的魅力：在寫(xiě)批語(yǔ)的過(guò)程中，我注重用理性尊重鼓勵(lì)和贊揚(yáng)的語(yǔ)言，決不用嚴(yán)厲的語(yǔ)言批評(píng)他們。即使他們有錯(cuò)，我也是先肯定其優(yōu)點(diǎn)，再指出其不足，只要這樣，學(xué)生才樂(lè)意與老師交流，把老師當(dāng)做可信任的朋友。寫(xiě)批語(yǔ)讓我贏得了許多學(xué)生的尊敬和依賴，所以教師不可忽略它的魅力。

2、板書(shū)的精心設(shè)計(jì)與布局：利用視覺(jué)優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)生能舉一反三，并能自由運(yùn)用所學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行流利的書(shū)面與口頭表達(dá)。

4、理清語(yǔ)法規(guī)則：語(yǔ)法規(guī)則就是語(yǔ)言規(guī)則，是遣詞造句的綱目，掌握了語(yǔ)法對(duì)理解有很大的好處，所以語(yǔ)法也不可輕視。每課的語(yǔ)法不會(huì)太多，一般一二條很容易掌握，如動(dòng)詞不定式和現(xiàn)在分詞，只要把所學(xué)過(guò)的動(dòng)詞梳理一下，哪些動(dòng)詞接不定式，哪些動(dòng)詞接現(xiàn)在分詞，把動(dòng)詞列出來(lái)，加以練習(xí)就行了，如I want to be a detective.He denied stealing the vase.等。反復(fù)練習(xí)，就會(huì)鞏固掌握，語(yǔ)法通常是和句型緊密聯(lián)系的，練習(xí)語(yǔ)法的同時(shí)也鞏固了句型，一舉兩得。

一、初二的整理和摘錄，若遇不理解的地方要及時(shí)搞懂或做上記號(hào)，這樣所學(xué)過(guò)的知識(shí)點(diǎn)就條目清楚，網(wǎng)絡(luò)分明，存儲(chǔ)在你的知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中以備不時(shí)之需。你的筆記就是你的知識(shí)庫(kù)，當(dāng)新老知識(shí)相互銜接時(shí)，就可以從知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)里調(diào)取所需要的信息，如“it”的用法在書(shū)中已出現(xiàn)過(guò)，指物、時(shí)間、距離、自然現(xiàn)象等，又出現(xiàn)了作形式主語(yǔ)的用法，在講“it”的新句型時(shí)，讓同學(xué)把自己網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的舊知識(shí)調(diào)出來(lái)，做到新老知識(shí)互補(bǔ)，形成一個(gè)完整的知識(shí)概念；又如動(dòng)詞的時(shí)態(tài)，從預(yù)備的一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)、現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)；初一的一般過(guò)去時(shí)、一般將來(lái)時(shí)；初二的現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)、過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí)到初三的過(guò)去完成時(shí)和過(guò)去將來(lái)時(shí)，整個(gè)初中階段的動(dòng)詞時(shí)態(tài)就完整了。你的網(wǎng)絡(luò)中存儲(chǔ)了系統(tǒng)的有關(guān)動(dòng)詞的知識(shí)，在學(xué)新的知識(shí)時(shí)總離不開(kāi)舊的知識(shí)為鋪墊，及時(shí)調(diào)取網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的知識(shí)信息有助于對(duì)新知識(shí)的接受和理解。

6、抓好預(yù)習(xí)未雨綢繆：由于初三的課程增多，下個(gè)學(xué)期各學(xué)科還面臨著全面復(fù)習(xí)的任務(wù)，所以課堂教學(xué)將以大容量、高密度、快節(jié)奏的授課方式出現(xiàn)，若不做到提早預(yù)習(xí)，及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)鞏固，肯定招架不住，不戰(zhàn)自潰了。

課前的預(yù)習(xí)是提高聽(tīng)課質(zhì)量的重要保證，要自覺(jué)有意識(shí)地去預(yù)習(xí)，才能保證預(yù)習(xí)的針對(duì)性和成效性。如預(yù)習(xí)一篇課文可分幾步走：(1)、查出生詞，標(biāo)出讀音，弄清詞性，理解單詞在句中的意思；(2)、通讀全文，掌握文章大意；(3)、試用一句話寫(xiě)出各段的大意；(4)、摘出課文中主要的詞組和常用短語(yǔ)(包括已學(xué)過(guò)的)；(5)、記下難點(diǎn)。做到以上這幾點(diǎn)，在課堂教學(xué)中就會(huì)有的放矢，有信心參與，有針對(duì)性地提問(wèn)，變被動(dòng)為主動(dòng)，成為學(xué)習(xí)的主體，自覺(jué)完成知識(shí)內(nèi)化的過(guò)程。

二、復(fù)習(xí)鞏固

復(fù)習(xí)能使知識(shí)長(zhǎng)期保持在記憶中，在需要時(shí)，能準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤的再現(xiàn)，并能加以運(yùn)用。要達(dá)到知識(shí)的鞏固，理解是前提，復(fù)習(xí)是手段，復(fù)習(xí)能使知識(shí)在記憶中得到強(qiáng)化和保持，但復(fù)習(xí)要做到科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性、經(jīng)常性，才能卓有成效，對(duì)剛進(jìn)入初三的同學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)，要抓好復(fù)習(xí)鞏固這一環(huán)節(jié)，訂好切實(shí)可行的復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃。

(1)及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)根據(jù)“艾賓浩斯遺忘曲線”，新學(xué)的知識(shí)開(kāi)始時(shí)遺忘率最高，所以抓住及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)非常必要，如，學(xué)習(xí)了新單詞后每天都要讀、背，或使用這些詞，哪怕課余、飯后的幾分鐘讀上一、二遍，就能強(qiáng)化記憶的痕跡，才能保證新授課能順利進(jìn)行。

(2)新舊交替復(fù)習(xí)在接受新知識(shí)前要復(fù)習(xí)前一次的內(nèi)容，建立新舊知識(shí)的相互聯(lián)系，使知識(shí)系統(tǒng)化。如牛津英語(yǔ)中的英英解釋，通常都是用已學(xué)過(guò)的英文解釋生詞，自己多試著去解釋，很自然，復(fù)習(xí)鞏固也就滲透其中了。

(3)階段目標(biāo)性復(fù)習(xí)在教完一個(gè)單元后，要把這一階段所學(xué)的知識(shí)理清楚，重點(diǎn)找出這一階段存在的問(wèn)題，在復(fù)習(xí)的同時(shí)提綱挈領(lǐng)地列出基本內(nèi)容、重點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵以及和前面的知識(shí)的聯(lián)系，使知識(shí)系統(tǒng)化、整體化，從而達(dá)到知識(shí)的深化。還要把一個(gè)單元中所做的練習(xí)中的錯(cuò)誤收集整理到錯(cuò)誤集上，并作出相應(yīng)的注解，經(jīng)常復(fù)習(xí)。錯(cuò)誤的答案不要擦掉，和正確的答案形成對(duì)比，就會(huì)使你印象深刻，以免再犯同樣的錯(cuò)誤，以鞏固加深知識(shí)，防止遺忘的發(fā)生。

以上是我結(jié)合自身的學(xué)習(xí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及老教師的指導(dǎo)中得出來(lái)的計(jì)劃，希望各位和我共同來(lái)探討摸索。其實(shí)，許多優(yōu)秀教師之所以取得成功，原因之一就是他們適時(shí)地將成功的機(jī)會(huì)提供給了每一個(gè)學(xué)生。愿成功教育思想在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中不斷地開(kāi)花和結(jié)果，讓課堂真正成為孩子們的快樂(lè)天堂。
