濰坊賽區(qū)參賽須知

一、大賽簡(jiǎn)介

中央電視臺(tái)“希望之星”英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采大賽是國(guó)家廣電總局正式批準(zhǔn)的、中央電視臺(tái)社教節(jié)目中心主辦的面向全國(guó)的大型電視英語(yǔ)比賽。大賽分為幼兒組、小學(xué)低年級(jí)組、小學(xué)高年級(jí)組、初中組、高中組、成人（職業(yè)）組六個(gè)組別，是以廣大中小學(xué)生為主體的全國(guó)同類比賽中規(guī)模最大、影響人數(shù)最多的一項(xiàng)英語(yǔ)賽事，為各年齡段的英語(yǔ)愛(ài)好者提供了一個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)夢(mèng)想、展示英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采的舞臺(tái)。大賽自2000年起每年舉辦一屆，2009全國(guó)參賽選手達(dá)150萬(wàn)，至今已成功舉辦十屆。按照中央電視臺(tái)的統(tǒng)一部署，2011大賽自即日起在全國(guó)開(kāi)始啟動(dòng)。

1.幼兒組暨英語(yǔ)寶寶秀，3—6歲學(xué)齡前兒童；

2.小低組（小學(xué)一至三年級(jí)）；

3.小高組（小學(xué)四至六年級(jí)）；

4.初中組；

5.高中組；

6.大學(xué)組；

7.職業(yè)組；

8.團(tuán)體組：以學(xué)校為單位，分為幼兒、小學(xué)、初中、高中、大學(xué)組成3-5人的團(tuán)體參加比賽。

六、比賽安排

大賽分為分賽區(qū)選拔賽、省賽區(qū)選拔賽、全國(guó)總決賽三個(gè)階段；濰坊賽區(qū)選拔賽分資格賽、初賽和復(fù)賽三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行，資格賽由選手所在學(xué)校、單位統(tǒng)一組織，初賽、復(fù)賽由大賽組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一組織。

1.報(bào)名時(shí)間：即日起開(kāi)始報(bào)名，截止至2011年1月10日

2.初賽時(shí)間：2011年1月下旬；

3.復(fù)賽時(shí)間：2011年3月下旬—5月上旬；

4.山東省總決賽：2011年6月；

5.全國(guó)總決賽：2011年7月。

七、比賽形式

小低組初賽

1.自我介紹+自選題英文朗誦 2分鐘

（自我介紹內(nèi)容當(dāng)中不能出現(xiàn)中文名字和學(xué)校名稱）

2.看圖說(shuō)話 1分鐘

（學(xué)生現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽取2幅圖片，選手需在1分鐘里圍繞這2幅圖片說(shuō)句子，保證每幅圖片都涉及到，但句子之間可以沒(méi)有很強(qiáng)的邏輯性，準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間為30秒。）

3.評(píng)委提問(wèn)

小高組初賽

1.自我介紹+自選題英文朗誦 2分鐘

時(shí)間30秒，主要考察英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)、肢體語(yǔ)言和情感表達(dá)等方面）。

3.抽題演講1.5分鐘

（現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽取圖片或關(guān)鍵詞,就此素材編一篇短文，準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間為30秒。）

4.評(píng)委提問(wèn)

團(tuán)體賽：各組別團(tuán)體賽人數(shù)限制在每組3-5人，比賽形式為英語(yǔ)短劇、歌舞劇、電影配音等與英文相關(guān)的集體演出，每組比賽時(shí)間不超過(guò)5分鐘。另外，對(duì)各參賽團(tuán)體的道具要進(jìn)行一定的限制。

各組別復(fù)賽形式待定

* 比賽內(nèi)容參考范圍出自外語(yǔ)與教學(xué)研究出版社的《希望之星英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采大賽培訓(xùn)教程》。

八、比賽要求

1.小學(xué)組自選題英語(yǔ)朗誦環(huán)節(jié)選擇必須是不少于100字的英語(yǔ)故事或小短文，并且能在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成，要求帶入賽場(chǎng)的英語(yǔ)稿統(tǒng)一打印在A4紙上（文稿內(nèi)容不得出現(xiàn)自我介紹等相關(guān)內(nèi)容），稿子上不允許有任何標(biāo)記，如注音，中文翻譯等，一式兩份，一份現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交給評(píng)委。此環(huán)節(jié)主要考察選手的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)和情感表達(dá)等方面。

2.比賽中，選手的英語(yǔ)綜合能力、表現(xiàn)力、才藝、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力等都將作為非常重要的考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，與此同時(shí)，選手的反應(yīng)速度、創(chuàng)意、英語(yǔ)知識(shí)面等英語(yǔ)綜合能力也將作為考核內(nèi)容。

3.選手的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)以及能力將作為選拔的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為了能選拔出綜合能力強(qiáng)的選手，選手臨場(chǎng)的應(yīng)變能力、表現(xiàn)力、配合協(xié)作的能力也將作為被考核的內(nèi)容。

九、賽前培訓(xùn)

2011賽季全國(guó)組委會(huì)對(duì)賽前培訓(xùn)實(shí)行統(tǒng)一管理。經(jīng)中央電視臺(tái)考評(píng)授權(quán)，濰坊賽區(qū)大賽唯一指定培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)為“濰坊哈佛外語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)學(xué)?！?，為確保濰坊賽區(qū)選手能更好地把握參賽要求，掌握參賽技巧，全面了解參賽的相關(guān)事項(xiàng)，力爭(zhēng)在比賽中取得更好的成績(jī)，濰坊賽區(qū)組委會(huì)將在初賽和復(fù)賽前組織完整系統(tǒng)的賽前培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)教材為全國(guó)組委會(huì)與外語(yǔ)教學(xué)與研究出版社共同編寫的《中央電視臺(tái)希望之星英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采大賽培訓(xùn)教程》，選手可自愿報(bào)名參加。

1.初賽培訓(xùn)報(bào)名時(shí)間：即日起至2011年1月15日

2.復(fù)賽培訓(xùn)報(bào)名截止到2011年3月10日

十、活動(dòng)安排

1.報(bào)名形式：以學(xué)校為單位集中報(bào)名.2.報(bào)名地點(diǎn)：

（1）大賽資格賽免收?qǐng)?bào)名費(fèi)。

（2）進(jìn)入初賽環(huán)節(jié)的選手每人需交納 50元的初賽費(fèi)。進(jìn)入復(fù)賽環(huán)節(jié)的選手每人需交納 60元的復(fù)賽費(fèi)，同時(shí)獲得由賽區(qū)組委會(huì)向選手贈(zèng)送的大賽指定參考資料一套和參賽注冊(cè)卡一張。

（3）進(jìn)入省賽以后環(huán)節(jié)的選手，不再交納參賽費(fèi)，可能產(chǎn)生的交通或食宿費(fèi)用自理。

4.參賽選手需交納近期免冠1寸照片2張。

5.為了規(guī)范比賽，中央電視臺(tái)對(duì)2011賽季規(guī)定了網(wǎng)上注冊(cè)環(huán)節(jié)，凡進(jìn)入到復(fù)賽環(huán)節(jié)的選手，必須持注冊(cè)卡在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)，登錄央視國(guó)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)（）注冊(cè)個(gè)人信息，獲得確認(rèn)后方可參加后續(xù)比賽，未及時(shí)按要求注冊(cè)的選手，后續(xù)參賽資格和比賽成績(jī)無(wú)效。

6.節(jié)目播出及推廣階段：2011年7月至8月，播出全國(guó)決賽實(shí)況錄像。

十一、賽事后續(xù)活動(dòng)

1.2011“希望之星”北京夏令營(yíng)

（1）為了滿足廣大參賽選手的要求，全國(guó)組委會(huì)研究決定，2011全國(guó)總決賽期間，將舉辦“‘希望之星’北京萬(wàn)人夏令營(yíng)活動(dòng)”，屆時(shí)報(bào)名選手將有幸作為嘉賓進(jìn)入中央電視臺(tái)10號(hào)演播大廳，直接參與全國(guó)總決賽的賽事，親眼目睹全國(guó)優(yōu)秀選手的風(fēng)采展示，還將參加全國(guó)組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一安排的多位 “央視著名主持人與大賽選手見(jiàn)面會(huì)”，實(shí)現(xiàn)與央視名嘴零距離接觸。

（2）海外夏令營(yíng)

具體方案將在濰坊賽區(qū)組委會(huì)網(wǎng)站發(fā)布：.2、“希望英語(yǔ)走進(jìn)校園伴我成長(zhǎng)”活動(dòng)（由承辦學(xué)校提出申請(qǐng)，濰坊賽區(qū)組委會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)全國(guó)組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一安排）。

十二、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置

1、濰坊賽區(qū)各組分別設(shè)置特等獎(jiǎng)、一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)、希望獎(jiǎng)。

2、優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)教師將獲得大賽組委會(huì)頒發(fā)的“優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師”證書。

3、優(yōu)秀參賽單位將獲得大賽組委會(huì)頒發(fā)的“優(yōu)秀組織單位”證書。
