十一、安全預(yù)案

1、比賽進行期間道路暫時封閉。

2、應(yīng)急救護車三輛分居三個主要地段覆蓋整個現(xiàn)場，安排調(diào)度人員隨時聯(lián)系

4、友誼第一，比賽第二。比賽結(jié)果分兩類，即男生組和女生組。公平、公正、公開

3隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展、社會的進步，旅行已經(jīng)成為人們生活中不可或缺的一部分。然而相對于傳統(tǒng)的繁華都市，崇尚原生態(tài)、貼近大自然的戶外旅行受到越來越多年輕人的青睞。許多大學(xué)成立了戶外社團，組織社員徒步、騎車、露營等戶外項目。而伴隨著戶外旅行不斷擴大的參與面和大學(xué)生戶外俱樂部和大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的口號，一些非盈利的戶外社團逐漸走向商業(yè)化運作，大力推廣戶外旅行，并在大學(xué)生中形成了一定的影響力。

大學(xué)校園人員集中，學(xué)習壓力較初高中時期較小，會有較多的課余時間，另外，在大學(xué)學(xué)生中更注重人際關(guān)系的交往和友誼的增進，通俗的說就是大家喜歡一起出去游玩，增進友情和關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)，甚至愛情。大學(xué)生的消費也不能看低，存在一定的攀比，高消費現(xiàn)象。再加上人員集中，人員眾多，組團容易，據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，只在青島地區(qū)就有40多所大學(xué)，平均每所大學(xué)1-2萬人，市場潛力巨大。再加上我公司有一定的資源基礎(chǔ)和人員配置，可以實行一些優(yōu)惠政策來開發(fā)這一潛在的市場。

平度地區(qū)環(huán)山傍水，自然環(huán)境優(yōu)美，距離青島等校園集中的地方較近，交通方便，非常適合以戶外遠足，山地自行車形式的旅游項目的開展。針對這一發(fā)展前景，我對這一項目的開展做出以下規(guī)劃：

1.組織形式

組織形式有兩種選擇：一是在青島設(shè)立專門的辦事處，組織和策劃活動，平度地區(qū)具體實施和輔助組織工作。二是開始杰瑪仕自行車專賣店，兼職辦事處的作用，這樣的好處是可以順便打廣告，增加業(yè)務(wù)量。

2.人員設(shè)置

以辦事處為例，2-3人即可，分管組織和廣告宣傳工作，提成式經(jīng)營，公司不必特意管理。

3.營銷方式

營銷方面建議和各大學(xué)的社團和體育部的主管老師等合作，提成制營銷。由我公司具體策劃、施行，大學(xué)社團負責組織人員。

4.活動組織方式和具體流程

我方主要負責學(xué)生的接送（即包車）、食宿、自行車車輛出租、安全保護、活動用品（如需帳篷、篝火、食品、急救箱等）、專門教練和負責人等，這些費用全部計入基本成本中。另外，可在實踐中逐漸發(fā)展我們的特色，服務(wù)到位，更多的吸引客戶前來。

活動方式可以以遠足、旅行、山地運動、野營、自行車比賽等方式進行。

5.盈利愿景

費用設(shè)置基本可設(shè)置在全部費用（基本費用+學(xué)校社團提成）的1-2倍，剩余利潤由公司和辦事處分成。（經(jīng)過市場調(diào)查后設(shè)立一個合理的營銷費用）。

基本費用統(tǒng)計：

這個項目開展以后，既可以創(chuàng)造一部分盈利，更重要的是在品牌發(fā)展、業(yè)務(wù)量增加等方面有重要的影響，是一個多贏的項目。
