為提高大學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力，滿足新世紀(jì)社會(huì)也精梳機(jī)發(fā)展對(duì)各類人才的外語(yǔ)要求能力的要求，全面展示作為重慶示范性院校的重慶航天職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采水平，重慶航天職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)學(xué)院的學(xué)習(xí)部組織了一次仿真“CCTV”杯全國(guó)英語(yǔ)演講大賽以“happy college happy English”為主題的一次英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采演講大賽！這是我自作為重慶航天職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)部部長(zhǎng)一職所接受的第一次活動(dòng)任務(wù)，這真是一項(xiàng)重大的活動(dòng)，真是一個(gè)不小的挑戰(zhàn)，在11月上旬和中旬份我緊鑼密鼓的準(zhǔn)備本次英語(yǔ)演講演講比賽及策劃方案，在此次活動(dòng)中我開拓創(chuàng)新打造出高品質(zhì)的活動(dòng)，著雖然是新的但我有信心做好！
在此英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采演講比賽由李加其老師擔(dān)任總指導(dǎo)，由苑溢老師具體指導(dǎo)開展，主要由院學(xué)生會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)部、宣傳部、新聞部、設(shè)備部等部門配合開展，在11月上旬院學(xué)習(xí)部制定了英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采大賽的策劃方案并由學(xué)生科苑溢老師修改，最終定稿。
本次活動(dòng)分初賽、復(fù)賽、決賽、三個(gè)階段。在11月初下發(fā)通知給全院學(xué)院，并開始報(bào)名工作。這部分工作主要由宣傳部、新聞部、廣播站進(jìn)行宣傳，本次宣傳進(jìn)行一次突破性的新方式，把宣傳通知下發(fā)到各個(gè)系部輔導(dǎo)員處，極大的提高了本次活動(dòng)的知名度和影響力！積極運(yùn)用校內(nèi)媒體進(jìn)行合作，利用廣播、報(bào)刊、海報(bào)、等途徑進(jìn)行宣傳，這樣大大的提高了英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采大賽的活動(dòng)的影響力度！
第一階段
首先由各系部選出優(yōu)秀的選手（選手可以由老師推薦或自己毛遂自薦的方式報(bào)名參加），既考慮到學(xué)生的意愿，同時(shí)也盡力發(fā)掘一些優(yōu)秀的卻不夠主動(dòng)的學(xué)生。經(jīng)過(guò)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和評(píng)選在機(jī)電系選出六名、管理系四名、電子系三人、計(jì)算機(jī)系三人、社科系三人，進(jìn)入復(fù)賽。他們都是各系部的代表也是各系部的優(yōu)秀的選手。
第二階段
在復(fù)賽階段選拔中決定在各系的選手中生成10名勝出選手代表基礎(chǔ)學(xué)院參加決賽。在復(fù)賽部分中，主要由定題演講及問(wèn)答環(huán)節(jié)和即興演講這三部分。
在11月18日定題演講中主要是以“happy English happy college”為主題的演講，然后由老師提問(wèn)回答。在即興演講中，根據(jù)自己在由“v”“n” “adj”21個(gè)單詞中抽到的單詞進(jìn)行即興演講。在此次復(fù)賽中，各個(gè)選手都表現(xiàn)得相單的不錯(cuò)，各個(gè)選手都盡心盡力的去演講，但名額有限只有10名進(jìn)入決賽！
第三階段
在11月23日的決賽演講中同樣是以“happy English happy college”為主題的定題演講，然后由老師提問(wèn)回答和即興演講組成。決賽部分中由復(fù)賽的10名選手代表基礎(chǔ)學(xué)院進(jìn)行與重慶航天職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院A區(qū)的4名學(xué)院進(jìn)行決賽。這次的決賽都是高手中的高手，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是十分的激烈，他們都各自顯示出了自己的才能。
賽后的總結(jié)和感想
總體分析
帶著滿臉的自信、笑容，帶著放飛的夢(mèng)想，充滿激情的參賽選手和他們的啦啦隊(duì)走進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告廳————實(shí)現(xiàn)理想，爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)佳績(jī)。
在2010-11-23，“英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采大賽決賽”在學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師和同學(xué)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，成功舉辦。這次演講比賽時(shí)一個(gè)英語(yǔ)的舞臺(tái)，一次英語(yǔ)的盛宴，每位參賽選手都用自己最大的努力，用英語(yǔ)展現(xiàn)自我，用自己最純真流利的口語(yǔ)，為觀眾詮釋了他們眼中的快樂(lè)美麗，在這個(gè)美麗的季節(jié)，美麗的相聚中，所有的參賽選手都用真情詮釋心中的幸福，此次英語(yǔ)演講比賽激發(fā)了航天學(xué)子們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，英語(yǔ)在他們眼里已不再是枯燥乏味而是一種享受的樂(lè)趣是一種美的真諦。
充滿活力，充滿激情的參賽選手，教會(huì)我們?nèi)绾稳グl(fā)現(xiàn)自己、如何去感悟、如何去尋求生活中無(wú)處不在的美，這雖是一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單的演講，但它卻教會(huì)了航天學(xué)子很多，不僅是參賽選手鍛煉了自己，發(fā)揮自己的才能，展現(xiàn)了自我，更是激勵(lì)了所有的航天學(xué)子，不但豐富了我們的業(yè)余生活而且加強(qiáng)了學(xué)習(xí)氣氛。
清晨，在漫天霧氣中，在令人顫抖的寒風(fēng)中，你都可以看到航天學(xué)子們?cè)陂L(zhǎng)江邊為理想而努力、拼搏，每個(gè)清晨，你都可以聽到朗朗的讀書聲，而這朗朗恰恰是演講者的參賽選手給航天學(xué)子的動(dòng)力，因?yàn)檫@次演講，我們校園多了朗朗的讀書聲，因?yàn)檫@次演講，我們同學(xué)更加勤奮，更加吃苦，讓航天學(xué)子對(duì)英語(yǔ)有新的認(rèn)識(shí)。
至此，本屆“英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采英語(yǔ)演講大賽”圓滿落幕。

初賽：
評(píng)分表
項(xiàng)目（七項(xiàng)）
滿分（100分）
語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)：20分
短劇內(nèi)容：20分
表演能力：20分
選手間配合程度：10分
服裝、道具準(zhǔn)備情況：10分
準(zhǔn)確程度：10分
時(shí)間掌握能力（選手ppt介紹30秒，短劇15分鐘）：10分
決賽成績(jī)=現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)委給分+大眾評(píng)委給分
八、比賽規(guī)程
1.組隊(duì)
（1）參賽隊(duì)員不分班級(jí)，自由組隊(duì)。
（2）每隊(duì)不得超過(guò)10人。
2.程序
（1）在前一隊(duì)開始表演時(shí)，后一隊(duì)做好入場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備；
（2）主持人開場(chǎng)，介紹短劇劇目；
（3）比賽正式開始，表演時(shí)間不得超過(guò)15分鐘；ppt介紹本組成員不得超過(guò)30秒。超時(shí)扣分。
（4）一隊(duì)選手表演結(jié)束后，評(píng)委團(tuán)進(jìn)行評(píng)分，宣布下一隊(duì)選手入場(chǎng)。
3.細(xì)則
（1）參賽選手可選擇英語(yǔ)童話故事、寓言、名人軼事等作為短劇內(nèi)容，意義深刻、題材新穎；
（2）表演期間，比賽選手不得互相提示，不得用中文表達(dá)，違規(guī)者評(píng)判團(tuán)將酌情扣分。
九、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置
集體獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)：
一等獎(jiǎng)1隊(duì)，頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書并獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)x元現(xiàn)金或價(jià)值相當(dāng)?shù)莫?jiǎng)品；
二等獎(jiǎng)2隊(duì)，頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書并獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)x元現(xiàn)金或價(jià)值相當(dāng)?shù)莫?jiǎng)品；
三等獎(jiǎng)2隊(duì)，頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書并獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)x元現(xiàn)金或價(jià)值相當(dāng)?shù)莫?jiǎng)品；
觀眾抽獎(jiǎng)：中獎(jiǎng)同學(xué)同時(shí)擔(dān)任大眾評(píng)委（x名）。
注：所有參賽選手將獲得特色學(xué)分
