The Reflections of My Interpretation Practice Week
This is meaningful interpretation practice week.I learned a lot of knowledge about interpretation though the interpretation practice week during these days.At the first day, we saw the speech of Ma Yun which is very excellent.In his speech, he told his way to success.As we known, Mu Yun’s family isn’t abundant and he isn’t good at studying.But he insistent on his dream and he had spirit of never give up, so he achieved his dream finally.As what he said in his speech, he had already become the CEO of five companies.I supposed that why he can get succeed is he treated his employee very well and another reason is his oral English is excellent.His story encouraged me a lot and let me know the importance of maintaining English.On Wednesday, we saw the video of minister of foreign affairs Yang Jiechi who answer the question been asked by journalist and a match of interpretation.In Mr.Yang’s speech, the interpreter interpreted very affluently.And Mr.Yang is really smart when he answered the questions.Some foreigner journalists’ questions are very peak and Mr.Yang just answered though some skills to avoid their questions.I also have some thing want to say about the match of interpretation.To my surprise, they are also colleges, but they are so successful in the interpretation.And they are clam and sober when they interpreting.The contents are about policy, economic and so on.No matter what, those are far away from our daily life.Hence, the contestants’ stander is very well.Thereby, I am the senior in the school, so I do not have the opportunity to challenge like them, but I would like to try my best to make me wonderful, just like them.At the end of the practice, we do presentation to show what we have learned from classes.For our group, the topic is about Chinese culture.Usually, when we talk about the Chinese culture, we will recall a lot of Chinese traditional culture in naturally.It is true that traditional culture is a very important part of Chinese culture, but too many people pay their attention to it, and less people notice the modern culture.We decided to talk about the modern culture about post-70s, post-80s, and post-90s.The people who live in the 70s have a limited condition and they are avoiding from the culture revolution, they are more tradition than 80s and 90s.The generation of 70s is very luck, although they are poor and pity, but they are very happy.And they are satisfied in their life.The post 80s gets most of the attention from the public and the media.This generation grew up in the 90s and began to graduate and face society in the 2000’s.This period of time was the most crucial period of China’s reform and opening up as well as a transformational period for the country’s economy and society.All this has had a strong influence on this generation.The post 80s generation of young Chinese have a tendency of vocally voicing their opinions and don’t hesitate to speak their mind.At the last, when we talk about the 90 generations, it is easy for us to realize there is a popular cultural phenomenon, which is non-mainstream.It seems has already become a symbol words to describe the 90 generations or even the 00 generations.Now the so-called non-mainstream is not the true meaning of its origin but a special background of superficial phenomenon.After
we set up our mind to do these, we do the discussion among our group members, we were sure that is a kind of culture and we would like to use the form of “talk show” to introduce our contents.Huangcheng is the host of the talk show, Ma le、Wang Xiufang、Sun Qiantao are the distinguished guests and Fu Ranran、I are the interprecter.No matter what, we are trying our best do it.This is a fun and meaningful practice week, we learn too much things though it.Several days later, I will take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate school;I hope I can still have the passion like today.

The secret is: the Chinese remember things with the heart and not with the head.The heart with its power of sympathy, acting as glue, can retain things much better than the head or intellect which is hard and dry.It is, for instance, also for this reason that we;all of us, can remember things which we learnt when we were children much better than we can remember things which we learnt in mature life.As children, like the Chinese, we remember things with the heart and not with the head.Let us next take another generally admitted fact in the life of the Chinese people_their politeness.The Chinese are, it has often been remarked, a peculiarly polite people.Now what is the essence of true politeness? It is consideration for the feelings of others.The Chinese are polite because, living a life of the heart, they know their own feelings and that makes it easy for them to show consideration for the feelings of others.The politeness of the Chinese, although not elaborate like the politeness of the Japanese, is pleasing because it is, as the French beautifully express

口譯實(shí)踐心得
緊張的考試已經(jīng)結(jié)束,我們迎來了第三個(gè)學(xué)期的實(shí)習(xí),口譯實(shí)踐。與以往的實(shí)習(xí)相比,我想不僅是我個(gè)人班里的每個(gè)人都會(huì)收獲頗豐。因?yàn)榭谧g對(duì)我們來說一直都是比較薄弱的環(huán)節(jié),每次上實(shí)踐我們都提心吊膽的,生怕老師提問到,甚至有時(shí)候不去上了的念頭,但我知道你越是逃避他你就越是學(xué)不好,每次我都強(qiáng)迫自己努力,但每次都不盡人意聽一遍只能記下只言片語有時(shí)候甚至只是重點(diǎn)單詞,與其他同學(xué)相比我算是最差的吧!因?yàn)檫@本來自卑的我更加的沒信心,但我絕對(duì)沒有放棄,對(duì)一個(gè)英語專業(yè)的學(xué)生來說如果這點(diǎn)困難都克服不了的話不知道我還能做些什么,我不求優(yōu)秀只求每天都在進(jìn)步。這次口譯實(shí)踐活動(dòng)正好給我提供一個(gè)專門提高自己口譯實(shí)踐的能力,在余老師的精心布置安排指導(dǎo)下,我們開始了進(jìn)步之旅。
口譯能力與個(gè)人的聽力與速記能力密切相關(guān),余老師針對(duì)我們?cè)谡n堂上的缺陷專門布置了一系列任務(wù)以改進(jìn)我們的這些缺點(diǎn)。為了提高我們的聽力與速記能力,讓我們每天都聽1-2小時(shí)的VOA新聞并記下它主要內(nèi)容,并且每個(gè)學(xué)生都發(fā)有實(shí)踐檔案詳細(xì)記錄自己的實(shí)踐過程,每聽一個(gè)新聞我們甚至都必須填寫聽的時(shí)間地點(diǎn)。老師都這么認(rèn)真當(dāng)然我們也不敢懈怠,每位同學(xué)都一絲不茍的完成老師布置的作業(yè)。當(dāng)然僅做這些是不夠的,這只是個(gè)人作業(yè),老師還布置的有兩個(gè)小組作業(yè),每個(gè)小組根據(jù)這學(xué)期學(xué)的內(nèi)容選擇一個(gè)主題錄制一個(gè)模擬口譯現(xiàn)場的視頻,不僅錄視頻在實(shí)習(xí)期間內(nèi)我們小組在課下還必須把其他主題都得表演出來。最重要的是當(dāng)著兩個(gè)班的學(xué)生的面,老師隨機(jī)分發(fā)資料讓我們?cè)诤翢o準(zhǔn)備的情況下模擬口譯真實(shí)場景把它表演出來,這對(duì)我來說無疑是個(gè)無疑是個(gè)巨大的挑戰(zhàn),我一向反應(yīng)不快偏偏又是英語而且還得速記,很害怕站在講臺(tái)上會(huì)不知所措,但我還是安慰自己這對(duì)于自己來說是一次鍛煉,現(xiàn)在出丑總比工作了出丑好的多吧!只要這次做好了下次就有經(jīng)驗(yàn)了,想著這些我也不覺得有多害怕了,站在講臺(tái)上也沒有我想象的那么緊張,雖然結(jié)果并沒有想象的那么好,但我知道那是因?yàn)槠綍r(shí)自己練的不夠多的緣故,每次速記只顧著記單個(gè)單詞結(jié)果忽略句子段落的整體性,輪到我的時(shí)候所記的內(nèi)容串不到一塊兒,盡管這次實(shí)踐結(jié)果不盡人意,但我決不會(huì)氣餒,因?yàn)椴畈艜?huì)有更大的提升空間,才會(huì)有學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力。實(shí)習(xí)至此也算基本結(jié)束剩下的就是總結(jié)了,總結(jié)我們?cè)谶@次實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中的所得和遇到的問題以及獲得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。
這次實(shí)踐雖然任務(wù)比較多但我們都樂于接受并且都認(rèn)真按部就班的按照老師說的去做,實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束后我們的確收獲了許多,于我自己而言,雖然在這次實(shí)習(xí)中發(fā)揮的不好但我知道了自己的缺點(diǎn)與不足,以后我會(huì)努力朝著這方面努力。

口譯課心得體會(huì)
這學(xué)期又迎來了新的挑戰(zhàn),那就是口譯,現(xiàn)場口譯。以前看過口譯大賽,覺得他們都好棒,好優(yōu)秀,中文剛剛說完,英文馬上就翻譯好了,即興翻譯的速度好快。想著什么時(shí)候自己也可以達(dá)到這樣的水平。剛開始我們的訓(xùn)練是分組進(jìn)行,每組有口譯人員,有中文翻譯,秘書,每個(gè)人都有自己的角色。這樣每個(gè)人都有發(fā)揮自己的機(jī)會(huì),鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì)。
等真正輪到自己了才知道口譯是那么的難,要想做好口譯就要做足充分的準(zhǔn)備,還得具備一定的英語基礎(chǔ),要想翻譯好就得平時(shí)多練,不然也是發(fā)揮不好的。準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間不夠的話也是發(fā)揮不出自己的水平,如果沒有多練習(xí),上臺(tái)的話會(huì)緊張,緊張就會(huì)忘詞了。剛開始我們是第一組,準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間不足,得到了話題還要考慮中英文怎么說才可以讓同學(xué)們聽明白,怎樣才運(yùn)用得當(dāng)。這就是考我們知識(shí)運(yùn)用的時(shí)候了,要如何才能發(fā)揮我們最好的水平。翻譯結(jié)束還要進(jìn)行總結(jié),總結(jié)自己這組的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn),以便加以改進(jìn)。也看過同學(xué)們的口譯,只要是準(zhǔn)備的時(shí)間充分,就發(fā)揮得很好,如果是匆匆忙忙的話就會(huì)失了水準(zhǔn)。經(jīng)過幾次的練習(xí),發(fā)現(xiàn)整體上都得到了提高,不再怯場了。
為什么我們要學(xué)習(xí)口譯課呢?也許很多人都會(huì)說,以后我又不從事翻譯工作,也許以后都不當(dāng)老師,為什么還要學(xué)習(xí)它呢,每個(gè)人的追求不同。我想說的是作為以英語為專業(yè)的學(xué)生,學(xué)習(xí)口譯課是很有必要的。那么學(xué)習(xí)它有什么好處呢,其實(shí)口譯只是我們英語專業(yè)的一個(gè)基本技能,雙語人才必須具備這樣的能力。它既能使我們了解我們的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在,又能提高我們的能力,何樂而不為呢?那么學(xué)習(xí)口譯到底需要什么基礎(chǔ)和態(tài)度呢?在我看來,只要具備能聽懂漢語和英語,能用它們較為自如地表達(dá)(無論筆頭還是口頭)的語言基礎(chǔ)就可以了。語言的學(xué)習(xí)是一個(gè)終生的過程,沒有輸入就沒有輸出。在學(xué)習(xí)口譯的過程中,我們會(huì)漸漸發(fā)現(xiàn)自身的不足,就會(huì)自覺地去彌補(bǔ),從而使語言功底越來越好。我認(rèn)為最重要的不是基礎(chǔ),而是你的態(tài)度,就像我們上口譯課那樣,很多人都不來上課,這樣的話你不練習(xí)你怎么知道你的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)呢?不練習(xí)你的能力怎么會(huì)提高呢?很多時(shí)候決定你的成功是看你的態(tài)度??谧g最重要的三個(gè)能力就是:聽力、記憶和表達(dá)。這三項(xiàng)能力的訓(xùn)練必須以口譯為中心,通過練習(xí)得到口譯水平的提高,提高理解能力是關(guān)鍵。更重要的是心理素質(zhì)要過關(guān),在翻譯的過程中要有足夠的內(nèi)心應(yīng)對(duì)出現(xiàn)的沒聽清的單詞,現(xiàn)場的干擾等。在各種環(huán)境下都能保持鎮(zhèn)靜的心態(tài),冷靜的頭腦和不徐不慢的語速,并且要充滿自信。平時(shí)要在人多的場合多發(fā)言并提高自己處理突發(fā)事件的能力。對(duì)各學(xué)科的專業(yè)術(shù)語要有一定的了解,這樣才能在翻譯的過程中才不會(huì)慌亂。要有很強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力,對(duì)外國的政治有一定的了解,特別是國家每年的新政策,要保持一顆對(duì)周圍新興事物的好奇心,對(duì)新出現(xiàn)的名詞,不僅要了解其對(duì)應(yīng)的英文表達(dá)還要了解其含義。在口譯中要注意表達(dá)的邏輯性,這就要訓(xùn)練我們的邏輯思考能力和對(duì)說話人大意的總結(jié)能力,分清主次。
學(xué)習(xí)口譯的技巧,我覺得我們應(yīng)該經(jīng)常練習(xí),通過背誦,復(fù)述的形式來提高自己的記憶力。還要重視課堂練習(xí),提高心理承受能力的好辦法就是把上課的任務(wù)當(dāng)成是一次真實(shí)的口譯,這樣可以提高課堂學(xué)習(xí)效率,也可以逐漸適應(yīng)在有壓力下的環(huán)境完成口譯任務(wù)。把握上課發(fā)言的機(jī)會(huì),有意識(shí)的把自己想象成專業(yè)的口譯人員。還要多朗讀中英文章,學(xué)會(huì)以平穩(wěn)自信的聲音發(fā)言,即使是內(nèi)心緊張也不要在聲音上體現(xiàn)出來。往往我們一緊張聲音就會(huì)發(fā)抖,所以我們要克服這種現(xiàn)象。
總而言之,口譯最重要的是要大量練習(xí),不斷積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)和進(jìn)行總結(jié),漢語的含義豐富,英語中也有很多近義詞,在遇到不同的意義時(shí)要快速的在腦中反應(yīng),能用哪些簡單的詞去替換我們不懂得翻譯的詞,這樣練習(xí)多了我們的口譯水平就會(huì)得到提高了。

這個(gè)學(xué)期的實(shí)踐周我參加了一個(gè)影樓的秀,是婚紗和禮服的展示。彩排和演出共兩天,雖然僅僅兩天卻學(xué)到了很多,也在自己不擅長的風(fēng)格中得到了鍛煉,也算融入社會(huì),體驗(yàn)了大學(xué)生活中沒有的感受,時(shí)光總是那么短暫,實(shí)踐雖然結(jié)束了,卻給我了很多,給了我什么叫做艱苦,什么叫做堅(jiān)強(qiáng),什么叫做友情,什么叫做團(tuán)結(jié),什么叫做一個(gè)整體。
婚紗秀擺美姿很重要,這正是我的弱項(xiàng),既要展示出婚紗本身的特點(diǎn),還要體現(xiàn)出曲線美,高雅的氣質(zhì),真的很鍛煉人的基本功和技巧。我本身走臺(tái)時(shí)總是走的很急,過快,這次一直壓這自己的步伐,迎合著音樂。努力把課堂上老師講的走婚紗秀的要點(diǎn)和注意的事項(xiàng)與實(shí)踐結(jié)合在一起,在實(shí)踐中檢驗(yàn)自己所掌握的技巧,真的是一種好的學(xué)習(xí)方法。紙上談兵遠(yuǎn)不如實(shí)踐鍛煉人,更能掌握其中的精髓,更好的發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的問題,并及時(shí)改正。實(shí)踐是以學(xué)生的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與生活為核心的實(shí)踐性課程。我從中鍛煉了自己,學(xué)到了很多課堂上學(xué)不到的東西。
這次實(shí)踐不僅鍛煉了自己走臺(tái)的技巧,還學(xué)會(huì)了一些關(guān)于選擇婚紗的知識(shí),選擇合適的婚紗可以隱藏自身的缺點(diǎn)而且還可以突顯你的優(yōu)點(diǎn),幫你變的更美麗的新娘。比如胸部大會(huì)讓人顯得全身都很壯,所以試試修身款式的婚紗,這樣會(huì)看上去很瘦。開放垂直的領(lǐng)口可以突出脖子和鎖骨,合身的外形會(huì)裹住胸部,修飾胸型。身材偏胖的新娘通常會(huì)看上去比較矮,所以拉長身形是十分必要的。一件V領(lǐng)婚紗可以解決這個(gè)問題。此外,高腰線的婚紗在胸部下面有一條橫向的接縫,這也會(huì)使整個(gè)人看上去更長。對(duì)于那些肩膀比較寬的新娘,一件露肩的A字形禮服可以使你顯得更瘦,并將視線集中在腰腹部,突出腰和臀部的線條。也可以選擇一件深V領(lǐng)的掛脖禮服或者帶腰帶的高腰禮服,這兩款都會(huì)使你看上去更瘦更高。開衩的直筒禮服會(huì)顯得更為性感。禮服上的華麗褶皺可以拉長身形,成為全場的焦點(diǎn)。反光面料,比如緞面,會(huì)更光彩奪目。總之,要結(jié)合自身?xiàng)l件和要求來選擇最合適的婚紗。

社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)是大學(xué)生邁向社會(huì)的橋梁,它有助于大學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì),了解社會(huì),適應(yīng)社會(huì)。實(shí)踐活動(dòng)可以提高自己的動(dòng)手能力,鍛煉自己的交際能力,加深對(duì)社會(huì)的全面認(rèn)識(shí)。但是,在實(shí)踐中,我們是要真正走進(jìn)基層,體會(huì)真正的工作生活,所以我們要放下學(xué)校里的紙上談兵,放下家里的嬌生慣養(yǎng),虛心學(xué)習(xí).既要對(duì)自己有只要我干我能行的信心,又不能自滿自負(fù),要踏踏實(shí)實(shí)一步一步地進(jìn)行,急于求成只能是欲速則不達(dá).雖然我們是受過高等教育的大學(xué)生,但我們了解的都是理論知識(shí)并沒有實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以或許還不如未受過高等教育的人,因?yàn)樗麄冊(cè)趯?shí)踐中總結(jié)了許多寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn).因此,我們要擺正心態(tài),擁有一顆平常心,一顆謙虛求教的心,一顆樂觀的心去面對(duì)社會(huì)里的人.在實(shí)踐中不如意和挫折是不可避免的,但是我們不能輕言放棄,我們要把它當(dāng)作是走向成功的經(jīng)歷,我們應(yīng)該積極總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),積累寶貴的財(cái)富.我們要學(xué)會(huì)珍惜,珍惜來之不易的機(jī)會(huì);學(xué)會(huì)總結(jié),總結(jié)實(shí)踐中的經(jīng)驗(yàn);學(xué)會(huì)節(jié)約,節(jié)約積累來的財(cái)富.懷著一顆感恩的心,用心體會(huì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷,那麼我們將不斷走向成熟,走向成功.
