一、教學(xué)目的

1、激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情和興趣，提高學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的綜合素質(zhì)和技能。

2、深化課堂教育教學(xué)改革，完善課堂教學(xué)。

3、圓滿完成初中英語(yǔ)教育教學(xué)目標(biāo)和中考英語(yǔ)教學(xué)任務(wù)

二、教學(xué)任務(wù)

本學(xué)期初一(5)班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)任務(wù)是〈新目標(biāo)〉unit13-15單元以及中考備考總復(fù)習(xí)。隨著初三新課教學(xué)任務(wù)的完成，備戰(zhàn)中考成為面臨的重要任務(wù)。我們英語(yǔ)組加強(qiáng)對(duì)教學(xué)大綱及考試說(shuō)明的研究，備好每一堂課根據(jù)近幾年中考試題新特點(diǎn)及學(xué)生實(shí)際情況，采取“三輪復(fù)習(xí)法”作為畢業(yè)班的總復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃，“三輪復(fù)習(xí)法”要求先全面學(xué)習(xí)，后進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)復(fù)習(xí)和適應(yīng)性考試復(fù)習(xí)。做到著眼全面，突出重點(diǎn)，點(diǎn)面結(jié)合，把全面復(fù)習(xí)和重點(diǎn)復(fù)習(xí)有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái)。這樣既系統(tǒng)全面又有所側(cè)面的.復(fù)習(xí)，能使學(xué)生較好地掌握所學(xué)的知識(shí)。

具體目標(biāo)：針對(duì)初三教學(xué)班的實(shí)際情況，我制定了以下幾方面的教學(xué)目標(biāo)：

第一輪復(fù)習(xí)階段(3月上旬-4月中旬)：第一階段我們主要用新華書(shū)店訂的《中考導(dǎo)練》這本書(shū)，側(cè)重語(yǔ)法專題復(fù)習(xí)，如詞法、句法、時(shí)態(tài)、語(yǔ)法等，讓學(xué)生建立一個(gè)完整的語(yǔ)法知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。此外，通過(guò)練習(xí)查漏補(bǔ)缺，及時(shí)解決存在的問(wèn)題。要求突出重點(diǎn)，牢固掌握。在總攬教材，學(xué)生對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握得比較扎實(shí)基礎(chǔ)上，相應(yīng)地提高要求，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理消化，抓住重點(diǎn)，加深理解，強(qiáng)化記憶。要求學(xué)生對(duì)那些在教材中多次出現(xiàn)和輔導(dǎo)教材中一再提及，反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)部分，應(yīng)視為重點(diǎn)，格外加以注意。同時(shí)有針對(duì)性地指導(dǎo)學(xué)生記憶的方法，培養(yǎng)記憶能力。知識(shí)掌握不系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)容混淆互相干擾，解題時(shí)應(yīng)會(huì)判斷失誤，做錯(cuò)題目。這要求教師在這一階段復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)程中防止簡(jiǎn)單的重復(fù)，反對(duì)面面俱到，而是遵循精講多綜的原則，做到講—練—評(píng)結(jié)合。既要教學(xué)生解題要領(lǐng)，幫助學(xué)生理解題目與題目之間的聯(lián)系，同時(shí)又針對(duì)歷年中考題型強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練，使學(xué)生在答題時(shí)做到靈活運(yùn)用，觸類旁通，舉一反三。

第二輪復(fù)習(xí)階段(4月下旬-5月下旬)：復(fù)習(xí)重點(diǎn)以各冊(cè)課文知識(shí)點(diǎn)掃描為主，過(guò)教材，抓基礎(chǔ)。復(fù)習(xí)課不同于新授課，教師要充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自我總結(jié)、自我歸納、自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。教師不能一人包辦，將課堂變成一言堂，教師只起引導(dǎo)、點(diǎn)撥的作用。要求教師認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，對(duì)所復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容包含的知識(shí)點(diǎn)、考點(diǎn)做到心中有數(shù)，主次分明，注意補(bǔ)充學(xué)生歸納遺漏的重點(diǎn)知識(shí)，同時(shí)因?yàn)槭强倧?fù)習(xí)，一定要注意知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)性。這一階段主要是回歸課本，針對(duì)學(xué)生對(duì)已學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，因時(shí)間比較長(zhǎng)，部分已遺忘的共性，本著“依綱靠本”和“溫故知新”的原則，要求學(xué)生一步一個(gè)腳印，扎扎實(shí)實(shí)搞好基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的復(fù)習(xí)。這一階段應(yīng)按教材順序歸納語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)，講透語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)運(yùn)用，對(duì)各單元的知識(shí)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行梳理，同時(shí)應(yīng)注重基礎(chǔ)詞匯、詞組、句型的過(guò)關(guān)。在復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)程中，還要采取一些必要的措施來(lái)鞏固和增強(qiáng)復(fù)習(xí)效果。

七年級(jí)的學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣濃，但整體學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)差，出現(xiàn)兩極分化。所以本學(xué)期應(yīng)注意抓好后進(jìn)生的工作。教師應(yīng)該面向全體學(xué)生，以學(xué)生的發(fā)展為宗旨，始終把激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣放在首位，注意分層教學(xué)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，掌握良好的學(xué)習(xí)方法，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

二、目的要求。

3、突出學(xué)生主體，尊重個(gè)體差異，讓學(xué)生在老師的指導(dǎo)下構(gòu)建知識(shí)，提高技能，磨練意志，活躍思維，展現(xiàn)個(gè)性，發(fā)展心智和拓展視野；

4、實(shí)施“一幫一”活動(dòng)，讓成績(jī)好的同學(xué)帶動(dòng)差生，同時(shí)亦監(jiān)督差生每天的作業(yè)完成情況和背誦情況。

5、建立英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)小組，并以小組為單位開(kāi)展各種活動(dòng)。同時(shí)，整合家長(zhǎng)的力量，讓家長(zhǎng)在周末期間監(jiān)督學(xué)生聽(tīng)磁帶、讀課文。

四、教學(xué)中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題

一、基本情況：

本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任初一年級(jí)（6）班的英語(yǔ)課。絕大多數(shù)學(xué)生雖然小學(xué)階段都學(xué)過(guò)英語(yǔ)，但大部分學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)都比較差。缺少學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性和熱情，自覺(jué)性也較差，相應(yīng)的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣也較差，對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)有為難情緒。針對(duì)這些情況，在本學(xué)期的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，本人將致力于一方面應(yīng)加強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的講解和基本技能的訓(xùn)練，讓學(xué)生掌握詞匯、語(yǔ)法、句型的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)等基本技能，為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)；另一方面，又要采取多種措施，注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣；讓學(xué)生掌握記憶語(yǔ)音、單詞、閱讀和寫(xiě)作等英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)技巧，培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和自主探索、合作探究能力，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性和主動(dòng)性。教學(xué)上采取任務(wù)型教學(xué)方式，運(yùn)用靈活多變的方法，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力的遷移和拓展。尊重并理解學(xué)生，與學(xué)生一起分享學(xué)習(xí)中的`苦與樂(lè)，使每一位學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)有所提高，有所進(jìn)步。

四、本學(xué)期將采用的教育教學(xué)方法：

英語(yǔ)的教育教學(xué)方法很多，各有優(yōu)、缺點(diǎn)，我們可以針對(duì)不同的情況采用不同的教學(xué)方法來(lái)加以彌補(bǔ)。針對(duì)我教的班級(jí)，本學(xué)期本人打算用下列方法對(duì)他們進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)：

1、用英語(yǔ)教英語(yǔ)；

英語(yǔ)畢竟是一門(mén)語(yǔ)言，訓(xùn)練的是學(xué)生的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)、譯的綜合能力，在教學(xué)的過(guò)程中需要對(duì)學(xué)生的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)、譯的能力進(jìn)行很多的訓(xùn)練，這就要求我們用英語(yǔ)來(lái)教英語(yǔ)，在課堂上對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行各種能力的訓(xùn)練。

2、背誦和多種練習(xí)結(jié)合

實(shí)事求是的說(shuō)，大量背誦課文與大量多種練習(xí)的結(jié)合，乃是對(duì)于一切各不相同條件下的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的普遍有效的方法。

3、針對(duì)不同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容采用不同的教學(xué)方法；

英語(yǔ)的內(nèi)容較多，包括語(yǔ)音、詞匯、語(yǔ)法、交際等等內(nèi)容，如果對(duì)每一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容都采用同樣的方法來(lái)進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)，那么即使是再好的學(xué)生也不可能學(xué)好，再好的教師也不可能教好。因而，針對(duì)不同的內(nèi)容采用不同的教學(xué)方法是不可違背的。

五、本學(xué)期提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的方法：

1、體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的主體地位，發(fā)揮教師的指導(dǎo)作用。充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主動(dòng)性和積極性，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，幫助學(xué)生摸索適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法，了解和掌握記憶規(guī)律，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。

二、學(xué)情分析及對(duì)策：在本學(xué)期中，我擔(dān)任七年級(jí)126班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作，本班共有學(xué)生59人，小學(xué)根本沒(méi)有學(xué)過(guò)英語(yǔ)，學(xué)生從小學(xué)到初中，是一個(gè)極大的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)，包括從心理上和身體上的。雖然只有一個(gè)班的教學(xué)任務(wù)，但本班大部分都是學(xué)習(xí)困難生，部分學(xué)生沒(méi)有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的，缺少學(xué)習(xí)的熱情和主動(dòng)性，自覺(jué)性較差，相應(yīng)的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣也差。但本班學(xué)生還比較活躍，比較愛(ài)學(xué)習(xí)，面對(duì)新的學(xué)校，新的班級(jí)，新的老師，所以對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)還是有著濃厚的興趣，也帶著希望和夢(mèng)想，希望這是一個(gè)極好的開(kāi)始。

針對(duì)種種情況，在本期的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，一方面應(yīng)加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的講解和基本技能的訓(xùn)練，讓學(xué)生掌握詞匯、語(yǔ)法、句型等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)等基本技能，為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)；另一方面，又要采取多種措施，注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)的興趣；讓學(xué)生掌握記憶語(yǔ)音、單詞、閱讀和寫(xiě)作等英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)技

3、抓好詞匯關(guān)，幫助學(xué)生掌握好重點(diǎn)單詞，掌握適當(dāng)?shù)耐卣箚卧~。

4、掌握好關(guān)鍵句型，特別是每個(gè)單元的標(biāo)題。

四、教材分析：

本套初一教材以修訂后的義教課標(biāo)為依據(jù)作了修訂，共分十二個(gè)單元，三個(gè)預(yù)備篇，九個(gè)正式篇，分SectionA和SectionB以及Selfcheck三部分。

（一）、修訂后的教材具有以下特點(diǎn)：

1、更加全面體現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系，明確規(guī)定了英語(yǔ)課程的目標(biāo)是通過(guò)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)使學(xué)生形成初步的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力，促進(jìn)心智發(fā)展，提高綜合人文素養(yǎng)。

2、進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)素質(zhì)教育思想，明確提出英語(yǔ)課程的雙重屬性,工具性與人文性。

3、進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)以“能力”為主線，重視學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程、思維能力以及交流與合作的能力。

4、反映時(shí)代精神，合理吸收社會(huì)發(fā)展和科技進(jìn)步的新成果。

5、合理設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容，科學(xué)控制課程容量，減輕學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)。

（二）、修訂內(nèi)容

1、調(diào)整教材的容量

6、改進(jìn)自我檢測(cè)板塊，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的總結(jié)和歸納能力

（三）、在教材編排方面的變化

1、適當(dāng)減少教學(xué)內(nèi)容，使教學(xué)內(nèi)容難度推進(jìn)更加合理

在起始階段，適當(dāng)降低難度，讓學(xué)生較好的完成從小學(xué)到初中階段的平穩(wěn)過(guò)渡。減少七年級(jí)上冊(cè)單元數(shù)量。將原七年級(jí)上冊(cè)15個(gè)單元（包括預(yù)備篇）減少到12個(gè)單元?？紤]到話題和語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的銜接，將原教材第九單元?jiǎng)h除，將第十、十一單元移至七年級(jí)下冊(cè)

2、調(diào)整部分單元順序，合理安排各冊(cè)教學(xué)容量

修訂后的教材將原七年級(jí)上冊(cè)第二單元（Unit3Thisismysister.）和第三單元（Unit2Isthisyourpencil?）順序?qū)φ{(diào)。讓學(xué)生先學(xué)Thisis...的'肯定句，再學(xué)一般疑問(wèn)句Isthis...？一方面符合語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的規(guī)律，另一方面可使前后單元的話題銜接起來(lái)，即先介紹自己、再介紹家人，然后詢問(wèn)學(xué)習(xí)物品的所屬關(guān)系，為下個(gè)單元學(xué)習(xí)詢問(wèn)這些物品的位置打下基礎(chǔ)

（四）各部分內(nèi)容

SectionA:1a呈現(xiàn)本單元的重點(diǎn)單詞，語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)與功能；1b呈現(xiàn)任務(wù)型聽(tīng)力練習(xí)；1c結(jié)對(duì)練習(xí)核心對(duì)話；2a,2b是多種聽(tīng)力練習(xí)；2c呈現(xiàn)不同的任務(wù)。2d讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行實(shí)際操練，GrammarFocus呈現(xiàn)語(yǔ)法 功能重點(diǎn)；3a-3c提供多種課堂活動(dòng)。

SectionB:1a學(xué)會(huì)擴(kuò)展；1b新舊知識(shí)綜合運(yùn)用，同時(shí)在原有基礎(chǔ)上有所擴(kuò)展；1c-1b或2a-2b為聽(tīng)力練習(xí)；1e,2c鞏固重點(diǎn)句型，3a-3b提供各類練習(xí)形式，隨著所學(xué)內(nèi)容的加深，逐步擴(kuò)展成閱讀和寫(xiě)作練習(xí)。

“自我檢測(cè)”部分（SelfCheck），通過(guò)一些更有針對(duì)性的練習(xí)，幫助學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)單元重點(diǎn)詞匯、目標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)等，同時(shí)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行回顧和反思，幫助學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行自我歸納、總結(jié)和檢測(cè)

六、教學(xué)措施:

初一年級(jí)是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)階段,也是關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。基礎(chǔ)打不好，直接影響學(xué)生整個(gè)初中階段，乃至高中、大學(xué)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)。所以做好初一英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)工作至關(guān)重要。對(duì)此我制定了以下措施：

1、每天背誦課文中的對(duì)話。目的：要求學(xué)生背誦并默寫(xiě)，培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感。

2、每天記5個(gè)生詞，2個(gè)常用句子或習(xí)語(yǔ)。實(shí)施：利用“互測(cè)及教師抽查”及時(shí)檢查，保證效果并堅(jiān)持下去。

3、認(rèn)真貫徹晨讀制度：規(guī)定晨讀內(nèi)容，加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督，保證晨讀效果。

4.對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要給學(xué)生檢驗(yàn)自己努力成果的機(jī)會(huì)，讓進(jìn)步的同學(xué)體會(huì)到成就感，讓落后的同學(xué)找出差距，感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健康向上的人格和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。

5、對(duì)后進(jìn)生進(jìn)行專門(mén)輔導(dǎo)，布置單獨(dú)的作業(yè)，讓他們?cè)谛∵M(jìn)步、小轉(zhuǎn)變中體味學(xué)習(xí)的快樂(lè)，樹(shù)立學(xué)習(xí)的自信，盡快成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)。
