一年前，縣醫(yī)院，一家人為了爭(zhēng)奪一套房子，妯娌兩人惡語(yǔ)相加，大打出手，最后，一人被刀刺死，一人被送往監(jiān)獄。

雖說(shuō)是人心的貪欲毀掉了兩個(gè)人。但細(xì)想一下，造成如此慘劇的原因，是否她們的公公婆婆也難辭其咎。如果他們的心中有一桿秤，公正公平地處理家庭糾紛和家庭財(cái)產(chǎn)，我想，即使妯娌二人有矛盾，那么，解決問(wèn)題的辦法也不止一個(gè)，更不至于損傷性命。

很多的事情都是因?yàn)樾撵`的天平傾斜了，傾斜到不能承受之重，再加上心胸的“狹窄”，于是就釀成了悲劇。

由此，我想到了班主任對(duì)學(xué)生的管理。有的老師做事認(rèn)真，對(duì)班級(jí)嚴(yán) 盯死守。剛開始，他的班級(jí)秩序穩(wěn)定而有序，班級(jí)成績(jī)也不錯(cuò)。半個(gè)學(xué)期后，學(xué)生秩序開始越來(lái)越亂。我們周圍也有這樣的老師，正好，有一個(gè)親戚的孩子在這個(gè)班，與其談起他的班主任，他說(shuō)：“我們班主任，對(duì)待學(xué)生不公平，學(xué)習(xí)好的學(xué)生犯了錯(cuò)誤老師不管，班干部違反了紀(jì)律，他也不懲罰，很多同學(xué)心里不服氣，所以有一部分學(xué)生故意搗亂。”

公正、公平、坦誠(chéng)、正直、寬容大度、善良、愛心，你的一言一行、一舉一動(dòng)，學(xué)生都看在眼里，記在心中，大到愛國(guó)、尊老愛幼，小到彎腰撿起一張紙，都是一種潛移默化、水滴石穿的力量。

我自認(rèn)為我是一個(gè)很敬業(yè)的老師，我也很注重我在學(xué)生中的垂范作用。但我不贊成，為了工作也不回去看一眼將要離世的父母，我也不贊成，拿工作當(dāng)借口不理會(huì)得了重病的家人。正因如此，在父親病重需要照顧的兩年間，我沒有耽誤一節(jié)課。我認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，盡量把課堂打造成孩子們的樂(lè)園，讓他們?cè)诳鞓?lè)中學(xué)到知識(shí)，發(fā)展能力。我也沒有拋棄我的老父親，我們兄妹三人輪流照顧，論到我照顧時(shí)，我就盡量避開上班時(shí)間，利用飯前飯后，利用晚上時(shí)間，利用星期天節(jié)假日，我經(jīng)常替父親把脈，喂他飯食，為他穿衣，給他買他所愿意吃的任何東西，滿足他提出的一切要求(凡能 做到的)，聽他給我們講他年輕時(shí)候的事情，推著輪椅陪他逛街。照顧父親就像照顧一個(gè)新生的嬰兒。后來(lái)，父親各器官衰竭，時(shí)日不多，在最后住院的7天內(nèi)，我衣不解帶，整整在醫(yī)院陪伴了父親7個(gè)夜晚，白天，我依然上完了我該上的課程。三天后，父親永遠(yuǎn)離我們而去，我心中的痛楚無(wú)法言表?？墒俏覜]有留下遺憾，我是父親眼中的好女兒——我盡了孝心，我同時(shí)也是學(xué)生眼中的好老師——我們班的成績(jī)一直名列前茅!我相信，我的孩子，我的學(xué)生，除了感受到我的責(zé)任心外，還會(huì)從我身上領(lǐng)會(huì)到另外一種東西——那就是孝心!說(shuō)到這里，我還要感謝感一個(gè)人，那就是耿校長(zhǎng)，在父親病重期間，耿校長(zhǎng)是我的年級(jí)主任，他給了我最大的支持，在父親去世后的日子，每當(dāng)我想起父親，沒有讓我留下一點(diǎn)遺憾。

我相信，一些優(yōu)秀的品質(zhì)會(huì)化為你的氣質(zhì)，你的寬容和大度，你的善良和愛心，會(huì)讓學(xué)生如沐春風(fēng)，你的愛是照亮學(xué)生心靈窗戶的一盞明燈。我相信，只要我們真正以人為本，以金子般的愛心對(duì)待每一個(gè)學(xué)生，多一分尊重，多一分寬容，多一分理解，善待每一位學(xué)生，相信學(xué)生未來(lái)的輝煌，就在我們的無(wú)限熱愛之中。
