靈活的應(yīng)聘者往往會把“我”開頭的話,變成“你”字打頭。例如,面試人說:Would you please say something about yourself?(請你談?wù)勛约旱那闆r好嗎?)應(yīng)聘者則說:Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job?(你想讓我談?wù)勎覀€人的生活呢,還是與這份工作有關(guān)的問題?)這樣,你的談話就把面試人擺了進(jìn)去。這種談話的方式所產(chǎn)生的效果是不言而喻的。面試畢竟是面試人與應(yīng)聘者互相溝通的一種場合,應(yīng)聘者時常把面試人擺進(jìn)自己的談話當(dāng)中去,自然而然就起到了互相溝通的作用。
圍繞3方面表現(xiàn):
回答問題時口齒要清晰、語調(diào)適中。內(nèi)容要有條理、避免重復(fù)。介紹工作經(jīng)歷采用倒序,從最近一份工作談起,著重強(qiáng)調(diào)有利于新工作的職務(wù)經(jīng)歷。最好能說明曾擔(dān)任何種職務(wù)、實(shí)際成績、業(yè)績等,以及自己的工作對原來公司的影響。凡和此次應(yīng)征不相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,盡量避免提及。話題緊扣以下3方面來展現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢。
1.能力。當(dāng)你知道招聘單位目前急于用人時,首先把自己的專長講足說夠,然后順理成章地得出結(jié)論:I think your unit needs a man like me.(我想,貴單位需要象我這樣的人才。)用這樣的句式,讓面試人認(rèn)為你是站在他們的立場上說話,在替他們的發(fā)展考慮問題,于是更容易接受你。陳述自己的任職資格時,可以這么開頭:I?m qualified for the job because……(我能勝任這項(xiàng)工作,是因?yàn)椤┙又愂隼碛伞.?dāng)面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時,參照的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已不再是他心目中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而是你列舉的理由。
2.業(yè)績。外國公司面試喜歡用事實(shí)說話,為了證明你的能力,你可以把過去的經(jīng)歷聯(lián)系起來,說明你曾經(jīng)為以前的公司解決過跟現(xiàn)在雇主所面臨的類似問題:I explored Shanghai market and sold 50,000 sets in one year.(我開發(fā)了上海市場,一年銷售出去5萬套。)
3.誠意。某個問題發(fā)表完見解之后,可以附帶加上一句:I?d like to hear your opinion.(我很想聽聽你的意見。)這句話表明了你對面試人的尊敬,很容易使他(她)產(chǎn)生親切感。當(dāng)面試人在試探你的應(yīng)聘誠意時,應(yīng)該及時表態(tài):So far as that is concerned,you must have understood my determination.(談到這里,您一定已經(jīng)明白我的決心。)問些與工作內(nèi)容相關(guān)的問題,能表現(xiàn)你對這份工作的興趣。如:What other responsibilities do you think this job will include?

在交談中,人們普遍重視開頭,萬事開頭難嘛,而對結(jié)束談話,人們往往不以為然。說話完了,說聲“再見”不就結(jié)束了嗎?
一次好的交談,欲達(dá)到“與君一席話,勝讀十年書”的效果,也要有一個很好的結(jié)尾。余音繞梁,三日不絕。那么,怎樣結(jié)束談話,才能給人留下難忘、美
1切忌在雙方熱烈討論某一問題時,突然將對話結(jié)束,這是一種失禮的表現(xiàn)。如果一時出現(xiàn)僵持的局面,應(yīng)設(shè)法把話題改變,一旦氣氛緩和就應(yīng)趕緊收場。
2不要勉強(qiáng)把話拖長。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)談話的內(nèi)容已漸枯竭時,就應(yīng)馬上道別。否則,會給對方留下言語無味的印象。
3要小心留意對方的暗示。如果對方對談話失去興趣時,可能會利用“身體語言”做出希望結(jié)束談話的暗示。比如,有意地看看手表,或頻繁地改變坐姿,或游目四顧、心神不安。遇到這些情況,最好知趣地結(jié)束談話。
4要把時間掌握得恰到好處。在準(zhǔn)備結(jié)束談話之前,先預(yù)定一段短時間,以便從容地停止。突然結(jié)束,匆匆忙忙地離開,會給以粗魯無禮的印象。

1.那天每個人的面試地點(diǎn)不同,我沒有找到教室,晚了幾分鐘,但是進(jìn)屋的時候看到考官在等我,我就知道自己做錯了事,心虛啊,即使考官不表露出不滿,自己的也會無形增加壓力.2.我的試講內(nèi)容里面游戲太少了,我競聘的是7歲前兒童英語教育,對著一群不會英語的孩子,自己又不能講漢語,所以要增加肢體語言的運(yùn)用.一定要大膽,不要怕羞,你越拘謹(jǐn),孩子們就也越不懂你的意思,他們就不能配合你,那么講課就失敗了,想使氣氛活躍,備課時加入大量的游戲,激發(fā)他們的興趣,他們很高興,考官就很滿意.如果不會游戲可以去書店找教法書籍,里面有許多方法.3.要做大量又形象的教具,吸引住孩子的眼球,當(dāng)然還有考官的.教孩子們的時候一定把自己也當(dāng)作孩子們的一員,不要把自己當(dāng)做老師.4.最后,最最最最最重要的,你要懷著一顆愛孩子的心,也要讓考官知道你愛孩子,不管你能不能成功,要在任何一件小事上面表現(xiàn)出你對孩子的關(guān)心與愛護(hù),我面試的那天,有兩個4歲的孩子在我的身邊玩耍,一會功夫他們就打起架來,然后就是又哭又鬧,我手足無措,畢竟我只是個學(xué)生,沒有什么經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以我找了老師處理,現(xiàn)在想想真蠢.,幼兒英語并不需要多高英語水平,更多的需要你的親和力,你如果能做好孩子王,相信你就一定能勝任這一職務(wù)。如果你有幼教的基礎(chǔ),中標(biāo)的可能性就會大大增加。如果沒有,可以提前看一些少兒心理學(xué)的文章。做好充足的準(zhǔn)備,把要講的內(nèi)容的相關(guān)背景等知識了解到位,并把課的內(nèi)容和這些背景結(jié)合起來,主要是注意如何讓背景知識在吸引人的同時把人引導(dǎo)到課本的內(nèi)容上來。
出發(fā)前的準(zhǔn)備很重要,一定要著裝合體,不要穿著臺前衛(wèi),畢竟教師這個職位還是要講究矜持的。
在見到面試官時要表現(xiàn)的大方,不要太拘禁,也不要太囂張,給人留下穩(wěn)重的印象。試講時要首先把自己的試講材料分發(fā)給各位考官。

也可以教眼耳口鼻這些面部器官,這個游戲很好做,你可以在黑板上畫一個空白的臉,讓大家補(bǔ)上器官畫出周杰倫(或者任何名人),叫孩子們上去,一個一個畫,你就拿剛才教的單詞指示他們就成。
然后可以玩touch...游戲,你發(fā)指令,然后讓他們指自己的面部器官,可以快一點(diǎn),然后贏得給小禮物。比如touch your mouth,讓孩子們指自己的嘴巴這樣的,如果小孩兒指到別的地方還可以開開玩笑,氣氛會不錯。
