現(xiàn)在我們生活在一個高速發(fā)展的時代，很難想象還有人不知道電腦。它幾乎無處不在。你可以在辦公室、教室、臥室、游戲廳、演講會等很多場合見到它。在我們的生活、工作、學習中，電腦扮演著很多角色，它可以像朋友一樣陪你看電影、玩游戲、上網(wǎng)，也可以像助手一樣幫助你更好的工作、學習?？傊娔X的出現(xiàn)提高了生活的品質，也很大程度上提高了工作、學習的效率。

正是由于電腦帶來的這些益處，現(xiàn)在許多人越來越多的依賴電腦。雖然電腦有很多好處，但是這一現(xiàn)象還是帶來了很多弊端。

第一：依賴電腦影響了很多人的身體健康。一方面很多人整天用電腦，將很多時間用在這上面，就很大程度上縮減或者是占有了人們運動、作息的時間。另一方面，電腦本身能產(chǎn)生輻射，長時間處于電腦旁邊，會對人的身體健康造成影響，還有長時間盯著顯示器看，會對眼睛造成傷害，這就是你看到的現(xiàn)在很多人都嚴重近視，甚至是小孩很小的時候就已經(jīng)近視了。

第二：依賴電腦影響了很多人的身體健康。電腦占用了很多人太多的時間，這就影響了人們的交流、心里調節(jié)的時間，使得人人之間距離變遠，關系疏遠，影響家庭和諧，社會安定。

因此，我堅決反對過多的依賴電腦。提倡合適分配使用電腦時間，將更多的注意力和精力用在運動、人與人的交流、交友等有益于身心健康的事情上來。

Now we are living in the times developing at a high speed.You can hardly imagine that there is someone who doesn't recognize computers.You can find computers in the offices, classrooms, bedrooms, game halls and in many occasions.Computers play different figures in our daily life, work and studies.You can treat your computer as a friend when you are watching movies, playing games and surfing the Internet.Besides, your computer can also help you to work and study more efficiently, like an assistant.In a word, the appearance of computers not only improves our work and studies a lot, but also leads to a more convenient life.As a result of these benefits that computers can bring in, now people are more and more relying on computers.Although computers are so important, they may also cause many problems.Firstly, relying on computers hurts our physical health.On the one hand, many people allocate a lot of time with computers, which will largely reduce and occupy people's time for sports and rest.On the other hand, radiation can be produced by computers themselves, which is harmful to our health with computers aside for a long time.What's more, as a result of staring at the monitors, our eyes are becoming weaker and weaker, even little children may have been nearsighted.Secondly, relying on computers also does no good to our psychological health.Computers occupy too much time, which cuts down people's time for communication.Now people are becoming more and more lonely and are in lack of understanding each other, which largely affects social stability.In the end, I firmly oppose too much relying on computers.It is advocated that we should spend more time and energy on sports, communication and friends, which are beneficial to our physical and psychological health.2012-9-17

Gingerly, I fired up Outlook and connected to the Net.Fifty messages poured into my Inbox.Most were from corporate serversinforming me that my email was being returned unopened since it contained a virus.The last message was from my friend Marshall: “If you don't mind my asking, which homepage?” Double argh!I had spread the accursed worm.I wrote a mea culpa warning, which I mailed to everyone in my address book: Don't click on that attachment!

The worst part was that many of the people I had emailed were newbies-subscribers who had emailed me for help in connection with this column.Most of these folks were kind;only one asked me to remove her name from my address book.A guy from the Philippines, birthplace of the dread Love Bug virus, wrote, “It is quite ironic that I got a worm from you.”
