二、關(guān)注學生情感，營造民主、和諧的教學氣氛。

學生只有對自己、對英語及其文化有積極的情態(tài)，才能保持英語學習的動力并取得成績，刻板的情態(tài)，不僅會影響到英語學習的效果，還會影響其它方面的發(fā)展，情態(tài)是學好英語的重要因素，因此我努力營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學空間，做到：

1、尊重每個學生，積極鼓勵他們在學習中的嘗試，保護他們的自尊心和積極性。

2、把英語教學與情態(tài)有機地結(jié)合起來，創(chuàng)造各種合作學習的活動，促進學生互相學習，互相幫助，體驗成就感，發(fā)展合作精神。

3、關(guān)注學習有困難的或性格內(nèi)向的學習，盡可能地為他們創(chuàng)造語言的機會。

4、建立融洽、民主的師生交流渠道，經(jīng)常和學生一起反思學習過程和學習效果，互相鼓勵和幫助，做到教學相輔。

三、加強對學生學習策略的指導，讓他們在學習和使用的過程中，逐步學會如何學習，做到：

1、積極創(chuàng)造條件，讓學生參與到階段性學習目標，以及給他們介紹實現(xiàn)目標的方法。

2、引導學生結(jié)合語境，采用推測、查閱和協(xié)調(diào)的方法進行學習。

3、引導學生在學習過程中，進行自我評價，并根據(jù)需要調(diào)整自己的學習目標和學習策略。

新課程改革不是紙上談兵，它必須要與實踐相結(jié)合，所以，我將繼續(xù)努力學習，積極進取，積極參與課程改革，在課改中不斷學習，不斷實踐，不斷反思，愿與新課程共同成長。
