“把握青春，努力奮斗”世界上有千萬種擁有，但是有一種擁有最珍貴。你也許絲毫覺察不到這種擁有，感覺不到它的價值。隨著悠悠歲月的流逝，無數(shù)個春夏秋冬的更替，在你生命的某一天，當(dāng)你驀然回首時，才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己不再擁有，他不是地位，也不是金錢，而是魂麗的青春。冰心曾說過：“成功的花，人們只驚慕于它現(xiàn)時的明艷然而當(dāng)初它的芽滲透了奮斗的淚泉、犧牲的雨雪?！边@也提醒我們：唯有奮斗才能擁有一個無悔的青春。

我們生活在一個靚麗的季節(jié)，一個充滿青春活力的字眼，我們要去追回與你同行、釋放自己青春的能量。

青，是綠色，是生命的顏色，春，是季節(jié)，是成長的季節(jié)，青春就濁出成在成長季節(jié)的那片生命的綠色，是陽光下那片燦爛的笑容。

釣魚島知識

老師們，同學(xué)們：

今天為少先隊員們帶來的是關(guān)于釣魚島的知識。

自今年初，中國與日本因為釣魚島歸屬問題發(fā)生了一系列的外交爭端，先是中國臺灣省的漁船在釣魚島附近被日本保安廳船只撞沉，造成人員的傷亡；后有中國漁船與日本船只發(fā)生碰撞，中國船員被逮捕；再到本周中國派遣最先進的漁政船

310號前往釣魚島護漁，并與日本保安廳船只對峙。那么為什么中國與日本關(guān)于釣魚島有這么激烈的爭端呢？下面就為同學(xué)們帶來關(guān)于釣魚島為題的由來！

首先，請隊員們牢記，釣魚島自古就是中國的領(lǐng)土，是中國人最早發(fā)現(xiàn)釣魚島，日本人是在中國人之后500年才首次登上釣魚島，早在明朝初年釣魚島就被正式劃入中國的版圖。

釣魚島距我國臺灣省基隆市東北約180公里，一直屬臺灣的管轄范圍。19世紀末中日甲午戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)前，日本從未對中國擁有對釣魚島列島的主權(quán)提出過異議。1895年4月，中國清政府因在甲午戰(zhàn)爭中失敗而被迫與日本簽訂喪權(quán)辱國的《馬關(guān)條約》，把臺灣全島及其所有附屬各島嶼和澎湖列島割讓給日本，這以后在日本才有了“尖閣列島”（即釣魚島等島嶼）之說，而在此之前，日本的地圖一直是用中國的名稱標定的釣魚島列島。日本在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)敗后被美國占領(lǐng)。按照《開羅宣言》和《波茨坦公告》，日本理應(yīng)將臺灣及其附屬島嶼釣魚島列島等歸還中國。但是，1951年，美日背著戰(zhàn)勝國中國，非法簽訂了《舊金山和約》。錯誤地把日本所竊取的釣魚島等島嶼歸在美國托管的沖繩管轄區(qū)內(nèi)。1971年，日美簽定《歸還沖繩協(xié)定》，美國將沖繩歸還日本時，將釣魚島也一并交給了日本。目前，釣魚島正受到日本軍事力量的實際控制。日本海上自衛(wèi)隊的飛機每天都要在釣魚島周圍進行巡邏，并派遣大量的船只封鎖周圍海域，主要是為了阻擋、驅(qū)逐中國的船只。

那么日本為什么為了不大的釣魚島舍得投入如此多的軍事力量呢？

1、是覬覦釣魚島的戰(zhàn)略位置。釣魚島距日本本土約2000公里，距中國大陸僅180公里，如果日本占領(lǐng)了釣魚島，日本軍隊就可在島上設(shè)立?？毡O(jiān)控偵察設(shè)備及岸基反艦和對空導(dǎo)彈，從而很容易封鎖臺灣北部重要港口及空中航道。如果在釣魚島設(shè)置雷達，解放軍在中國東南沿海的一舉一動都無法逃脫日本的監(jiān)視。

2、是為了奪取釣魚島的資源。在上世紀80年代后，在釣魚島附近海域發(fā)現(xiàn)了儲量巨大的石油資源！按照聯(lián)合國1992年公布的《國際海洋法公約》規(guī)定，一個國家擁有以自身領(lǐng)土400公里為半徑海域內(nèi)的資源所有權(quán)！也就是說如果日本控制了釣魚島，以釣魚島為原點，以400公里為半徑，畫一個巨大的圓，這個圓里一切的資源，包括石油、天然氣、礦石、漁業(yè)資源等都歸日本所有。同時日本的國土面積將擴大1.7倍。

為了粉碎日本的野心，打破日本控制釣魚島企圖，我國政府決定派遣漁政執(zhí)法船前往釣魚島進行巡查，保護中國船只在釣魚島海域的正常作業(yè)與航行。在于日本眾多船只對峙的過程中，中國漁政船對著幾倍于自己日本船只大聲的喊出了：釣魚島是中國的領(lǐng)土，我們想什么時候來，就什么時候來！

隊員們，雖然由于我們的年齡和能力，無法親自前往釣魚島維護國土與主權(quán)，但是做為一名光榮的少先隊員，我們應(yīng)牢記釣魚島是中國的領(lǐng)土，以前是、現(xiàn)在是、將來依然是，絕不允許任何外人染指！
