I will never forget the day when I stepped into the Hebei Normal University for the first time.I was impressed by its garden-like campus, its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere.I at once fell in love with it.After the arduous military training, I get absolutely absorbed in my studies.The classes given by the teachers are excellent.They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well.They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.Learning is a long process,I'll keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself.Now I've benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.During the last year,I’ve been actively involved in student union and varies of association.But soon I realized that having a limited knowledge in college was not enough to promote my ability.This summer I got out of the ivory tower and get several part-time jobs.Such as handing out the leaflets on the street, being the sales girl,helping a junior student with chemistry lessons and so on.Besides,I also took part in activities concerning public welfare.I once went to a barren mountain village with

my classmates.We taught the kids there who could not afford school.I was deeply touched by their eagerness to learn, their honesty and their purity.I couldn't control my tears on the day when we left.The precious experience with the poor kids made me aware of the responsibility on the shoulders of us-----future teachers.The enrichment of experience taught me the significance of modesty,responsibility,tolerance,and perseverance.In the next 3 years,I’ll try my best to and make great contributions to society!

mind ,which can give you strength ,courage and strong power ,just believe you can make you dreams e true ,just believe you can make you life colourful ,because you always say:“i can...” the diversity of my university life look!there is a rainbow!on the first day of my university life, when i walked into the cus, there was a rainbow bridging over the fountain, i hadn’t seen rainbow for a long time.i was so excited, and leaped high with joy.my ponytail danced with my happiness.it was a propitious sign indicated that my life in university would be colorful, and actually it is!after my entry into university, i found my life so busy.what i should do is not only gaining the scholarship but also being a good monitor and leader of shanghai university percussion band.i got the 1st and 2nd price of scholarship in my 2 years of study.i organized charity donations for schoolmates with financial difficulty or disease.every week, i give drum lesson to new members of our percussion band.and there are always a lot of non-business performances, such as entertaining guests, celebrating party, cultural exchange with foreign students delegations and their bands.of course, part-time job is indispensable in my vacations.i ask for no payment but aim at getting accustomed to the society.sometimes, my friends advise me not to tire myself out with such a tight schedule.i wake up before the rooster crow, and continue working till very late when others are enjoying their sweet dreams.every time i e back from the rehearsal of percussion band, i have to finish my homework with the help of my own charged light because of the blackout in out dormitory.maybe such kind of

親愛(ài)的學(xué)哥學(xué)姐、親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們、大家下午好!我是來(lái)自國(guó)貿(mào)1121班的王雙紅，很榮幸今天站在這里參加這次的生活部競(jìng)選。

俗話說(shuō)，希望是自信的動(dòng)力，自信是勝利的源泉。馬，只有跑過(guò)千里，才能知其是否為良駒;人，只有通過(guò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，才能知其是否為棟梁。海闊憑魚(yú)躍、天高任鳥(niǎo)飛。我堅(jiān)信，學(xué)生會(huì)的工作鍛煉中，一只稚拙的雛鳥(niǎo)必將長(zhǎng)起豐滿的雙翼;我堅(jiān)信，通過(guò)今天的洗禮，明天必將受益匪淺!任何話說(shuō)得再多都沒(méi)有意義，只有行動(dòng)才敢證明一切。我將會(huì)用自己的實(shí)際行動(dòng)來(lái)證明自己的實(shí)力。希望各位學(xué)哥學(xué)姐能給我一個(gè)展示自己才華的機(jī)會(huì)。

我已經(jīng)生活部工作了近一年的段時(shí)間，從工作中，我學(xué)會(huì)了怎樣為人處世、怎樣學(xué)會(huì)忍耐，怎樣解決一些矛盾，怎樣協(xié)調(diào)好生活部各成員之間的關(guān)系，怎樣處理生活部與其它部門(mén)之間的關(guān)系，怎樣動(dòng)員一切可以團(tuán)結(jié)的力量，怎樣提拔和運(yùn)用良才，怎樣處理好學(xué)習(xí)與工作之間的矛盾。這些都是我以后工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，人生的良方。

一年多的學(xué)生工作，從一名普通的成員到今天精選主席，我想感謝我系學(xué)生會(huì)這一年多來(lái)給予我這么多歷練的機(jī)會(huì)，使我的大學(xué)生活豐富多彩。在這里我想真心的向一直教導(dǎo)我的老師、學(xué)長(zhǎng)、學(xué)姐們道一聲：謝謝，因?yàn)橛辛怂麄兊膸ьI(lǐng)，才有了我今天的用氣競(jìng)選主席。

一、以制度為抓手，深化學(xué)生會(huì)體制改革

上一中，我系學(xué)生會(huì)先后完善了《》、《》等有關(guān)規(guī)章制度。在今后工作中還將積極運(yùn)用管理學(xué)的原則,改革現(xiàn)行的學(xué)生會(huì)制度，真正建立起一個(gè)充滿生機(jī)與活力的學(xué)生管理體制。

二、以重大活動(dòng)為契機(jī)，突顯學(xué)生會(huì)“領(lǐng)頭羊”作用 在每年的例行工作中，我系學(xué)生會(huì)重大活動(dòng)多達(dá)十余項(xiàng)，例如學(xué)代會(huì)、迎新晚會(huì)、校運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)、社團(tuán)比賽等等；此外學(xué)生會(huì)各部門(mén)還將

依據(jù)自我性質(zhì)組織開(kāi)展一系列主題活動(dòng)。學(xué)生會(huì)應(yīng)以重大活動(dòng)為契機(jī)，不斷開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新，樹(shù)立學(xué)院品牌，創(chuàng)造新的奇跡。

三、學(xué)生干部培訓(xùn)常態(tài)化，強(qiáng)調(diào)人才交流、培養(yǎng)及延續(xù) 我們學(xué)生干部不是一定要有較強(qiáng)的工作能力，需要不斷地指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)。要把學(xué)生干部培訓(xùn)作為一種常態(tài)化機(jī)制來(lái)抓，要將學(xué)生會(huì)所有人都列入培訓(xùn)范圍；要切實(shí)開(kāi)展包括學(xué)生會(huì)全體人員、部門(mén)人員、部長(zhǎng)級(jí)人員等在內(nèi)的培訓(xùn)工作；培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容和形式一定是創(chuàng)新的、有實(shí)際意義的，對(duì)學(xué)生干部的工作一定能夠起到積極作用的。

四、改變生活部的工作狀態(tài)

新學(xué)期里，我系的衛(wèi)生工作將面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)，在這一學(xué)期里，衛(wèi)生區(qū)域?qū)⒂兴鶖U(kuò)大，以上是我對(duì)學(xué)生會(huì)未來(lái)發(fā)展的簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)劃，如果我能當(dāng)選，我將會(huì)努力付諸行動(dòng)，將規(guī)劃變?yōu)槊篮玫默F(xiàn)實(shí)，也請(qǐng)各位老師和代表提出建議。

以上是我的做事風(fēng)格：熱心、勤懇、高效、有計(jì)劃。

如果我能當(dāng)選，在以后的工作中，我將以我的處事風(fēng)格做好以下幾方面的工作：

1）協(xié)助老師，當(dāng)好助手。老師是做學(xué)生工作的主體，學(xué)生干部是輔助者。我們要利用身處學(xué)生群體之中，更了解同齡人的優(yōu)勢(shì)，協(xié)助老師做好學(xué)生工作。

2）抓好團(tuán)結(jié)互助，營(yíng)造一種和諧的學(xué)校氛圍。學(xué)生會(huì)是一個(gè)大

3）重點(diǎn)抓抓好宿舍衛(wèi)生。只有衛(wèi)生了，干凈了，同學(xué)們才有健康的體魄，旺盛的精力去學(xué)習(xí)去訓(xùn)練。

4）多傾聽(tīng)同學(xué)們的心聲及時(shí)的反映問(wèn)題。

以上是我暫時(shí)的工作構(gòu)想，在以后的實(shí)際工作中，遇到新的問(wèn)題，隨機(jī)應(yīng)變，以切實(shí)可行的方法解決。總之，目標(biāo)只有一個(gè)：做好本職工作。
