      為了規(guī)范第十一屆全國(guó)創(chuàng)新英語(yǔ)大賽的復(fù)賽考試工作,建立公開(kāi)、公平、公正的考試制度,保證第十一屆全國(guó)創(chuàng)新英語(yǔ)大賽考試質(zhì)量,根據(jù)組委會(huì)相關(guān)規(guī)定,制定本辦法。

      一、復(fù)賽場(chǎng)地查看

      1.時(shí)間:2012年7月14日下午15:00~17:00

      2.地點(diǎn):各賽區(qū)考點(diǎn)

      二、考試時(shí)間:2012年7月15日

      (一)聽(tīng)力、作文考試時(shí)間 2012年7月15日上午8:30-9:50。

      8:00――8:15核對(duì)證件 選手進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)

      8:15――8:20宣讀比賽準(zhǔn)則

      8:25――8:30發(fā)放答題紙

      8:30――9:50聽(tīng)力、作文筆試

      9:50――10:30休息,下午進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)比賽的選手離場(chǎng)

      (二)口語(yǔ)考試時(shí)間 2012年7月15日上午10:30-12:30,下午13:30-18:00。

      (一)考試辦法

      1.聽(tīng)力考試時(shí)間為20分鐘。

      2.聽(tīng)力試題由試題命題組命制,考試當(dāng)天要求在全體選手監(jiān)督下拆封試卷和聽(tīng)力資料。

      3.考試結(jié)束后,由監(jiān)考老師當(dāng)場(chǎng)裝訂并密封試卷。

      (二)聽(tīng)力評(píng)審

      1.復(fù)賽聽(tīng)力評(píng)分辦法:復(fù)賽結(jié)束后,全國(guó)各地的試卷匯總到北京賽區(qū),統(tǒng)一閱卷評(píng)分。

      (二)作文評(píng)審

      1.復(fù)賽作文評(píng)委:復(fù)賽評(píng)委由參與本次大賽的部分高校選派的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)專家、教師組成。

      2.復(fù)賽作文評(píng)分辦法:復(fù)賽結(jié)束后,全國(guó)各地的試卷匯總到北京賽區(qū),統(tǒng)一閱卷評(píng)分。

      3.閱卷分為A、B組,每組設(shè)一個(gè)評(píng)卷組組長(zhǎng),組長(zhǎng)由著名高校的英語(yǔ)專家擔(dān)任,組長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)把控作文的閱卷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、閱卷進(jìn)度。作文由A、B組老師各閱1遍,取平均分為考生的最終成績(jī)。

      六、口語(yǔ)考試

      (一)、比賽辦法

      1.口語(yǔ)試題由參與本次大賽的部分高校分別命制口語(yǔ)題庫(kù)。

      2.分賽區(qū)所有選手由組委會(huì)事先由電腦程序自動(dòng)生成口語(yǔ)比賽順序,選手準(zhǔn)考證上可看到自己的進(jìn)場(chǎng)侯考時(shí)間。

      3.參加口語(yǔ)比賽的選手應(yīng)在規(guī)定時(shí)間,在指定的考場(chǎng)外等待考試,按照順序依次進(jìn)場(chǎng)考試。

      4.選手進(jìn)入口語(yǔ)考場(chǎng)后,將準(zhǔn)考證交給考場(chǎng)工作人員,由選手本人在考試機(jī)器上輸入自己的準(zhǔn)考證號(hào),進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)后,選手確認(rèn)個(gè)人信息無(wú)誤后,開(kāi)始考試。

      (二)、口語(yǔ)評(píng)審

      1.復(fù)賽口語(yǔ)評(píng)委:復(fù)賽口語(yǔ)評(píng)委由參與本次大賽的部分高校選派的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)專家、教師組成。

      2.全國(guó)創(chuàng)新英語(yǔ)大賽組委會(huì)對(duì)本次考試全程錄音。

      3.復(fù)賽口語(yǔ)評(píng)分辦法:復(fù)賽結(jié)束后,由評(píng)委老師根據(jù)選手口語(yǔ)考試錄音。每一個(gè)選手的錄音由兩個(gè)考官進(jìn)行打分,取兩個(gè)考官的平均分復(fù)核確定最終成績(jī)。

      4.口語(yǔ)考試占復(fù)賽總體成績(jī)的20%。

      (三)、口語(yǔ)題型

      口語(yǔ)比賽題型分為:自我介紹和話題陳述。

      各占10分。

      自我介紹:考生有10秒的時(shí)間閱讀考試要求,在系統(tǒng)提示可以陳述之后,考生有60秒的陳述時(shí)間,自我介紹內(nèi)容包括:

      1.選手復(fù)賽成績(jī)?yōu)椋?0%的聽(tīng)力成績(jī)+20%的口語(yǔ)成績(jī)+60%的作文成績(jī)。

      2.大賽復(fù)賽獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)呔色@得參加此項(xiàng)大賽自主招生高校相應(yīng)的自主招生等優(yōu)惠條件。

      八、考場(chǎng)紀(jì)律要求

      1.考生進(jìn)入考場(chǎng),只準(zhǔn)帶必需的文具,如鋼筆、簽字筆、鉛筆、橡皮等,不可攜帶任何書籍、紙張、筆記本、電子詞典、字典等任何作弊材料及工具。手機(jī)等通訊工具必須關(guān)閉,否則立即取消考試資格。

      2.禁止家長(zhǎng)跟隨考生進(jìn)入考區(qū),家長(zhǎng)可在考區(qū)之外等候考生。

      3.筆試開(kāi)考前15分鐘(即8:15)之后,考生不得進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)考試。

      4.考試時(shí)間內(nèi)如有特殊情況經(jīng)監(jiān)考同意后可暫時(shí)離開(kāi)考場(chǎng),但必須有監(jiān)考人員陪同。除此之外,離開(kāi)考室均須交卷并不得返回續(xù)考。

      How to Eliminate Fake Diplomas

      As is known to us all, jobs or something else.What’s worse, someone even takes faking diplomas as their jobs.It is generally accepted that faking diplomas does no good to not only the universities or companies but also the owners.The universities or companies may have some low-skilled students or workers, which will make the institutions suffer a lot.For the owners, faking diplomas may cause a bad thought in their mind, because they hold the opinion that faking diplomas can solve all the problems.If this trend came into being, the whole society would be in such a mess.Therefore, how to solve the problem is worth paying more attention to.What’s worse, our country may fall behind compared with other countries, if the trend continues.The following ways can be adopted to eliminate fake diplomas.Firstly, the universities and companies can have a search to see whether the diplomas are real or not online.Secondly, they can give exams to check whether they have skills.Thirdly, our government should take measures.For example, the government can set an online data base store to help universities or company check online conveniently.Last but not least, we, the civil, should set up a proper attitude to faking diplomas, and refuse to do that.And if we see someone is faking diplomas, we should give an alarm to the police in order to make a harmonious society.It's true that we need high-skilled workers, but what we need more is honesty.Only if we treat others in honesty can we set up a world in harmony.However, eliminating fake diplomas is still on the way.We need to spare no effort to do that.Only when we stop this trend can we live in a fair society.Never Give Up

      Quite a few people take it for granted that telephone has taken the place of letters.Even some hold the opinion that we don't need letters anymore.On the other hand, some prefer to write rather than make a phone call.In my view, I'm in favor of the former.Of course, writing can organize one's thoughts more logically.By writing they express themselves more easily.But writing a letter takes a lot of time and sometimes it makes one so eager to receive his letter that he may get worried.Besides, it will cost us a lot of money if we want to write to a friend far from us.As we all know, as a convenient way to making a phone call gets more and more popular.The following reasons can account for my argument.First, the telephone provides us a quick way to get connected tothe person who we want to contact.A good example is that it takes us only a few minutes to call an ambulance by phone.Second, by making a call, we can listen to the speaker's voice on the line as if we are talking face to face, which, I believe, can strengthen the relationship between each other.Third, it suits the world's fast current on economy and life style.If we wrote instead of making a phone call, we would lose chances or right time to earn money or to develop our companies.Last but not least, with the development of Internet, the Internet telephone is more popular, which costs a little.All in all, I still hold the opinion that writing must be set aside(建議用make way)for making a phone call, because the former doesn't suit our fast steps at all.What we need is a much cheaper and fast way for daily life.(302)
