今天，我懷著激動的心情站在這里，想大聲地告訴大家，在諸多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、朋友和親人關(guān)懷呵護下，我從三年的病痛折磨中用堅定的意志力堅強的走了出來，懷著一顆感恩的心，坦然的回到了久別已久的幼兒園。

今年回到幼兒園后，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)考慮到我的特殊情況，安排我做了清潔一樓樓道環(huán)境衛(wèi)生的工作。

以前一直認為清掃工作只是個不動腦子，甩開膀子的一份簡單而又機械甚至有些粗糙的工作，三個多月的實際工作讓我對清潔工作有了一個全新的認識，保潔工作是個體力活，但也是個精細的技術(shù)活，沒有較好的身體素質(zhì)和敬業(yè)精神和科學(xué)的工作方法都是做不好的。

一樓的樓道有兩個門廳，門廳作為幼兒園的窗口，每天都要接待全園各個班級的家長、幼兒和我們的教職員工，人流量非常大，匆忙的家長攜帶孩子來來去去，水房打水、涮拖布、廚房送早點、午飯、午點的教職工來來回回，清潔工作變得格外棘手、繁重，地還沒掃完就發(fā)現(xiàn)又有一道的水跡，剛拖完，一扭頭又發(fā)現(xiàn)一地的腳印、煙頭紙屑，墻面正擦拭的半拉，小朋友又下樓做操了，墻上又來一堆手印，一會又戶外活動了，大班出去了，小班回來了，大班回來了，中班活動了，樓道的地面上又帶來一些雜草、馬賽克、小石頭、亂七八糟的東西，把我費了九牛二虎之力清潔出來的一點干凈空間又變的一塌糊涂，大廳和樓道里每天還要接納班上副組的教育活動，一會一換組，今天剪紙，地上有雪片了，明天水彩畫，地面、墻上、沙發(fā)上、門上就有涂鴉了，后天泥工活動，地上又有雕塑了，初接觸工作時讓自己一頭霧水，加上自己身體的原因，體力無法跟上，一只手工作起來速度又慢，自己的心里狀況及其糟糕，感到自己都無法承擔(dān)工作任務(wù)，甚至想退回自己的角落，重新蝸居起來，所幸的是，我的身邊有那么多關(guān)愛我的人，無論領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還是同事都從思想上鼓勵我，讓我敢鼓起勇氣走下去，權(quán)華、弓老師、閆大夫等大姐們還常常幫我出主意分析如何才能科學(xué)的有技巧的搞好清潔工作，讓我在后來的工作中得益匪淺。

正是有了大家給予我的幫助，我的工作慢慢的變得有條有理，在短短的三個多月中，我不斷摸索，調(diào)整和配合班上孩子們的活動時間，制定著比較科學(xué)合理的冬季和夏季的工作計劃。然后根據(jù)冬季、夏季孩子們的活動時間的變更，計劃好日常工作先后的時間差，隨時隨地保證樓道門廳地面、公共走道、消防通道、墻壁、窗臺、沙發(fā)、玻璃，花草，墻面的裝飾、公示牌、告示牌、天井的衛(wèi)生。定期的用84消毒液進行消毒，定期擦拭玻璃、墻面、清掃天井、及時的開窗通風(fēng)，讓樓道始終保持清潔的空氣。

要做好清潔的衛(wèi)生工作是一件很不容易的事情，真的需要全身心地投入到工作當(dāng)中，眼觀六路，耳聽八方，不漏掉任何一個衛(wèi)生死角，因此，不熱愛本職工作、沒有吃苦耐勞、樂于奉獻、一絲不茍認真對待工作的精神是很難做好清潔工作的。

也許很多人在繁忙的工作節(jié)奏中不曾留意我的存在，也許在別人眼里清潔是一份簡單而又機械甚至有些粗糙的工作，但我并不在乎這些。我所在乎的是每當(dāng)家長和幼兒們、園內(nèi)教職工在明亮整潔的工作環(huán)境中快樂的在里面穿行、活動時，我知道那其中有我的一份辛勞付出。我所在乎的是那種欣慰——只要我感覺到我所做的工作能讓大家開心就是一種價值。

三年的病痛褪盡了我一身的銳氣，幸運的是，幼兒園的大門垂青我，接納了我這個半殘疾、半健康的職工，雖然工作只是一名清潔員，但我真的激動不已，因為我似乎又找到了我生命里的第二個春天，找到了證明自己生存價值的空間!

我要放下一切帶給自己疾病的折磨，避開對生活的絕望。我要信心百倍，迎接新的太陽，相信““工作著是美麗的”今天是此生最好的一天”。相信即使在平凡的崗位上也能贏得他人的尊重。
