3: Party A should be responsible for the coordination of all the problems such as resettlement and its cost.If the construction delays due to the Party A’s poor coordination, Party A should be responsible for it.5.Construction inspection

Arbitrary modification is not allowed.If the drawings need to be changed.The Party A

should arrange the application for drawing modification in order to proceed with work without delay.6The Construction time is from May2012 to May2012.In case of rainy days or other force

majeure or emergency repair, additional days will be granted.7In order to finish the job, Party A appoint as their representative and Party B appoint Mr.Li

Xiukui as their representative.8Quality demand: The construction should be follow to the China’s standard

9This Agreement shall be held in four copies.Each party shall preserve two copies.The

agreement comes into effect upon signature and stamp and loses its effect upon the completion of construction and payment settlement.10Any matters not clarified herein shall be discussed later.Party A:

自來(lái)水管道維修合同

建設(shè)單位(甲方)： 施工單位(乙方)：

根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)合同法》的規(guī)定，以及有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)，在自愿、平等的基礎(chǔ)上，合同雙方就南豐縣萊溪鄉(xiāng)管道維修工程事宜，經(jīng)協(xié)商，達(dá)成一致，簽訂本合同。

一、工程名稱(chēng)：管道維修工程

二、工程地點(diǎn)：南豐縣萊溪鄉(xiāng)

四、承包方式：乙方包工、包料。

五、工程合同造價(jià)：造價(jià)為人民幣:伍仟陸佰元整（￥：5600元）

七、工程質(zhì)量及驗(yàn)收：施工單位應(yīng)依照建設(shè)單位提供的要求，嚴(yán)格按國(guó)家頒發(fā)的有關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和有關(guān)部門(mén)的審批方案施工，以確保施工質(zhì)量。施工期間建設(shè)單位應(yīng)委派現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督人員監(jiān)督施工質(zhì)量，并會(huì)同施工單位協(xié)商解決.八、違約責(zé)任：本合同自簽訂之日起生效，雙方因履行本合同發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議糾紛時(shí)協(xié)商解決;本合同一式二份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。

根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)合同法》及國(guó)家有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)的規(guī)定，甲方委托乙方承擔(dān)自來(lái)水管道安裝工程，經(jīng)甲、乙雙方友好協(xié)商，達(dá)成一致意見(jiàn)，特簽訂本合同，以資信守。

三、材料要求：使用國(guó)標(biāo)熱鍍鋅鋼管，規(guī)格為圓管外直徑 mm，壁厚 mm。接頭、彎頭、閘閥、水表等必須是合格產(chǎn)品。

四、質(zhì)量要求：乙方在工程質(zhì)量上必須接受甲方的監(jiān)督，工程上存在質(zhì)量問(wèn)題時(shí)，甲方有權(quán)提出整改措施，乙方必須及時(shí)整改。

五、安全要求：在施工過(guò)程中，乙方注重施工安全。若出現(xiàn)意外事故由乙方自負(fù)，與甲方無(wú)任何關(guān)系。

六、工程造價(jià)：

工程總造價(jià)為人民幣 元（大寫(xiě)）。

七、付款方式：工程完工通過(guò)甲方驗(yàn)收合格并開(kāi)具發(fā)票報(bào)賬后才能付款。

第五篇：自來(lái)水管道維修安裝合同

自來(lái)水管道維修安裝合同

甲方： 乙方：

甲方因常涯、葉莊新打水源井，需對(duì)原供水管線、設(shè)備進(jìn)行鋪設(shè)及維修，并對(duì)部分區(qū)域重新安裝。甲方委托乙方給該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施，遵循平等、自愿、公平和誠(chéng)實(shí)信用的原則，經(jīng)甲、乙雙方協(xié)商一致，訂立本協(xié)議。

一、乙方對(duì)甲方原供水管線鋪設(shè)及維修，并對(duì)部分區(qū)域需重新安裝，含土建。時(shí)間為一個(gè)月。

二、本安裝工程所需的原材料，由乙方按工程實(shí)際情況，由乙方負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)安裝材料的采購(gòu)，安裝材料須符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

三、經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商本工程造價(jià)

萬(wàn)元（）。施工結(jié)束經(jīng)驗(yàn)收按實(shí)結(jié)算。

四、施工結(jié)束驗(yàn)收合格，正常使用二個(gè)月無(wú)異常后一次性結(jié)清工程款。

五、甲方負(fù)責(zé)提供工程的施工場(chǎng)地：負(fù)責(zé)施工期間與供水單位及相鄰單位、住戶的協(xié)調(diào)工作。負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)施工質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度監(jiān)督。

六、乙方負(fù)責(zé)本協(xié)議約定的要求，抓緊時(shí)間完成給水管道維修、安裝；工程質(zhì)量符合國(guó)家規(guī)定承擔(dān)工程質(zhì)量全部責(zé)任：應(yīng)做施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全生產(chǎn)管理工作，因乙方原因發(fā)生安全事故或管理不當(dāng)造成的危及自身及他人 的安全事故和工傷事故，由乙方承擔(dān)全部費(fèi)用及責(zé)任。

七、因乙方原因致水管泄漏返工，其材料及實(shí)際損失一概由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。

八、未盡事宜協(xié)商解決。本協(xié)議簽定之日起生效。本合同一式二份，甲、乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。
