Good morning, everyone.The title of my speech is “What college education means to me”.For me, college education is a marvelous ship-builder.With great vision, college education has equipped me, first with a powerful propeller--the knowledge in certain field and wide exposure to other disciplines.By devoting myself to my courses in the day and immersing myself in the world literature at night, I’ve amassed the driving force for the future and enriched my soul.Besides, college education has also provided me with a precise compass--the sense of social responsibility.How can I best serve the public while achieving my self-fulfillment? My one year’s experience as an English tutor has proved: to be valuable to society as well as to find my place, I have to possess some actual strength and the ability to function well in the most challenging situation.Amid the hectic schedule that balances club activities, sports, and academic courses, I feel the rhythm and beauty in my life, knowing that I ’m on the right way.And more importantly, college education has set up not only single ships, but also fleets with common destinations.By interacting with friends of common beliefs, I’ve acquired skills of relating to other people.Now,as a ship about to make my maiden voyage,I’m still not in the position to tell what’s waiting ahead of me,but with a powerful propeller, a precise compass and ardent companions of sailing in the sea of society, I’m ready to be a great sea-explorer.Thank you.大學(xué)教育對我的意義

大家早上好。今天我演講的題目是“大學(xué)教育對我的意義”。

對我來說，大學(xué)教育猶如一位技藝精湛的造船師。首先，具有遠見卓識的大學(xué)教育為我裝配了一只馬力強勁的推進器；專業(yè)知識及廣博的課外知識給我?guī)頍o限動力。白天我全神貫注地研習(xí)自己的課程，晚上則盡情享受世界文學(xué)，在此過程中，我既為未來積聚了力量，又充實了自己的靈魂。

此外，大學(xué)教育還為我提供了一個精確的羅盤，即社會責任感?！叭绾尾拍茉趯崿F(xiàn)自我價值的同時最大限度地服務(wù)于社會？”我一年的英語家教的經(jīng)歷證明：只有擁有過硬的實力和對高挑戰(zhàn)性局面應(yīng)付自如的能力，我才能成為一個對社會有價值的人，一個找到自己位置的人。在協(xié)調(diào)著社團活動、體育運動和專業(yè)課程的忙碌日程中，我感受到了生活的韻律與美麗。

更為重要的是，大學(xué)教育不僅僅制造了一只只單個的船只，他還組建了一支支駛向同一目的地的大艦隊。在與志趣相投的朋友們的相處、融合中，我鍛煉了與人交往的能力。

現(xiàn)在我即將作為一只巨輪開始我的首航，盡管前方的情況還無法預(yù)料，我卻有充足的信心作一名出色的海洋探索者，因為我有強勁的推進器、精確的羅盤，還有一幫與我同行、一起駛向社會之洋的熱心朋友！

大學(xué)就像是社會的縮影，里面充滿了各式各樣的人。在高中，我對大學(xué)是充滿希望的，但是剛進大學(xué)的時候頓時對大學(xué)感到很失望，因為它并不像電視劇和電影中的那樣好玩自由，也并不像老師所描述的那么美好。大學(xué)生活和高中生活的反差確實很大：生活上沒有了家長的照顧，學(xué)習(xí)上了沒有老師的督促。彷徨、寂寞等各種不良心態(tài)一定會干擾我們的生活。

就我個人而言，我覺得大學(xué)的心理健康教育是很重要的，因為在大學(xué)中，很多的東西都要自己去面對，自己去解決，難免會遇到挫折和失敗。在大學(xué)里比你強的同學(xué)比比皆是，他們有的多才多藝，有的能說會道，有的成績優(yōu)異，這時往往會讓人容易產(chǎn)生自卑感，缺乏自信心，認為自己什么都不行，一遇到挫折就心灰意冷。

人際交往中的問題也是一樣的重要。在大學(xué)里人際交往是一件不可避免的事情。因為我是一個比較膽小怯懦的人，不敢和別人說話；也許別人無意間的一句話讓你覺得如鯁在喉；也許和人在交往中發(fā)生了矛盾、摩擦。這時有些人往往會選擇封閉自己，不和人交往，久而久之就會形成了一種不合群、孤僻的心理，這會嚴重影響阻礙今后人生的發(fā)展。

所以，大學(xué)生心理健康教育在這些問題上都給了我很大的幫助，它不僅讓我勇于面對失敗和挫折，敢于挑戰(zhàn)自我。而且慢慢讓我從自卑中逃離出來。大學(xué)生心理健康教育也讓我的人際關(guān)系網(wǎng)越來越廣闊。

大學(xué)生心理健康教育可以促進大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。充分認識德智體美勞等方面的和諧發(fā)展，是以健康的心理品質(zhì)作為基礎(chǔ)的，一個人心理健康狀態(tài)直接影響和制約著全面發(fā)展的實現(xiàn)

大學(xué)生心理健康教育可以使大學(xué)生克服依賴心理增強獨立性。大學(xué)生經(jīng)過努力的拼搏和激烈的競爭，告別了中學(xué)時代、跨入了大學(xué)，進入了一個全新的生活天地。大學(xué)生必須從靠父母轉(zhuǎn)向靠自己。上大學(xué)前，在他們想象中的大學(xué)猶如“天堂”一般，浪漫奇特，美妙無比。上大學(xué)后，緊張的學(xué)習(xí)，嚴格的紀律，生活的環(huán)境,使他們難以適應(yīng)。因此，大學(xué)生必須注重心理健康，度過充實而有意義的大學(xué)生活。

大學(xué)生心理健康教育也有利于大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)健康的個性心理。所以，擁有健康的心理是大學(xué)生成才的關(guān)鍵，擁有健康的心理是大學(xué)生發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵，擁有健康的心理更是適應(yīng)社會的需要。所以我們一定要認識到心理健康的重要性，健全人格，全面發(fā)展！

第一，科研是培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才的重要方法。為了適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展，人才必須具備“五種能力”，即：自學(xué)的能力、研究的能力、思維的能力、表達的能力、組織管理的能力?？茖W(xué)研究是培養(yǎng)具備以上“綜合能力”人才的重要方法。

第二，科研是提高高校師資隊伍素質(zhì)的重要途徑。在造就學(xué)校水平較高且具有“綜合能力”的教師隊伍方面，科學(xué)研究是極其重要的途徑。究其原因，是由于科學(xué)研究使他們的知識能得到不斷地更新和各種能力得到提高。

第三，科研是高等學(xué)校發(fā)展和傳播科學(xué)文化的重要辦法?？茖W(xué)研究對于大學(xué)，具有雙重意義和雙重作用。第一，對于大學(xué)能否完成發(fā)展科學(xué)技術(shù)的任務(wù)，其作用和意義都是決定性的；第二，對于培養(yǎng)人才，科學(xué)研究從造就和保持大學(xué)中高學(xué)術(shù)水平的教師隊伍的角度上講，從使所培養(yǎng)的新型人才能具有“綜合能力”的角度上講和從使大學(xué)的教材能不斷更新角度上講，也同樣具有某種程度上的決定性作用和決定性意義。
