一、說(shuō)教材
1.教材分析:
本話題主要是學(xué)習(xí)用Welcome to China!和Where are you from? /How old are you?等句型來(lái)學(xué)會(huì)如何用英語(yǔ)談?wù)摵捅磉_(dá)。本課一共有3個(gè)話題,話題2和話題3是本單元的重點(diǎn),要求學(xué)生通過學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)話,掌握用英語(yǔ)來(lái)表達(dá)歡迎、介紹、問姓名、出生地和電話號(hào)碼以及課文中出現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn)句型.主要學(xué)生注意大寫字母和標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的用法。本課通過創(chuàng)設(shè)真實(shí)情景,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生積極參合作學(xué)習(xí)把所學(xué)的知識(shí)運(yùn)用到生活中去,提高他們的合作學(xué)習(xí)能力和口頭表達(dá)能力。強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的自主性,一方面可以考查學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的理解和靈活運(yùn)用的程度,另一方面培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨(dú)立思考,自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力.

對(duì)本課我主要采取了如下幾種教法:
1.創(chuàng)設(shè)活動(dòng)情境:要學(xué)好英語(yǔ),一定要有語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,學(xué)生只有在逼真的教學(xué)環(huán)境中,才能準(zhǔn)確地理解語(yǔ)言,正確地使用語(yǔ)言,才能讓他們興致勃勃地參與交際活動(dòng)。因此在教學(xué)中為學(xué)生盡可能多地創(chuàng)造英語(yǔ)環(huán)境,營(yíng)造英語(yǔ)文化氛圍。
2.重點(diǎn)解釋,反復(fù)操練。在學(xué)習(xí)過程中,對(duì)學(xué)生遇到的一些難以理解的詞、句型、短語(yǔ)、句子或某一語(yǔ)法現(xiàn)象。進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)解釋,反復(fù)操練和舉例,以加深學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的理解。掃除自由交際過程中的“攔路虎”,為語(yǔ)言的進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)奠定基礎(chǔ)。

二、教材分析
仁愛版七年級(jí)英語(yǔ)上冊(cè),共有4個(gè)單元,每個(gè)單元有3個(gè)模塊,主要是復(fù)習(xí)鞏固小學(xué)的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。每個(gè)單元均以“話題”為中心,在真實(shí)的情境中呈現(xiàn)基本日常用語(yǔ)和簡(jiǎn)單對(duì)話,注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)際應(yīng)用語(yǔ)言的能力,精心設(shè)計(jì)各種練習(xí),幫助學(xué)生均衡發(fā)展聽說(shuō)讀寫的基本的能力,本冊(cè)書的知識(shí)貼近學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際,有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。
三.所教班級(jí)學(xué)生基本情況分析:
本學(xué)期所授課班級(jí)是初一(15)和初一(16)班。兩個(gè)班級(jí)的學(xué)生雖大部分已在小學(xué)階段學(xué)過英語(yǔ),但由于學(xué)生對(duì)于英語(yǔ)科重視程度的不同,導(dǎo)致班級(jí)英語(yǔ)水平兩極分化嚴(yán)重。兩個(gè)班級(jí)的英語(yǔ)水平很不平衡,給日常教學(xué)帶來(lái)諸多的不便,提高了教學(xué)難度。學(xué)生對(duì)于英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)并不認(rèn)真,成績(jī)并不理想,書寫也較差,同時(shí)也增加了批改作業(yè)的繁瑣度。所以,要改變以上種種情況,除了抓好課堂紀(jì)律外,還要對(duì)他們進(jìn)行思想教育,使他們認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)的重要性之外,亦要想方設(shè)法上好每一節(jié)課。
學(xué)生在情感態(tài)度,學(xué)習(xí)策略方面還存在諸多需要進(jìn)一步解決的問題。例如:很多學(xué)生不能明確學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的,沒有真正認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的在于交流;有些同學(xué)在學(xué)習(xí)中缺乏小組合作意識(shí);大多數(shù)同學(xué)沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不能做好課前預(yù)習(xí)課后復(fù)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)沒有計(jì)劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語(yǔ)言規(guī)律,不注意知識(shí)的鞏固和積累。
四、教學(xué)方法
語(yǔ)音是學(xué)習(xí)一門語(yǔ)言的基礎(chǔ)。如果語(yǔ)音過關(guān),能有效提高課堂的教學(xué)效率。此外,學(xué)生的語(yǔ)音過關(guān),能幫助學(xué)生提高記憶詞匯的效率,能幫助學(xué)生提高英語(yǔ)自學(xué)能力,能幫助學(xué)生正確地讀出單詞,讀出英語(yǔ)句子,從而有效地增強(qiáng)學(xué)生在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)方面的自信心。所以所有的英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)都以培養(yǎng)正確語(yǔ)音發(fā)音為基礎(chǔ)的教學(xué)。
1、生詞教學(xué):在每節(jié)新課授課前都翻開生詞表帶學(xué)生快速熟悉生詞,重點(diǎn)教授音標(biāo)發(fā)音。
2、聽說(shuō)課教學(xué):在每個(gè)topic的聽說(shuō)課中,都注意學(xué)生的聽與說(shuō)的訓(xùn)練,在反復(fù)聽錄音跟讀的同時(shí),帶讀糾正個(gè)別發(fā)音,并且設(shè)置合適的語(yǔ)言情景,使學(xué)生感到在真實(shí)的環(huán)境中進(jìn)行交流,學(xué)生分角色表演對(duì)話或朗讀課文。
3、閱讀課教學(xué):閱讀課要注意學(xué)生的自讀能力的培養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力,查詞典的能力,回答問題的能力。
4、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生勤思考、多動(dòng)腦的習(xí)慣,每課所需要教授的新知識(shí)點(diǎn)都鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生先自主提出并歸納。
五.具體措施
初中學(xué)生精力旺盛,記憶力好,好奇心強(qiáng),求知欲高,一般都能學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的。關(guān)鍵就在教師如何激發(fā)不同層次學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,不斷增添學(xué)生的新鮮感,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。
1.前半學(xué)期要求學(xué)生每天熟讀課文中的對(duì)話,后半學(xué)期要求學(xué)生背誦。
2.實(shí)施“一幫一”活動(dòng),讓成績(jī)好的同學(xué)帶動(dòng)差生,同時(shí)亦監(jiān)督差生每天的作業(yè)完成情況和背誦情況。
3.認(rèn)真貫徹晨讀制度:規(guī)定晨讀內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督,保證晨讀效果。4.堅(jiān)持月測(cè)的形成性評(píng)價(jià)制度:對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)行量化制度,每月都要給學(xué)生檢驗(yàn)自己努力成果的機(jī)會(huì),讓進(jìn)步的同學(xué)體會(huì)到成就感,讓落后的同學(xué)找出差距,感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健康向上的人格和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。

教育教學(xué)時(shí)間大約只有20周,在這期間還要進(jìn)行多次月考和期中測(cè)試。時(shí)間相對(duì)緊張。所以我對(duì)本學(xué)期所要進(jìn)行的教育教學(xué)進(jìn)行了如下的安排,希望能夠按照這一時(shí)間能夠順利的完成本學(xué)期的教育教學(xué)工作。因?yàn)楸緦W(xué)期時(shí)間短任務(wù)重,所以必須抓好每一分每一秒的時(shí)間來(lái)進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)才能夠順利完成教育教學(xué)任務(wù)。特別是測(cè)試次數(shù)增多,講解試卷所花費(fèi)的時(shí)間必然會(huì)增加,所進(jìn)行的教育教學(xué)也相對(duì)緩慢,雖然七年級(jí)學(xué)生在小學(xué)都接觸過英語(yǔ),但絕大部分學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)比較差。

四、本學(xué)期我將采用的教育教學(xué)方法:
英語(yǔ)的教育教學(xué)方法很多,但是卻無(wú)法找到一種適合每一個(gè)學(xué)生的方法,特別是對(duì)于班級(jí)教學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)更是如此。針對(duì)我所教的班級(jí),本學(xué)期我打算用下列一些方法來(lái)對(duì)他們進(jìn)行教育教學(xué):
1、用英語(yǔ)教英語(yǔ)(Teach English in English);
英語(yǔ)畢竟是一門語(yǔ)言,訓(xùn)練的是學(xué)生的聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫、譯的綜合能力,在教學(xué)的過程中需要對(duì)學(xué)生的聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫、譯的能力進(jìn)行很多的訓(xùn)練,這就要求我們用英語(yǔ)來(lái)教英語(yǔ),在課堂上對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行各種能力的訓(xùn)練。
2、用英語(yǔ)想英語(yǔ)(Think English in English);用英語(yǔ)想,也就是用英語(yǔ)思考。學(xué)英語(yǔ)而不用英語(yǔ)思考,一定學(xué)不好。用英語(yǔ)思考就是在用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行表達(dá)和理解時(shí),沒有本族語(yǔ)思考的介入,或者說(shuō)本族語(yǔ) 思考的介入被壓縮到了極不明顯的程度。這是真正流利、熟練的境界和標(biāo)志。
3、背誦和多種練習(xí)結(jié)合
實(shí)事求是的說(shuō),大量背誦課文與大量多種練習(xí)的結(jié)合,乃是對(duì)于一切各不相同條件下的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的普遍有效的方法。
4、針對(duì)不同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容采用不同的教學(xué)方法;
英語(yǔ)的內(nèi)容較多,包括語(yǔ)音、詞匯、語(yǔ)法、交際等等內(nèi)容,如果對(duì)每一項(xiàng)內(nèi) 容都采用同樣的方法來(lái)進(jìn)行教育教學(xué),那么即使是再好的學(xué)生也不可能學(xué)好,再 好的教師也不可能教好。因而,針對(duì)不同的內(nèi)容采用不同的教學(xué)方法不可違背。
五、本學(xué)期提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的方法:
1、體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的主體地位,發(fā)揮教師的指導(dǎo)作用。充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主動(dòng)性和積極性,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,幫助學(xué)生摸索適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法,了解和掌握記憶規(guī)律,養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。
