第一篇:口語不好,照樣做外貿(mào)
天天在外貿(mào)論壇上溜達(dá),發(fā)現(xiàn)里面人群最大的是外貿(mào)新手(偶就是).我實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)第一份工作找的就是外貿(mào),在一家小工廠里面,做閥門。剛上班第二個(gè)禮拜,就接到一個(gè)巴基斯坦的電話,那家伙,嘰里呱啦嘰里呱啦說了足足有五六分鐘,我能聽明白的就兩三句,意思是催我快點(diǎn)答復(fù)他們,要不要參加他們的競標(biāo)。靠,我當(dāng)時(shí)還不知道競標(biāo)是啥玩意呢,后來仔細(xì)看看郵件,才明白參加競標(biāo)要先交訂單5%作為標(biāo)金。我才不理你呢。那家伙英語也不咋的,我的發(fā)音那么準(zhǔn)他只會(huì)說OK OK。雖然我只說兩三句話,說我跟我們老板商量,馬上回復(fù)你。原來這小子在那邊也是照著紙念的。哈哈~~,以前就有老鄉(xiāng)教我,打電話也不用怕,事先把要說的話寫好,今天見著例子了。
從那以后,我就非常怕接老外電話,以為老外說英語都那么難懂,我口語一本來就般。
后來,不斷的跟同學(xué)、老鄉(xiāng)請教,問問他們當(dāng)初剛做外貿(mào)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他們每次都跟我說:別擔(dān)心,我們中國人的發(fā)音算不錯(cuò)的了,碰到中東國家發(fā)音不準(zhǔn)的也沒關(guān)系,慢慢的就習(xí)慣了。碰到母語是英語的老外就更好了,你說幾個(gè)字他就明白什么意思了。最主要的是膽子要大。當(dāng)時(shí)我還以為他們是為了應(yīng)付我才這么說。
慢慢的,接觸的老外多了,也慢慢在網(wǎng)上跟老外聊天了。膽子也
就大多了。原來,一切都是心魔在作祟。不信,你找兩個(gè)中東,非洲的老外看看,他們有的比你們英語還爛,單他們敢說,一個(gè)個(gè)在網(wǎng)上到處竄,到處找朋友。我有一個(gè)埃及朋友,跟他聊天,想找出一個(gè)沒有錯(cuò)誤的單詞得找半天,但是我大部分就是能明天他說什么,這并不影響我們交流。
最近又認(rèn)識一個(gè)做外貿(mào)的老鄉(xiāng),一女的。慢慢交流的過程中,我們談到了同樣的話題。她的感覺跟我一樣。做外貿(mào),口語不好,照做不誤。當(dāng)然,不是說英語不重要,很多時(shí)候可能會(huì)因?yàn)槟愕挠⒄Z不好而引起失誤。但是,我在這里想說的是:
剛從事外貿(mào)的朋友們,做外貿(mào)膽子是第一,你要敢說出口,只有克服了這個(gè)心理障礙,你才能往前邁。
我現(xiàn)在的體會(huì)是:口語靠膽大,拿單靠EMAIL。書面表達(dá)一定要準(zhǔn)確,外貿(mào)信函一定得正規(guī),不能產(chǎn)生異議。只有這樣,你才能在外貿(mào)行業(yè)混。當(dāng)然,每個(gè)人都得不停的學(xué)習(xí)。
第二篇:外貿(mào)常用口語分享
We’ve received the sample which you sent us last Sunday.我們已經(jīng)收到了上星期天你方寄來的樣品。
