十一月的心情如同天氣本身一樣豪爽，在初冬溫暖的陽(yáng)光下，我們迎來(lái)了第64個(gè)國(guó)際大學(xué)生節(jié)，1946年，世界各國(guó)學(xué)生代表將每年的11月17日定為世界學(xué)生日(又稱國(guó)際學(xué)生日、國(guó)際大學(xué)生節(jié))，以激勵(lì)全世界學(xué)生共同為建設(shè)一個(gè)和平、民主、進(jìn)步的世界而努力。如今，國(guó)際大學(xué)生節(jié)的意義早已經(jīng)超越了初衷——大學(xué)生，是充滿著朝氣與創(chuàng)造力的群體，是愛(ài)心與拼搏精神同時(shí)具有的高素質(zhì)群體。相信在每個(gè)人心里，對(duì)“大學(xué)生”都有著不同的美好想象或回憶。我們牢記歷史的使命，我們年輕充滿夢(mèng)想，我們的大學(xué)生活充實(shí)而美好。祝愿所有大學(xué)生朋友節(jié)日快樂(lè)，珍惜時(shí)光，把握青春，每天離自己的夢(mèng)想更近一點(diǎn)。當(dāng)今世界時(shí)代壓力正處于知識(shí)爆炸的信息時(shí)代。不論是什么人，稍不留神，就會(huì)落后于洶涌澎湃的信息潮流。大學(xué)生是處于成熟與不成熟、獨(dú)立與不獨(dú)立之間的特殊群體，特定的時(shí)代背景使他們承受著更加尖銳的挑戰(zhàn)：他們一方面必須努力完成在校學(xué)業(yè)，同時(shí)還要關(guān)心所學(xué)知識(shí)能否適應(yīng)未來(lái)需要;一方面必須掌握最基本的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，同時(shí)還要具備信息時(shí)代獲取新知識(shí)的基本素質(zhì);一方面必須擁有創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和創(chuàng)新能力，同時(shí)還必須塑造能夠融入和諧社會(huì)的健全人格。諸如此類(lèi)的高期望值，必然給他們帶來(lái)心理的緊張和壓力。

生活壓力所謂生活壓力，主要來(lái)自兩個(gè)方面：

1、經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力。學(xué)生上學(xué)的費(fèi)用一般來(lái)自家庭。由于近年來(lái)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和生活水平的變化，大學(xué)所需費(fèi)用明顯提高。特別是對(duì)于來(lái)自貧困地區(qū)的學(xué)生則影響更大。

在一些貧困地區(qū)甚至出現(xiàn)了“高中生拖累全家，大學(xué)生拖垮全家”的現(xiàn)象。這對(duì)于尚未自食其力的貧困生會(huì)造成更大壓力。

2、自理自律壓力。目前大學(xué)生多數(shù)是獨(dú)生子女，從小受到“高考”指揮棒的無(wú)形影響，學(xué)習(xí)就是一切，長(zhǎng)期忽視一般人都應(yīng)該具備的基本生活技能。

因而不少人缺乏自理和自律能力，很多人不會(huì)或不善于獨(dú)立生活和為人處世。面對(duì)挫折和新的環(huán)境，往往缺乏相應(yīng)的自我調(diào)節(jié)能力，因而也就形成了這部分大學(xué)生的壓力源。學(xué)習(xí)壓力學(xué)習(xí)是大學(xué)生群體最基本的任務(wù)，盡管這一壓力的強(qiáng)度有張有弛，并非永恒不變，但由于持續(xù)時(shí)間很長(zhǎng)，其影響之大不可低估。尤其是很多大學(xué)生為了適應(yīng)社會(huì)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要，必進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)造條件，還要作出進(jìn)一步努力。他們或是拼搏于考研、考碩博連讀的行列，或是參加各種技能的培訓(xùn)班，為的是努力獲取各種“證書(shū)”。過(guò)多的學(xué)習(xí)頭緒、過(guò)重的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，都給大學(xué)生帶來(lái)巨的高期望值，必然給他們帶來(lái)心理的緊張和壓力。

大的壓力。

就業(yè)壓力當(dāng)今時(shí)代的一個(gè)重要特征便是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加?。焊?jìng)爭(zhēng)擇業(yè)，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗，適者生存，不適者淘汰，整個(gè)社會(huì)處于激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之中。在這一背景下，連續(xù)多年的擴(kuò)招本來(lái)已經(jīng)加大了大

學(xué)生競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就業(yè)的力度，由于大量農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力涌入城市，特別是城市里大量下崗職工的出現(xiàn)，使得就業(yè)問(wèn)題變得更加尖銳。

尤其在大學(xué)生、研究生擇業(yè)相當(dāng)集中的單位(三資企業(yè)、大專(zhuān)院?？蒲袉挝?、黨政機(jī)關(guān))，以及擇業(yè)相當(dāng)集中的地區(qū)(北京、上海、沿海發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū))，已經(jīng)逐漸出現(xiàn)“千軍萬(wàn)馬過(guò)獨(dú)木橋”的嚴(yán)峻局面。就業(yè)已經(jīng)成為大學(xué)生普遍關(guān)注的話題，也是形成大學(xué)生諸多壓力中最主要的壓力源。

要疏解大學(xué)生的壓力，應(yīng)該從主觀與客觀兩方面入手，忽視任何一個(gè)方面，都不可能最終奏效。

1、加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生人生觀、價(jià)值觀教育，奠定健康成長(zhǎng)的穩(wěn)固基石。

當(dāng)此秋意闌珊、寒冬漸至之際；當(dāng)此天之驕子們靜享曼妙大學(xué)生活之時(shí)，我們是否知道11月17日這一屬于大學(xué)生自己的節(jié)日，我們是否憶起68年前那段腥風(fēng)血雨的歷史……

1937年11月17日，德軍入侵捷克斯洛伐克，并慘無(wú)人道地殺害了布拉格大學(xué)的7名學(xué)生和2名教授，“國(guó)際大學(xué)生節(jié)”大學(xué)生代表演講稿。其他各大學(xué)的學(xué)生也遭到了拘禁、毆打及機(jī)槍掃射。二戰(zhàn)后，國(guó)際社會(huì)將11月17日定為國(guó)際大學(xué)生節(jié)，以紀(jì)念為人類(lèi)命運(yùn)而犧牲的大學(xué)生們。

11月17日，我們自己的節(jié)日，更是68年前“大學(xué)生”這一稱謂鍍上一層血色輝煌的日子。

揮去煙塵，讓我們回想從前徜徉于書(shū)山學(xué)海的日子，那些心中充滿憧憬的日子，那些近乎偏執(zhí)而流汗吶喊的日子吧！或許那時(shí)我們的吶喊已匯入了黃海的濤聲，我們的汗水已化為甘霖，滋潤(rùn)了瑪珈草木，但我們更希望那時(shí)的精神會(huì)指引我們找到應(yīng)有的使命、責(zé)任與榮耀！
