一）綜合成績

西財?shù)膹驮嚪譃閷I(yè)課筆試，專業(yè)課面試，英語面試以及一個思想政治考核。

最后查詢是否會被錄取，是西財給你一個綜合成績，按照綜合成績的高低來確定是否被錄取。

綜合成績滿分為101分（其中加分項目為1分），具體計算方式：

科學學位各專業(yè)綜合成績計算方式：

（初試成績÷5）×60%+復試筆試成績×15%+復試專業(yè)面試成績×15%+復試外語測試成績×10%+加分項目成績；

一般來說，綜合成績最重要的是初試成績，因為西財?shù)膹驮囅鄬^(qū)分度不是特別高，所以想拿獎學金什么的，初試是個很關鍵的因素。

在復試中，重要程度是專業(yè)課筆試>專業(yè)課面試>英語面試，其中專業(yè)課筆試最重要，他的重要程度遠遠大于后面2個面試，版主在英語面試時，回答英語問題磕磕盼盼，最后也有80多，看大家都是的面試成績都是80多，所以基本拉不開差距。再說一下加分因素，我在復試的時候，特意算過，發(fā)表一篇論文，相當于初試多考了8.3分。我覺得如果處于復試的邊緣，如果有一篇論文，復試就有不小的保障，我去復試時，看見不少同學都是帶著論文來的。雖然大家很多的論文都是買的或者找代理發(fā)的（這個就不討論了，中國就這樣。自己去淘寶或者學校小廣告就能找到）。

附：西財復試加分原則：

在有CN標志的核心刊物上公開發(fā)表科研論文的，第一作者1分，第二作者0.5分；

在有CN標志的一般刊物上公開發(fā)表科研論文的，第一作者加0.5分，第二作者不加分；

（二）具體復試

專業(yè)課筆試：建議多看看相關的報刊，雜志以及對西財自己出的復試用書好好的看一看，出現(xiàn)原題的機會很大！而且像金融這樣的，復試筆試有可能會考開放式的大題！專業(yè)課筆試才是真正能拉開分差的一個科目，聽說有些院如果筆試不及格，不論初試考多高都不會被錄??！大家好好準備，用好西財自己出的復試相關書籍！

專業(yè)課面試：一般來說，是3~4個老師去面試你，老師會先讓你簡單自我介紹一下，然后會問你考了多少，一般都會問數(shù)學，如果數(shù)學好老師會無形的加一些印象分！具體流程基本都是進去以后抽3個題目，然后自己選2個答題！

英語面試：今年的英語面試和往年的好像略有點不同，往年都是先進去自我介紹，然后英語老師問你2~3個英語問題，然后一個專業(yè)英語問題！這些英語問題好像都比較常規(guī)，比如你為什么選擇西財？為什么選擇考研這樣的？今年我去復試，是直接讀了一篇文章，也沒自我介紹，然后問了你幾個文章的問題！然后問了一個專業(yè)英語問題，基本傻眼不會答。防不勝防啊。不過有一些院，還是有英語自我介紹的，建議就是一定要給自己的英語自我介紹背的很熟，然后背一些常用問題以及答案！英語大家不要怕，老師還是很好的啦！各個院外語復試差異挺大的！

政治考核：好像一般是每個院的書記去給大家一個聊天性質的考核，復試要交一個表進去，然后老師對著表問你幾個問題，這個考核不記在總成績里的，有點流于形式主義！

然后說一下來復試時簡單的衣食住行吧！

1.首先，從火車站或者飛機場下以后到西財?shù)牧中^(qū)去復試，都需要一個很長的時間，一般需要個2.5小時3小時，要做好心理準備

從火車站，路線一般是下車以后步行至公車站西站 然后坐52路公交車 在二環(huán)路光華大道口站下車（坐10站），然后步行至光華村街二環(huán)路口站然后坐309到大學城西站下（坐28站）

或者可以，路線一般是下車以后步行至火車北站公交站，坐11路公交車 在青羊宮站下車（10站）換乘309路做到大學城西站下（坐31站）

我建議大家下車以后坐52路公交做到西財?shù)墓馊A校區(qū)，然后坐校車去柳林校區(qū)，不僅省時，而且很方便。

公交車只有309能到西財，而且309常年人爆多！如果你帶個大箱子估計夠嗆！~校車大家都可以坐，5塊錢一個人！

如果是從坐飛機來，從雙流機場下車以后，坐804路公交在錦華路三段站下（坐4站），然后坐318路在光華大道口站下（坐23站）步行至瑞聯(lián)路東站，坐309去大學城西站下（25站）

個人建議坐飛機來，就找個同學一起拼黑車去柳林吧。因為坐公交實在太慢了，需要3小時多。一個黑車大概80元左右，找?guī)讉€人拼一下，也能便宜不少！

2.復試住的地方，去西財?shù)臇|門或者北門提前訂那種小旅店，提前訂也就40塊錢一天的樣子，到的當天再訂，第一很多都是滿員了，第二價錢肯定不是40了。房間一般是單人間，有電視機空調 獨立衛(wèi)生間 和一張大床，感覺條件還湊合吧！40塊錢住一個這個條件還是可以了！可以從自己的本科學?？忌衔髫?shù)膶W長學姐，自己的西財同學等等渠道去幫忙！后勤有保障了，復試才能發(fā)揮的更加好！

3.在西財吃的地方的話，大家不一定有西財?shù)娘埧?。在西財校內還是有一些小的食堂可以用現(xiàn)金的，不過可以去西財?shù)臇|門小吃街去嘗嘗，價格比較便宜，味道不錯，晚上人超多。嘗下當?shù)靥厣裁吹倪€是挺不錯的，我復試就喝了無數(shù)天的燒豆奶。

4.如果來西財還想看看書的話，可以去西財?shù)念U德樓等等樓。這里基本都是上課的地方，感覺空的教室挺多的，去復試在這樓上自習，經(jīng)?？匆姀驮嚨耐瑢W，呵呵！~好像很多學院的復試筆試就是在這個樓進行的！

最后補一句。西財這邊的天氣有點難以預測，女生最好帶個厚一點的衣服以防萬一。

提前準備話題彰顯口語優(yōu)勢

大部分高校口語考試的第一部分是簡短的自我介紹，這個是必須要準備的，自己提前寫好背熟，由于每個人的復試時間有限，說2到3分鐘，大概500字就可以。一般包括這樣的內容：名字，原來畢業(yè)院校，你平時的愛

好興趣等，現(xiàn)在所報考的專業(yè)，你為什么報考該專業(yè)，你對該專業(yè)怎樣的感興趣，對當前該專業(yè)發(fā)展的簡短評價，以及你準備以怎樣的態(tài)度去研究該專業(yè)等等。如果有條件可以找一個英語水平比較好的伙伴或朋友幫忙。準備好的東西會說的很流利，這樣能給老師一個好的印象。

自我介紹是你給導師的第一印象，大家都非常清楚我們沒有第二次機會給人第一次印象，所以要在短時間內，既能對自己的情況做出清楚的介紹，又能給老師深刻的印象，因此精彩的自我介紹必不可少。自我介紹最基本的要求就是“言之有物、個性突出”。一般情況下，如果老師看出你是在背事先準備好的材料，他會有意打斷你，問你一些其他的問題，測試一下你的反應能力?！把灾形铩本褪切枰憔脑O計，很多同學的自我介紹都不會給人留下深刻的印象，原因就是沒有經(jīng)過精心設計，很難做到突出個性。當然通過一些簡單的手段可以幫助同學們突出自己的個性，比如說一些notonly?butalso、rather?than等句型，可以增強表達的連貫性和邏輯性。另外還可以多用一些口語意味比較強的詞匯，使自我介紹更富有新鮮感。

有的學校將英語筆試——主要包括翻譯：英譯漢和漢譯英，跟專業(yè)課筆試放在一起考察，即專業(yè)綜合素養(yǎng)考察，比如北京師范大學，而這部分主要考察的是專業(yè)英語知識，所以就要求大家在復習時高度重視專業(yè)英語。關于專業(yè)英語的復習建議大家可以找一本專業(yè)課方面的英語原著，仔細閱讀，甚至達到背誦的程度。一些基本的專業(yè)術語，也一定要掌握，可以通過專業(yè)外語書來獲取，也可以直接在網(wǎng)上查找，然后把這些詞匯熟練掌握。這一

準備也可以應對面試中老師對于專業(yè)英語的考察。所以在閱讀專業(yè)文獻時，也要多積累一些專業(yè)方面的英語詞匯。當然提問的問題不可能難度太高，比如What is the abbreviation for CMM？What is the need for

implementation of CMM等一些簡單的提問。

專注聽抄迅速提高聽力水平

建議大家一定要在考前一個星期左右專注聽抄練習，這種訓練是幫助我們快速形成語感的不二法門。聽抄分為兩種：泛聽和精聽。所謂泛聽，是指大家在聽錄音材料的時候，不必把聽到的每一句都字字不差的寫出來，而是只需要將材料中的關鍵信息抓住即可。在剛開始的幾天里，可以盡可能地多寫一些重要信息，一邊聽不懂可以多聽幾遍，這種方法尤其適合應付那些喜歡采用四六級聽力試題的學校。而精聽則要枯燥得多，但也是收效最大的。它需要我們把每一個字乃至每一個標點符號都寫出來，在寫的過程中，我們可以檢測出自己是在哪一方面需要加強鍛煉，是在發(fā)音方面、詞匯方面，還是深層次的文化方面。這種方法適合準備要求高的學校，即使用新聞聽力的學校。所以，在剛開始的一個星期內，大家一定要避免急功近利，讓自己的心情平靜下來，因為再急也沒有人會幫你過聽力這一關，只有靠我們自己多多練習，仔細歸納。

物流管理復試試題（非完整版）

筆試部分：

考試時間2個小時。有些題我記不清了，尤其是一些數(shù)字，希望大家諒解，題目如下：

1、考線性規(guī)劃，一個圖，3個約束條件，求max z=aX1+bX2，ab做和變化時，max的最優(yōu)解分別取道圖中各約束條件端點（就是頂點）。（10分）

單獨的一個房間，1個老師紀錄，2個老師提問，1個英語面試老師，一共四個老師。

先是自我介紹，然后就開始提問。老師根據(jù)你對問題的回答交叉深入追問下去。有一些問題都是書上有的。如果問到不會的問題，千萬不要不懂裝懂，如果被問“露餡”就不好了。
