女士們先生們，非常榮幸地向大家介紹太極拳。太極拳是從中國的赤手搏擊演變而來的古老武術之一，武術扎根中國哲學思想,傾注精神層面發(fā)展，是提升自我與專注意識的方式，在中國乃至全世界人民紛紛練習，它動作舒緩優(yōu)美，可強健筋骨，使身姿靈活，對健康大有裨益。太極拳的起源眾說紛紜，有人說是由宋朝的張三豐所創(chuàng)，有人說是由梁朝的韓拱月和程靈洗所創(chuàng)，但是都得不到歷史載考證。太極拳即可治病健身，可御敵還擊，它注重形神合而為一，強調專心致志的能力，不致分心或受擾。太極拳對老人的好處已成為西方醫(yī)學關注的焦點，可以提高平衡能力，加強自我意識，降低老人摔倒的可能性。研究表明，參加太極的大多數是年逾古稀，走路從容不迫，步速快，對摔倒的恐懼性降低，有更強的自信，有更強的意識做自己想要做的事。

It’s my pleasure to introduce to you an ancient martial art evolves from Chinese unarmed combat: Shadow-boxing.Shadow-boxing takes root in Chinese philosophy and focus on the development of spiritual aspect.Therefore, it’s a way of improving self-concept and concentration.All over the world, people are doing shadow-boxing since its movements are slow and graceful to strengthen physique and develop the flexibility of the body.With regard to the origin t Shadow-boxing, the opinions are widely divided.Some say that it was created by Zhang Sanfeng in Song dynasty while others think that it was created by the Hang gongyue and Cheng lingxi in Liang dynasty.However, these speculations were not proved by any historical investigation.Shadow-boxing can cure disease and improve health.Besides, it’s a good way of self-defense and attacking enemies.It emphasizes on the unity of body and mind as well as the ability of balance and self-consciousness.Studies have shown that the people who do Shadow-boxing are mostly elderly over

The August Moon Festival or Mid-Autumn Festival(Chinese characters above)is one of the traditional Chinese holidays.It is held on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month.Chinese legends say that the moon is at its brightest and roundest on this day.Based on the Gregorian calendar, this year's August Moon Festival will be held on September 19.中秋節(jié)是中國人的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日之一，每年農歷8月15日慶祝。傳說月亮在這一天最大最圓。根據推算，今年公歷9月19日為中秋節(jié)。

The August Moon Festival is often called the Women's Festival.The moon(Chinese character on right)symbolizes elegance and beauty.While Westerners worship the sun(yang or male)for its power, people in the Far East admire the moon.The moon is the 'yin' or female principle and it is a trusted friend.Chinese parents often name their daughters after the moon, in hope that they will be as lovely as the moon.中秋節(jié)也被稱為女人的節(jié)日，月（漢字部首）象征著優(yōu)雅與美麗。而西方人則崇尚太陽（陽剛或男性）的力量，東亞地區(qū)的人們則崇尚月亮。月亮代表“陰”或女性，并且被看做是可靠的朋友。中國的父母總喜歡以“月”為女兒取名，為的是希望她們像月亮一樣可愛。

The Moon FairyLadyWu Kang 伐木人——吳剛

Wu Kang was a shiftless fellow who changed apprenticeships all the time.One day he decided that he wanted to be an immortal, so he went to live in the mountains where he importuned an immortal to teach him.First the immortal taught him about the herbs used to cure sickness, but after three days his characteristic restlessness returned and Wu Kang asked the immortal to teach him something else.So the immortal taught him chess, but after a short while Wu Kang's enthusiasm again waned.Then Wu Kang was given the books of immortality to study.Of course, Wu Kang became bored within a few days, and asked if they could travel to some new and exciting place.Angered with Wu Kang's impatience, the master banished Wu Kang to the Moon Palace telling him that he must cut down a huge cassia tree before he could return to earth.Though Wu Kang chopped day and night, the magical tree restored itself with each blow, and thus he is up there chopping still.吳剛是個懶惰而又不學無數的學徒。有一天他想學道成仙，于是他住到深山里強求以為仙人教他法術。起初，仙人教他治病的草藥，但三天之后吳剛不安定的本性就暴露出來了。他又求仙人教他其他的東西，于是仙人教他下棋，但不久之后吳剛又失去了興趣。于是仙人給了他研習仙術的書籍。當然沒幾天吳剛又覺得無聊了，并問仙人能否遠行到一些新鮮有趣的地方。氣惱于吳剛毫無耐心的本性，仙人罰他去月宮，并告訴他除非他能砍倒一棵巨大的桂樹，否則他就不能回到人間。雖然吳剛日夜砍伐，但這棵神奇的樹每次被砍倒創(chuàng)傷又會自己愈合，于是吳剛只有夜以繼日地砍伐。

The Hare-Jade Rabbit 野兔——玉兔

In this legend, three fairy sages transformed themselves into pitiful old men and begged for something to eat from a fox, a monkey and a rabbit.The fox and the monkey both had food to give the old men, but the rabbit, empty-handed, offered his own flesh instead by jumping into a blazing fire to cook himself.The sages were so touched by the rabbit's sacrifice that they let him live in the Moon Palace where he became the “Jade Rabbit.” 傳說中，三味仙人將自己變成可憐的老人向一只狐貍、猴子和兔子乞討吃的，狐貍和猴子都將自己的食物分給了仙人，只有兔子自己跳入了火坑而將自己的肉獻出來，先人們被兔子的犧牲所感動，于是將兔子留在了月宮，這只兔子后來變成了玉兔。

中華太極拳傳承譜系工程介紹

2008年8月，中華太極拳傳承譜系工程正式啟動。該工程是利用計算機網絡技術，以太極拳傳承關系為脈絡，在線展示太極拳傳承發(fā)展過程的信息數據庫。

該工程是為陳家溝旅游景區(qū)“中華太極拳文化園”提供支持的軟件配套項目，譜系工程通過互聯網平臺滿足各地拳友在線分享太極拳的傳承、發(fā)展成果；通過在陳家溝景區(qū)設置 的“尋根樹”或者觸摸屏，讓到陳家溝太極拳尋根的游客都能從這里找到各自的位置，賦予他們應有的歸屬感，進一步鞏固太極拳發(fā)源地的地位，擴展太極拳尋根文化的范疇。該工程的實施，不僅可以最大限度理順太極拳的傳承關系、發(fā)展脈絡、流派衍變過程，而且可以利用計算機技術，用聲光電的形態(tài)記錄太極拳的發(fā)展成果，是對非物質文化遺產太極拳有效的保護措施之一。

太極拳傳承譜系工程的實施，為廣大太極拳愛好者尋根溯源、開展理論研究提供了一個廣闊的平臺，太極拳愛好者在世界各地通過登錄中華太極拳傳承網（TaiJiRen.Cn）,可以方便的了解到各自流派的傳承關系和脈絡，在線欣賞太極拳視頻、拳架圖片和理論文章，也可以通過橫向和縱向的比較，學習各流派、各個歷史階段的太極拳資料，豐富自身的太極拳修養(yǎng)。

為了太極拳譜系工程順利實施，溫縣縣委、縣政府專門成立了以縣政協(xié)主席周清水為組長的譜系工程領導小組，協(xié)調政府各職能部門的力量，結合太極拳資料收集整理工作，整合資源，加強對非物質文化遺產太極拳的傳承保護，推動溫縣太極拳發(fā)源地建設。中華太極拳傳承譜系工程由太極網（taiji.net.cn）具體負責傳承人信息資料收集和實施。
