尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師：

大家好！首先感謝縣教研室給我們提供了這個(gè)相互交流、相互學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)。今天能夠在此發(fā)言，我感到非常榮幸。

作為一線小學(xué)英語教師，我們每天都在教學(xué)中與孩子們一起享受英語學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣。與此同時(shí)，我們也深知自己肩負(fù)的重?fù)?dān)。要學(xué)好英語這樣一門外語，對于母語是漢語的小學(xué)生來的確存在難度。隨著學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)的逐步深入，小學(xué)高年級段老師往往會(huì)感覺到學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性大不如低段時(shí)高，課堂上也很難調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的興趣，這導(dǎo)致我們高段的英語課堂缺乏激情。通過自己的教學(xué)實(shí)踐，談?wù)勎覀€(gè)人的一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)心得體會(huì)，希望各位同仁給予批評指導(dǎo)。今天我談?wù)摰膬?nèi)容是：如何激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

興趣是最好的老師。只有學(xué)生感興趣的東西，才能調(diào)動(dòng)他們的積極性，從而認(rèn)真積極地參與到活動(dòng)中來。否則學(xué)生失去了學(xué)習(xí)興趣后，成績就會(huì)越來越差。興趣是學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力源泉，對于小學(xué)生來說更是如此，他們年齡小，自控力差，注意力容易分散，而促使他們完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)的動(dòng)力在于興趣。但是小學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣不是先天就有的，需要老師去激發(fā)與培養(yǎng)，將“要我學(xué)”變成“我要學(xué)”，使他們樂學(xué)、善學(xué)、會(huì)學(xué)英語。課堂是學(xué)生獲取知識，學(xué)習(xí)的主要陣地，課堂上合適的教學(xué)方法，會(huì)達(dá)到事半功倍的效果，根據(jù)小學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)，心理發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分析，小學(xué)英語教學(xué)中應(yīng)采用靈活、多樣的教學(xué)方式。小學(xué)生活潑好動(dòng)，喜歡玩耍，有意識記較差。因此，英語教學(xué)必須從枯燥的語言知識講解、機(jī)械的反復(fù)誦讀、死記硬背的學(xué)習(xí)狀況中解脫出來。就我自身在教學(xué)英語的過程中，針對如何激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語興趣這個(gè)問題我有以下幾點(diǎn)看法：

一，建立良好的師生關(guān)系，激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣

在英語教學(xué)過程中，常有學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)不感興趣，可能原因致教師忽略

了情感效應(yīng)在教學(xué)中的重要作用，如果在教學(xué)課堂中，教師如果能做到在心里方面與學(xué)生接近，在情感上與學(xué)生產(chǎn)生共鳴，人非草木，孰能無情，教師若能千方百計(jì)的在與學(xué)生之間架一座情感橋梁，就能較好的引起學(xué)生的興趣，師生關(guān)系融洽時(shí)，學(xué)生就能“親其師，信其道，樂學(xué)之”。

二、提供機(jī)會(huì)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生積極參與的意識，激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)興趣

在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中，使學(xué)生始終處于積極活動(dòng)的狀態(tài)，讓學(xué)生耳、手、嘴、腦同時(shí)并用，調(diào)動(dòng)多種器官參與活動(dòng)。給學(xué)生提供成功的機(jī)會(huì)，學(xué)生初學(xué)英語感到新奇有趣，可難度大，困難多，我本著多鼓勵(lì)表揚(yáng)，少批評的原則，根據(jù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)水平的差異，把握活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容、所提問題的難度，以便給學(xué)生提供成功的機(jī)會(huì)，讓所有的學(xué)生嘗到成功的快樂，逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)興趣。如：將容易回答的問題讓學(xué)習(xí)較差的學(xué)生來回答，而讓學(xué)習(xí)較好學(xué)生回答有一定難度的問題，表揚(yáng)話語經(jīng)常變換，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況應(yīng)用very good，excellent、clever等，這樣全體學(xué)生都能獲得成功的樂趣，形成寬松和諧平等的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛，教師的教態(tài)輕松活潑，語言生動(dòng)有趣，教法多樣化，組織形式靈活，將游戲比賽、猜謎、表演等活動(dòng)引入課堂，形成寬松和諧的氣氛，參與機(jī)會(huì)人人都有，給學(xué)生提供展示自己的機(jī)會(huì)。

三，巧妙利用游戲激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣

游戲是兒童的興奮劑，提起游戲，學(xué)生精神煥發(fā)，勁頭十足。例如教單詞時(shí)，為了避免重復(fù)枯燥地練習(xí)，常常用：“Louder and Louder”用不同的聲量，語調(diào)進(jìn)行操練，學(xué)生會(huì)集中精力，全神貫注地參與活動(dòng)中來。當(dāng)然游戲的設(shè)計(jì)要服務(wù)于教學(xué)，不能為了“游戲而游戲”，要做到“華而不實(shí)”。讓學(xué)生在游戲中學(xué)到知識，能將所學(xué)運(yùn)用到實(shí)際情景中。

總之，“興趣是最好的老師”，是學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)驅(qū)力，英語學(xué)習(xí)，興趣為先。所以，作為英語教師，一方面要向?qū)W生傳授語言知識并使他們掌握技能；另一方面更要

重視培養(yǎng)和保持學(xué)生對這門學(xué)科的興趣，獲得事半功倍的效果，這樣才能真正把新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出的要求落實(shí)到實(shí)處。

以上是我在英語教學(xué)過程中的體會(huì)和感受。當(dāng)然在工作中還存在著許多問題和不足，懇請各位老師多多批評指正，多提寶貴意見。謝謝大家。

下午好！作為幼兒園骨干教師研修班的學(xué)員代表感謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我這樣一次發(fā)言的機(jī)會(huì)，我深感榮幸！

著名詩人朱熹在《觀書有感》中寫道：半畝方塘一鑒開，天光云影共徘徊。問渠那得清如許，為有源頭活水來。我想這次對幼兒園骨干教師的培訓(xùn)就是我們的“活水”吧？在全球化、信息化的時(shí)代，教師教育的理念、內(nèi)容、手段與方法等發(fā)生著急劇的變化，教師培訓(xùn)成為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展重要的助推力量。這次國培就如雪中送炭，讓渴望成長和提升的我們有了一個(gè)很好的平臺，不過“紙上得來終覺淺，絕知此事要躬行”，更重要的是我們要以培訓(xùn)為契機(jī)，將理論與我們平時(shí)的實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，才能真正的達(dá)到素養(yǎng)提升的目的。“喜看稻菽千重浪,遍地英雄下夕煙”，秋天是收獲累累碩果的季節(jié)，希望在這個(gè)特殊的金秋我們也能獲得屬于我們自己的豐收。這就要求我們一定把這次培訓(xùn)當(dāng)作一次學(xué)習(xí)思考的機(jī)會(huì)，交流溝通的平臺，開闊眼界的場所，提升自己的舞臺，切實(shí)完成學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)任務(wù)，我們將努力做到以下幾個(gè)方面。

（一）提高思想認(rèn)識，倍加珍惜來之不易的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，要加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身素質(zhì)。要把學(xué)習(xí)作為終生的追求，堅(jiān)持與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，不斷提高教育教學(xué)水平。

（二）相互交流，盡情分享，取長補(bǔ)短，共同提高，增進(jìn)友誼，加深了解，形成互幫互助，團(tuán)結(jié)活潑的濃厚學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。

（三）要學(xué)以致用，用先進(jìn)的教育理念指導(dǎo)教育教學(xué)工作。相約在國培，專家伴成長，這次國培強(qiáng)有力的師資，將給我們帶來全新的教育理念和教育管理模式。通過這次學(xué)習(xí)，我們一定要把學(xué)到的知識運(yùn)用到教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，力爭在教學(xué)質(zhì)量上有所突破。

（四）勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，做到認(rèn)真聽講，做好筆記，積極發(fā)言，配合老師完成各專業(yè)課程任務(wù)，要轉(zhuǎn)變角色，做到善于學(xué)習(xí)、善于交流、善于思考，按要求完成培訓(xùn)任務(wù)。

我們將會(huì)以開放的心態(tài)，沐浴思想的陽光，凝聚群體的智慧，努力學(xué)習(xí)教師培訓(xùn)的理念、內(nèi)容，共同探討教師培訓(xùn)的方法和策略，提升自己的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，為幼兒教育貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量！《禮記·中庸》十九章有云：“博學(xué)之，審問之，慎思之，明辨之，篤行之。”這說的是為學(xué)的幾個(gè)層次，或者說是幾個(gè)遞進(jìn)的階段，我想著也是我們培訓(xùn)所要經(jīng)歷的一系列的階段，希望經(jīng)過這次培訓(xùn)后我們可以“春風(fēng)得意馬蹄疾，一日看盡長安花?！?/p>
