書信類作文寫作模式及其常用句型

書信可分為私人信件和事務信函。私人信件的格式和語氣比較隨便，而事務信函則正式得多，它的措辭不僅要求更有禮貌，而且要求更加注意用詞的準確和行文的簡潔。

事務信函的的三點基本要求：

1.簡明。書信的語言貴在于精，考生應力求用最簡潔的語言表達盡可能豐富的內(nèi)容。

2.清晰。由于收信人不在自己身邊，如果不將信件內(nèi)容寫清楚，收信人就會看不明白，甚至可能發(fā)生誤會。所以寫信時必須考慮好先寫什么，后寫什么，用簡潔的語言把要寫的內(nèi)容敘述清楚
