第一篇：10大研究生面試技巧

(1)面試前作好準備，注意儀表、著裝整潔；

(2)進門前要敲門，進入考場后，要鞠躬，然后說“各位老師好！我是xx考生”。老師示意你坐下，再坐到指定的座位上。坐姿要端正，不要看起來無精打采，也不能委瑣，然后將相關證件遞給秘書；

(3)帶紙和筆，可以在紙上大體列一下提綱再回答；

(4)用普通話大聲回答問題，表示有自信；

(5)有條理地回答問題，能反應出你思維敏捷；

(6)從事物的正反兩方面辯證地回答問題；

(7)如果你實在很緊張，或者覺得回答的不夠好，就加一句“真抱歉，我太緊張了。”一般老師都比較通融，也能理解的。

(8)坐在你對面的老師不只一個，你只需要面對主考官，最好看著他的眼睛回答問題。如果實在太緊張，也不要低著頭自顧自的說，當然也不要眼睛滴溜溜的到處亂看。

(9)如果所提出的問題，你實在一點都不會，就要誠實的說“很抱歉，對這方面的知識我還不太了解，不過我會在日后的學習、工作和生活中，加強對xx的關注和學習?！辈灰欢b懂，說的驢唇不對馬嘴，效果會更糟。

(10)回答完問題后，要離開考場前，再鞠躬，然后說“感謝各位老師對我的指點”（不管是不是指點了你）。然后轉身開門離開，注意，出了門以后要轉過身關上門，不要背朝著離開，這是禮貌問題。

面試流程以及面試題

專業(yè)課面試：一般是三個老師面試，一個主考兩個協(xié)考。從會計、審計、管理會計中選一科抽一題。

專業(yè)課題目難易程度差很大，真的看人品。有的會計專業(yè)的抽到會計難題會答不上來；有的跨專業(yè)的可能會抽到本量利基本假設、利得和利潤的區(qū)別。后來老師會根據(jù)你的回答，追問一些問題。

綜合面試：舉幾個例子。比如去國企還是外企；從會計的角度看北京房價。沒有具體答案，主要是看你回答問題的條理性

英語面試：沒有自我介紹。

1、直接先和老師哈拉幾句。比如為什么選擇中財、本科是那個學校、跨專業(yè)的可能會問，有沒有學過會計，學了多久。

2、從10個左右的白紙條中抽一條。大概6行，100多單詞。先讀完。有的時候老師要翻譯整段、有的時候是一句、有的是一個單詞。

復試總結

1、重要性。央財復試很重要。Mpacc初試和復試的分數(shù)比是4：6；學碩是5：5。論壇里面已經看到一些高分被刷的，也有初試分數(shù)不是太高，但是總分很高的同學了。所以復試必須重視。

2、公平性。這個大家大可不必擔心，央財還是很公平的。首先，央財本校有被刷的；同時，考進去央財?shù)拇蟛糠质峭庑W生，本校學生只是占到了不到1/5。進入復試并考上的同學，大部分其實不是所謂名校的同學，大家的情況都差不多，也有工作過的，年齡比較大的，而且之前從事工作和會計無關的。

3、復試的準備。完全可以初試之后再開始。看著三本書比較多，其實只要認真總結過去幾年的學碩和專碩真題，在書上標示出類似的知識點，再記下來。復試的最大挑戰(zhàn)是知識點比較多而雜，但是難度不高，基本上只要知道就能做出來。

一、面試的定義

面試不是簡單的面對面談話，也不是完全憑借經驗和閱歷就能洞悉一起的帶有神秘色彩的“相面”，它需要有科學的測評標準、方法以及組織形式。

面試是測查和評價人員能力素質的一種考試活動。具體地說，面試是一種經過組織者精心設計，在特定場景下，以考官對考生的面對面交談與觀察為主要手段，由表及里測評考生的知識、能力、經驗等有關素質的一種考試活動。

“精心設計”是面試與一般性的交談、面談、談話相區(qū)別。面談與交談，強調的指示面對面的直接接觸形勢與情感溝通的效果它并非經過精心設計：“面對面地觀察、交談等雙向溝通方式”，不但突出里面試“問”、“聽”、“察”、“析”、“判”的綜合性特色，而且是面試與一盤的口試、筆試、操作演示、背景調查等人員素質測評的形勢也區(qū)別帶來了。

二、面試的特征

與其他測評形式相比、面試具有的相對獨特之車在于：

1.面試測評的手段、內容靈活、針對性強

不同的職位對人的素質和能力有不同的要求。面試可以根據(jù)不同職位的特點和需要，靈活地采用不同的手段去測評一個人的能力。在形式上采用面談法、無領導小組討論、情景模擬等方法；在內容上，可以針對不同職位、不同的應試者靈活地變化測試內容，準確地測試出應試者在某一方面是否適應這一職位的實際能力水平。例如：在具體實施過程中，考官的追問可以針對每個應試者回答方式與內容的變化而變化。

2.能夠充分調動考官與應試者的主觀能動性

面試中，應試者的回答及行為表現(xiàn)于考官的評判是相聯(lián)接的，中間沒有任何媒介，面試中考官與應試者的接觸、交談、觀察也是相互的，面對面進行的；他們之間的信息交流與反饋也是相互作用的，考官能根據(jù)應試者的回答情況，積極主動地變換測試方法和內容，應試者也能充分發(fā)揮自己的才智跟上考官的出題思路，積極主動地回答考官提出的各種問題。這種直接性提高了考官與應試者相互溝通的效果與面試的真實性，同時，也能了解許多比試中了解不到的信息。

3.測評的主觀性

面試的判斷帶有一種直覺性，往往包括很大程度印象性、情感性，它對人的評價與判斷，包括成績的評定容易受主觀因素影響。

4.強調素質評定

筆試完全以答案為依據(jù)評定考生的成績，只要考生的答案與標準答案一致，不論考生是真的解答對了還是猜對的，也不論考生的解答方法是否巧妙、熟練，花費的時間是多是少，都得給分。面試則是依據(jù)考生現(xiàn)場的全部表現(xiàn)，對其素質狀況作出評定。他不僅分析考生的回答是否正確，更重要的是看考生回答問題的靈活性、邏輯性、應變性、?？忌嬖嚱Y果的評定，不把觀點正確與否作為第一位的指標，而是看考生的整體素質。

5.內容的不固定性

筆試的內容一般都有主考機關事先統(tǒng)一規(guī)定，因而是固定的。同一專業(yè)的考生所面對的試題沒有差異。面試的內容雖然大多數(shù)情況下也是事先擬定，但考官在考試過程中可以隨機提問，對此，考生要即興作答。而且，考官還可以根據(jù)考試的需要靈活提問，不必拘泥于既定的試題。

6.面試是一個雙向溝通的過程

面試是主考官和應試者之間的一種雙向溝通過程。在面試過程中，應試者并不是完全處于被動狀態(tài)。主考官可以通過觀察和談話來評價應試者，應試者也可以通過主考官的行為來判斷主考官的價值判斷標準、態(tài)度偏好、對自己面試表現(xiàn)的滿意度等，來調節(jié)自己在面試中的行為表現(xiàn)。所以說，面試不僅是主考官對應試者的一種考察，也是主客體之間的一種溝通、情感交流和能力的較量。

7.面試對象的單一性 面試的問題一般要因人而異，測評的內容主要應側重個別特征，同時進行會相互干擾。8.面試時間的持續(xù)性 面試與筆試的一個顯著區(qū)別是面試不是在同一個時間展開，而是逐個地持續(xù)進行。筆試不論報考人數(shù)的多少，均可在同一時間進行，甚至不受地域的限制，面試則不同。

三、面試的基本形式

按照不同的角度，面試可以分為以下幾種基本形式：

所謂單獨面試，指主考官個別地與應試者單獨面談。這是最普遍最基本的一種面試方式。單獨面試的優(yōu)點是能提供一個面對面的機會，讓面試雙方較深入地交流。單獨面試又有兩種類型。一是只有一個主考官負責整個面試過程。二是有多位主考官參加整個面試過程，但每次均只與一位應試者交談。

集體面試又叫小組面試，指多位應試者同時面對面試考官的情況。在集體面試中，通常要求應試者作小組討論，相互協(xié)作解決某一問題，或者讓應試者輪流擔任領導主持會議、發(fā)表講說等。這種面試方法主要用于考察應試者的人際溝通能力、洞察與把握環(huán)境的能力、領導能力等。

無領導小組討論是最常見的一種集體面試法。在不指定召集人、主考官也不直接參與的情況下，應試者自由討論主考官給定的討論題目，這一題目一般取自于專業(yè)需要，或是現(xiàn)實生活中的熱點問題，具有很強的特殊性、情景逼真性和典型性。討論中，眾考官坐于離應試者一定距離的地方，不參加提問或討論，通過觀察、傾聽為應試者進行評分。

2.一次性面試與分階段面試

所謂一次性面試，即指用人單位對應試者的面試集中于一次進行。在一次性面試中。面試考官的陣容一般都比較“強大”，通常由專家組成。在一次面試情況下，應試者是否能面試過關，甚至是否最終通過面試，就取決于這一次面試表現(xiàn)。面對這類面試，應試者必須集中所長、認真準備、全力以赴。

分階段面試又可分為兩種類型，一種叫“依序面試”。一種叫“逐步面試”。

3.非結構化面試與結構化面試

在非結構化的面試條件下，面試的組織非常“隨意”。關于面世過程的把握、面試中要提出的問題、面試的評分角度與面試結果的處理辦法等，主考官事前都沒有精心準備與系統(tǒng)設計。非結構化面試頗類似于人們日常非正式的交談。除非面試考官的個人素質極高，否則很難保證非結構化面試的效果。目前，非結構化的面試愈來愈少。

正規(guī)的面試一般都為結構化面試。所謂結構化，包括三個方面的含義：一是面試過程把握（面試程序）的結構化。在面試的起始階段、核心階段、收尾階段，主考官要做些什么、注意些什么、要達到什么目的，事前都會相應策劃。二是面試試題的結構化。在面試工程中，主考官要考察應試者哪些方面的素質，圍繞這些考察角度主要提哪些問題？在什么時候提出？怎樣提？在面試前都會作出準備。三是面試結果評判的結構化。從哪些角度來評判應試者的面試表現(xiàn)？等級如何區(qū)分？甚至如果打分等，在面試前都會有相應規(guī)定，并在眾考官間統(tǒng)一尺度。

4.常規(guī)面試與情景面試

所謂常規(guī)面試，就是我們日常見到的、主考官和應試者面對面以問答形式為主的面試。在這種面試條件下，主考官處于積極主動的位置，應試者一般是被動應答的姿態(tài)。主考官提出問題，應試者根據(jù)主考官的提問作出回答，展示自己的知識、能力和經驗。主考官根據(jù)應試者對問題的回答以及應試者的儀表儀態(tài)、身體語言、在面試過程時的情緒反應等對應試者的綜合素質狀況作出平價。

在情景面試中，突破了常規(guī)面試考官和應試者那種一問一答的模式，引入了無領導小組討論、公文處理、角色扮演、演講、答辯、案例分析等人員甄選中的情景模擬方法。情景面試是面試形勢發(fā)展的新趨勢。在這種面試形勢下，面試的具體方法靈活多樣，面試的模擬性、逼真性強，應試者的才華能得到更充分、更全面地展現(xiàn)，主考官對應試者的素質也能作出更全面、更深入、更準確的評價。

第五篇：考研究生復試面試技巧

一、面試的定義

面試不是簡單的面對面談話，也不是完全憑借經驗和閱歷就能洞悉一起的帶有神秘色彩的“相面”，它需要有科學的測評標準、方法以及組織形式。

面試是測查和評價人員能力素質的一種考試活動。具體地說，面試是一種經過組織者精心設計，在特定場景下，以考官對考生的面對面交談與觀察為主要手段，由表及里測評考生的知識、能力、經驗等有關素質的一種考試活動。

“精心設計”是面試與一般性的交談、面談、談話相區(qū)別。面談與交談，強調的指示面對面的直接接觸形勢與情感溝通的效果它并非經過精心設計：“面對面地觀察、交談等雙向溝通方式”，不但突出里面試“問”、“聽”、“察”、“析”、“判”的綜合性特色，而且是面試與一盤的口試、筆試、操作演示、背景調查等人員素質測評的形勢也區(qū)別帶來了。

二、面試的特征

與其他測評形式相比、面試具有的相對獨特之車在于：

1.面試測評的手段、內容靈活、針對性強

不同的職位對人的素質和能力有不同的要求。面試可以根據(jù)不同職位的特點和需要，靈活地采用不同的手段去測評一個人的能力。在形式上采用面談法、無領導小組討論、情景模擬等方法；在內容上，可以針對不同職位、不同的應試者靈活地變化測試內容，準確地測試出應試者在某一方面是否適應這一職位的實際能力水平。例如：在具體實施過程中，考官的追問可以針對每個應試者回答方式與內容的變化而變化。

2.能夠充分調動考官與應試者的主觀能動性

面試中，應試者的回答及行為表現(xiàn)于考官的評判是相聯(lián)接的，中間沒有任何媒介，面試中考官與應試者的接觸、交談、觀察也是相互的，面對面進行的；他們之間的信息交流與反饋也是相互作用的，考官能根據(jù)應試者的回答情況，積極主動地變換測試方法和內容，應試者也能充分發(fā)揮自己的才智跟上考官的出題思路，積極主動地回答考官提出的各種問題。這種直接性提高了考官與應試者相互溝通的效果與面試的真實性，同時，也能了解許多比試中了解不到的信息。

3.測評的主觀性

面試的判斷帶有一種直覺性，往往包括很大程度印象性、情感性，它對人的評價與判斷，包括成績的評定容易受主觀因素影響。

4.強調素質評定

筆試完全以答案為依據(jù)評定考生的成績，只要考生的答案與標準答案一致，不論考生是真的解答對了還是猜對的，也不論考生的解答方法是否巧妙、熟練，花費的時間是多是少，都得給分。面試則是依據(jù)考生現(xiàn)場的全部表現(xiàn)，對其素質狀況作出評定。他不僅分析考生的回答是否正確，更重要的是看考生回答問題的靈活性、邏輯性、應變性、?？忌嬖嚱Y果的評定，不把觀點正確與否作為第一位的指標，而是看考生的整體素質。

5.內容的不固定性

筆試的內容一般都有主考機關事先統(tǒng)一規(guī)定，因而是固定的。同一專業(yè)的考生所面對的試題沒有差異。面試的內容雖然大多數(shù)情況下也是事先擬定，但考官在考試過程中可以隨機提問，對此，考生要即興作答。而且，考官還可以根據(jù)考試的需要靈活提問，不必拘泥于既定的試題。

6.面試是一個雙向溝通的過程

面試是主考官和應試者之間的一種雙向溝通過程。在面試過程中，應試者并不是完全處于被動狀態(tài)。主考官可以通過觀察和談話來評價應試者，應試者也可以通過主考官的行為來判斷主考官的價值判斷標準、態(tài)度偏好、對自己面試表現(xiàn)的滿意度等，來調節(jié)自己在面試中的行為表現(xiàn)。所以說，面試不僅是主考官對應試者的一種考察，也是主客體之間的一種溝通、情感交流和能力的較量。

7.面試對象的單一性

面試的問題一般要因人而異，測評的內容主要應側重個別特征，同時進行會相互干擾。

8.面試時間的持續(xù)性

面試與筆試的一個顯著區(qū)別是面試不是在同一個時間展開，而是逐個地持續(xù)進行。筆試不論報考人數(shù)的多少，均可在同一時間進行，甚至不受地域的限制，面試則不同。

三、面試的基本形式

按照不同的角度，面試可以分為以下幾種基本形式：

1.單獨面試與集體面試

四、面試測試的主要內容

1.應試者的儀表風度

儀表風度是指應試者的體態(tài)外貌、穿著舉止以及精神狀態(tài)等。其具體要求是：1.穿著整齊、得體、無明顯失誤；2.沉著、穩(wěn)重、大方；3.走路、敲門、坐椅符合禮節(jié)；4.精力充沛；5.口語文雅、禮貌。

對儀態(tài)風度的測定沒有專門的題目，而是由考官在整個面試過程中通過觀察給應試者一個評定，所以就要求應試者在整個面試過程中保持始終如一的儀態(tài)風度。由于在應試者進入考場后，考官首先看到的就是儀態(tài)風度，這就使考官在面試正式開始前就對應試者有了個最初的印象，而這個最初的印象將給考官留下很深的印象，并進而影響甚至控制著在正式面試中考官對應試者的評價。正如一位有經驗的主考官所說，一個人能否被錄用往往在他步入考場的那一瞬間就決定了，雖然此話有些夸張儀態(tài)風度對面試的影響，但其重要性由此也可見一斑。

2.應試者的智力結構

所謂智力，是指人對客觀事物的認識和理解能力，智力的因素包括觀察能力、記憶能力、思維能力與想象能力。智力是人的各種能力的基礎。

（1）觀察能力

觀察是一種有目的、有計劃、有意識、有選擇地感知客觀事物的過程，是人們大量積累材料、增加感性認識的主動形式。

觀察能力的評分要點是觀察的廣度，精確度和整體性如何。

（2）記憶能力

記憶里的評分要點是記憶的敏捷性、持久性、精確性和準備性。

（3）注意力

注意力是各種心理活動必不可少的特性。

關于注意力的評分要點是注意的指向性和集中性、穩(wěn)定性、廣闊性、轉移性。

（4）想象能力

想象能力是人的一種特殊的思維活動，是人的創(chuàng)造才能的基礎。

（5）思維能力

思維是人腦對客觀事物的間接概括反映，是人腦反映事物的高級形式，具有無限的廣闊性、深刻性、獨創(chuàng)性和靈活性，思維能力是智慧能結構的核心因素。

3.應試者的能力結構

（1）語言應用能力

（2）處理事物的能力

（3）處理人際關系的能力

（4）創(chuàng)造能力。

（5）掌握現(xiàn)代化辦公設備的能力。

五、面試題目的提問方式

1.封閉型提問

封閉型問題要求應試者人員做出簡單回答的問題。這是一種只要求應試者做“是”、“否”一個詞或一個簡單句的回答。

例如：你是什么時候參加工作的？你在大學學的是管理專業(yè)嗎？

2.開放型問題

開放型問題時提出的問題要求應試者不能只用簡單的一詞或一句話來回答，而必須另加解釋、論述，才能～回答問題。面試中的提問一般都應該用開放試問題，以啟發(fā)應試者的思路，激發(fā)其沉睡的潛能與素質，從大量輸出信息中進行測評，真實地考察其素質水平。

例如：你在原單位的工作，要求經常與哪些部門的人打交道？有些什么體會？

3.假設型問題

假設型問題是以虛擬式的提問了解應試者的反應能力與應變能力、解決問題能力和思維能力等。有時為了委婉地表達某種意思，也可用此提問方式。

例如：假如我現(xiàn)在告訴你因為某種原因，你可能難以被錄用，你如何看待呢？

4.連串型問題

連串型問題提問一半用于壓力面試中，主要考察應試者人員的反應能力，思維的邏輯性和條理性等，但也可以用于考察應試者的注意力、瞬時記憶力、情緒穩(wěn)定性、分析判斷力、綜合概括力等。

例如：我想問三個問題，第一，你為什么到我們單位來？第二，到我們單位后有何打算？第三，你報道工作幾天后，發(fā)現(xiàn)實際情況與你原來想象不一致你怎么辦？

5.壓迫型問題

這種提問方式帶有某種挑戰(zhàn)性，其目的在于創(chuàng)造情景壓力，以此考察應試者的應變力與忍耐性。一般用于壓力面試中。這種提問多是“踏應試者的痛處”或從應試者的談話中引出問題。

例如：應試者表示如被錄用愿服務一輩子，另一方面卻知道他工作五年已換了四個單位情況，此時可向他提問：“據(jù)說你工作五年已換了四個單位，有什么可以證明你能在我們單位服務一輩子呢？”

6.引導型問題

這類提問主要用于征詢應試者的某些意向、需求或獲得一些較為肯定的回答。如涉及薪資、福利、待遇、工作安排等問題，宜采取此種提問方式。

例如：到單位兩年以后才能定職，你覺得怎么樣？

7.反稱型問題（迂回型問題）

當主試者覺察應試者不太愿回答某個問題而又想有所了解時，可以采取聲東擊西的策略。

8.背景型問題

背景型問題目的用于初步了解應試者的志向、學習、工作等基本背景，并為以后提問搜集話題的問題類型。問題特點是讓每位應試者都有話可講，且能自由發(fā)揮，使應試者輕松、自然地進入面試情景；同時也考察應試者能否在短短的幾分鐘內盡可能多地展現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢，又做到簡明扼要，重點突出，能考察應試者的言語表達和思維的邏輯性。

9.情景型問題（案例型問題）

情景型問題是通過情景性試題考察應試者的應變能力、情緒穩(wěn)定性、計劃、組織、協(xié)調能力等個性及能力的試題形式。

10.行為型問題

行為型問題是用于考察應試者行為性技巧和能力的試題形式，如考察人際交往的意義和技巧，組織協(xié)調能力，人際交往能力，特別是解決平級組織間矛盾問題的能力，以及著重考察其人際溝通以及與同事建立信任關系等行為性技巧和能力。

11.智能型問題

智能型問題是通過對比較復雜的社會熱點問題的討論，考察應試者的綜合分析能力，也在一定程度上考察應試者對社會的關心程度。這類題一般不是要應試者發(fā)表專業(yè)性的觀點，也不是對觀點本身正確與否做評價，而主要是看應試者是否能言之成理。

12.意愿型問題

意愿型問題是考察應試者的求知動機與擬任職位的匹配性、應試者的價值取向和生活態(tài)度。

如：你為何想離開原工作單位？又為什么報考現(xiàn)在的崗位？這次報考倘若未被錄用，你將有何打算？（報考動機是否符合擬任職位所需條件，應試者是否既對報考的工作崗位有正確認識和強烈動機，又能正確對待挫折，抱有積極的生活態(tài)度。）

13.知識型問題

知識型問題是通過應試者的回答，可了解其知識面，個性傾向和思維方式等情況的問題。

六、自我調適與自我訓練

對考生來說，面試的最為美妙的結果是，面試官全面而準確地覺知到了自己的優(yōu)勢所在。這是每一個面試者都會夢寐以求的結局。但正象美國的“心理學之父”威廉。詹姆士的這段話所言，在面試的特定情景中，多數(shù)的面試者，是一半蘇醒著一半沉睡著的，并且，往往是，面試還遠未開始，多數(shù)的面試者就已進入這種沉悶的自我混亂狀態(tài)之中了，或者是因為任職的偏差，或者是因為焦慮、恐懼等等莫名的情緒，或者是因為自我曾經的不良習慣。

在面試之前，甚至是還遠在面試之前，明智的考生就應該試著挖掘自己的潛在的力量，努力消除自我的負性力量的影響，合理地調整自己的心理狀態(tài)，而能在未來的面試中純正自然地一展自己的風采。

1.危險的完美主義

一個全國性的大公司的老板說，它之所以拒絕考慮一個在各方面都合格的面試者，是因為此君在儀表方面太注重修飾細節(jié)了。

2.面試中，你沒有敵人

真正健康的、成熟的人際交往模式應該是“我行——你也行，我好——你也好”。這種心態(tài)的特點是，充分體會到自己擁有一種強大的理性力量，并對生命的價值有著恰當?shù)睦斫?，是相信自己與相信他人，愛自己與愛他人的統(tǒng)一。雖然，我們并非十全十美，但我們能客觀的接納自己、包容他人，我們能正視現(xiàn)實，并努力地去改變我們能改變的事物，我們應善于去發(fā)現(xiàn)自己、他人和世界的光明面，從而使自己保持一種積極、樂觀、進取、和諧的精神狀態(tài)。
