      一:說教材

      第一小點.教學(xué)內(nèi)容和地位

      本課時是本單元中的第三課時,是功能型、交際型的綜合訓(xùn)練課,是學(xué)生在上節(jié)課的基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)深入學(xué)習(xí)red、yellow、green、blue、white五個顏色單詞及句型 Is this your T-shirt ? No, it isn’t的運用和書寫。

      我把本課時的教學(xué)目標設(shè)計如下:

      語言知識目標:

      第四小點:教學(xué)準備

      在這一節(jié)課中我準備了服裝、獎勵學(xué)生的蘋果、進行書寫比賽的英語書寫紙、工作證、卡片。

      二:說教法、學(xué)法

      在教學(xué)活動中,我通過各種生動、形象、有趣的手段激發(fā)兒童的興趣,在這一課時中我采用了實物直觀法、情景法、多媒體輔助法和小組活動學(xué)習(xí)法,勤表揚,多鼓勵,使學(xué)生掌握語言點,在以下的教學(xué)過程的各環(huán)節(jié)中我將會談到這些教法、學(xué)法的運用和操作。

      三:說教學(xué)過程

      我把教學(xué)過程分為四部分來完成。即是熱身--授課--操練--總結(jié)。

      第一環(huán)節(jié)復(fù)習(xí)引入激發(fā)興趣

      在熱身環(huán)節(jié)中我選擇播放Let’s do 部分的錄音,學(xué)生站起來邊跟唱邊做動作,比如put on your T-shirthang up your skirttake off your jacketwash your shirt。學(xué)生在唱一唱,動一動中活躍了課堂氣氛,增強了英語課堂的趣味性,同時又復(fù)習(xí)了服裝名稱T-shirtjacketskirt。

      在學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)了服裝名稱以后,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生把顏色單詞與服裝聯(lián)系起來,比如:我拿起講臺上準備好的yellow dress ,問學(xué)生:What is this? 學(xué)生會回答: It’s a dress,What colour is it ?It’s yellow , Do you like it ?Yes,I like the yellow dress,Here you are.,用同樣的方法復(fù)習(xí)其他的服裝詞組,red shirt white sweater。在這一部分的操練中學(xué)生不僅掌握了服裝詞組又運用了句型 I like ?為新知識的引入做好鋪墊。

      第二環(huán)節(jié) 借助多媒體學(xué)習(xí)新知

      這一部分又分為對話教學(xué)和書寫的學(xué)習(xí)

      首先我來說說對話教學(xué)的設(shè)計

      在這一環(huán)節(jié)中我通過實物的展現(xiàn),多媒體課件的輔助完成新授課中對話的教學(xué),首先我會準備三件不同顏色的T-shirt 問學(xué)生,長頸鹿正幫同伴收衣服呢? but which T-shirt is the rabbit’s? redyellowwhite ?and what about the dog’s ,the cat’s ?Can you help the giraffe ? 讓學(xué)生帶著這些問題有目的地觀看動畫。使學(xué)生通過視聽感知語言素材,接著引導(dǎo)學(xué)生借助動畫回答老師剛才提出的問題,理解文意。

      然后引導(dǎo)學(xué)生邊看動畫邊分角色朗讀,扮演配音演員為動畫配音,可以這樣操作:分組扮演,個人扮演,同時鼓勵學(xué)生上臺表演。并給予獎勵。使學(xué)生在表演中掌握語言點。

      單詞和句子的書寫是這一課時的重難點之一,為了突破重難點,我是通過觀察--練習(xí)--竟賽這樣的步驟來完成的,學(xué)生通過觀察

      會發(fā)現(xiàn)書寫的規(guī)則和要求,老師則按照他們說的在四線三格中板書。而學(xué)生則在自己的練習(xí)本上練習(xí)。然后把學(xué)生中寫的比較好的用實物投影儀投影出來表揚,給予獎勵。這樣做一方面給學(xué)生成就感,同時也給其他同學(xué)作為示范。

      利用英語書寫紙和卡片進行書寫比賽,在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)讓學(xué)生看顏色卡片、單詞卡片寫單詞、句子,比一比誰拼得準,寫得快,寫得標準。這一活動的設(shè)計不僅鞏固了單詞的拼寫,在竟賽中提高了學(xué)生的書寫水平,還訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生的句子組織能力。

      第三環(huán)節(jié)創(chuàng)設(shè)情景趣味操練

      在這一環(huán)節(jié)中我創(chuàng)設(shè)了“失物招領(lǐng)”場景,具體是這樣操作的:各組收集組員的衣服,一個學(xué)生帶上工作證扮演招領(lǐng)處的服務(wù)員,其他同學(xué)認領(lǐng)自己的衣服,學(xué)生自編自演對話,鼓勵學(xué)生多人參加表演,同時引導(dǎo)學(xué)生還可以用eraser、ruler?來完成,在反復(fù)的操練中突破本課時的重、難點,使學(xué)生在情景中自覺、主動、大膽用英語與同學(xué)交流。

      第四環(huán)節(jié)小節(jié)并布置任務(wù)

      1.我設(shè)置了活動手冊來檢查學(xué)生的掌握程度,作為對全課的總結(jié)。

      2.總結(jié)各小組的竟賽結(jié)果,評出優(yōu)勝組。

      在作業(yè)的布置上我是這樣設(shè)計的1.把單詞、句子抄寫在兩張書寫紙上,并鼓勵學(xué)生用這些單詞造新句子并設(shè)計成“小小英語手抄的格式”第二天把好的作品貼

      到教室里。

      2.幫家人收拾衣服。鼓勵他們嘗試教家人講英語。第二天告訴老師和同學(xué)你教他們哪些英語,這些作業(yè)的設(shè)置會讓學(xué)生感到新奇、有趣有成就感。從而在不知不覺中鞏固了課堂上所學(xué)的又拓展了知識。

      四:說板書設(shè)計

      在板書設(shè)計上我采用了直觀、明了的板書形式呈現(xiàn)本課時要書寫的單詞和句子,句子開頭大寫字母用紅色更容易提醒學(xué)生注意。T-shirt部分用其他顏色呈現(xiàn)便于學(xué)生懂得該部分可以用其他服裝名稱替換。

      五:說評價

      在這一課時的設(shè)計上我突出了一個“實”字,即是通過直觀、形象的實物貫穿于整個教學(xué)過程中,從利用實物復(fù)習(xí)服裝詞組、句型到以實物呈現(xiàn)引入新授課的教學(xué)到以實物創(chuàng)設(shè)情景突破重難點,在開放式的教學(xué)環(huán)境中,與學(xué)生輕松、愉快地完成教學(xué)活動。

      篇六:小學(xué)英語教師面試說課技巧(自己總結(jié))一,準備說課稿

      我面試的是英語老師,所以準備的是全英說課稿,但我覺得各學(xué)科應(yīng)該有相通的地方。正式準備前,看面試說明,有沒有指定教材。比如我們小學(xué)英語是以本縣所用小學(xué)五年級教材為面試材料。最好先找個當?shù)氐睦蠋熣埥滔?,面試時可以怎么準備或者他會給你些建議或者注意事項。準備面試時,可以去網(wǎng)上搜索幾篇相關(guān)科目的說課稿,英語全英的比較少,但還是找到幾篇我認為可以有借鑒的。(不一定必須是和教材課文對應(yīng)的,主要是參考它的語言和形式)。建議不要用現(xiàn)成的稿子,一定要有自己的思考在里面。我當時的腹稿就是研究了幾篇打印稿后自己綜合寫出來的。還有一點,建議不要每篇課文都準備說課稿。以我們這次面試為例,五年級上下冊,每冊10個單元,每單元兩課,如果每篇都準備,得背40篇說課稿,這在幾天的面試準備時間下是不可行的。實際上,每單元的第一課都是新課,教學(xué)目標和教學(xué)方法之類的差不多大同小異。包括說課稿必說的幾大部分里,也是有一樣的地方。我的做法是,準備一到兩篇說課稿,把相似部分的語言組織好,背過。這樣,無論到時候抽到那一課,這些原樣抄上就可以了(其實面試那天,幾乎每個人手里拿著的都是一份稿子,而不是幾十份,說課前有備課時間,可以利用那段時間根據(jù)抽到的課完善腹稿)。背的滾瓜爛熟后,對著鏡子練手勢和表情(我覺得這點很重要,開始看著鏡子練時,一走神就容易忘詞,后來就習(xí)慣看著人說了),糾正細節(jié)。覺得差不多了后,可以設(shè)置模擬課堂,找?guī)讉€家人當評委,該怎么說怎么說,讓他們糾錯。我覺得實戰(zhàn)演練也很重要,當時我自己準備的腹稿已經(jīng)背的差不多了,但是第一次自己試著站在講臺上說時,盡管下邊沒人,一走上那個講臺,心還是禁不住亂跳起來,說了沒兩句,就開始忘詞重復(fù)了。還有一點,不知道是不是因人而異,坐著背稿和站著說稿的感覺很不一樣,站著時更容易感受緊張。如果同學(xué)們也有類似感覺,建議站著練稿。

      二,注意事項

      1、英語老師的面試,都說全英的說課稿比漢語說課稿加分。但我們這次面試我知道的得91點多的那位面試第三名用的是漢語。無論什么說課稿,一定要注意語調(diào),要有變化;語速,一定不要全快或者全慢。

      2,、面試著裝很重要,女孩子可以使那種白黑搭配的連衣裙(建議),要穿個比較正式的高跟鞋。男孩子可以穿西裝。我這次選擇了件比較素的裙子,但面試那天,還是有好多考生穿的很正式的職業(yè)裝,給人形象很好。

      3、面試時要抽簽決定面試順序??赡軙腥私o你說前幾名和最后幾名不沾光。但你一定要記住,其實沾光和不沾光不是順序決定的。像我們面試那天一個工作人員老師給我們說的,這取決于很多因素,比如,如果你抽到了中間,本來是很好的,但你前邊那位表現(xiàn)很優(yōu)秀,那如果你表現(xiàn)一般偏好,也不會分很高,這里有個對比度的問題。還有,如果你抽到最后,正好可以有很長很長的時間讓你緩解緊張情緒,讓你練稿。我這次面試,31個人,我抽到的是31號。從早上6點半到那里,一直等到12點半多才輪到我。在這期間,直到10點我的心一直是緊張的咚咚亂跳,但10以后,也是等的有點不耐煩了,心慢慢的就靜了下來,改了稿子的幾個地方,和同學(xué)對對稿??當時就想著趕緊趕緊面試。有的同學(xué),十幾號的,說課出來臉憋的通紅,你不是考官你都知道她緊張的太過,太緊張了語速容易加快,并且說話愛結(jié)巴,這大家都知道,會嚴重影響發(fā)揮的。并且,好多過來人都說,面試在一定程度上市很注重你的儀表的,不是說長的怎樣,是你的一言一行帶給他們的暗示。是不是自信,是不是大方得體還能重要。

      4、最好有板書。如果你的書法很好,可以邊講邊寫;如果不好,可以在說 教學(xué)過程 的最后一個環(huán)節(jié)專門加上板書設(shè)計,簡單的寫點。注意,說課要盡量發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)點掩飾缺點,怎樣有利怎樣做。

      5、說課稿子最好要有一個亮點,或者叫做高潮(這是等到后來我們都等煩了跟那的工作人員聊天時他告訴我們的,他們是哪所學(xué)校的老師)。我后來抽到課以后,在準備的多半個小時里,就把我 準備的稿子里,教學(xué)過程的整個第一環(huán)節(jié)全改了,改成了一個 情景再現(xiàn) 式的小活動,加進了幾個動作和對話。

      6、應(yīng)聘小學(xué)老師的同學(xué)們應(yīng)該了解,小學(xué)英語的教授原則一般是寓教于樂,活動和游戲比較多。所以說課時,盡量展示你課堂的豐富多彩。我覺得我面試上不如那幾個得分高,原因就在這個地方。我們大家都習(xí)慣用一首歌導(dǎo)入課堂,但只有幾個同學(xué)唱出來了。還有幾個同學(xué)板書里包括了簡筆畫。這些都是亮點。

      7、我有個同學(xué),進去面試時很緊張,表現(xiàn)很不好,都說了一半了差不多才覺得緩過來,她覺得沒戲了,就有點放棄,說課結(jié)束后,也沒有鞠躬,就垂頭喪氣的出來了,后來成績出來就差一點點錄取,她自己后悔的不行。要說的道理就是,不到出考場,一定要堅持。該有的自信,該有的禮節(jié),一定不能丟。

      8、額外話,可能因人而異。我們多數(shù)同學(xué)在學(xué)校里時并沒有過正規(guī)的說課訓(xùn)練,所以在準備的過程中可能會很抓狂,甚至很懷疑絕望。還是那句話,一定要堅持。

      9、有條件的話,借來教師用書看看,可能會給你靈感。有條件的話,問問往年考過的同學(xué),多打聽點過程,可以緩解到時候的緊張。

      10、不要忽視細節(jié)。一定要認真準備,不要有僥幸心理。面試拉分很大,而筆試成績差不開。即使筆試名次很靠前,最后也不一定能考上。
