Youth is not a time of life;it is a state of mind.青春不是年華,而是心境;
It is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees.青春不是桃面、丹唇、柔膝,It is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, vigor of the emotions;It is the freshness of the deep spring of life.而是深沉的意志、宏偉的想象、熾熱的感情;青春是生命的深泉在涌流。
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease.青春氣貫長虹,勇銳蓋過怯弱,進(jìn)去壓倒茍安,如此銳氣,This often exits in a man of 60, more than a boy of 20.二十后生有之,六旬男子則更多見。
nobody grows merely by the number of years;we grow old by deserting our ideas.年年有加,并非垂老;理想丟棄,方墮暮年。
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.歲月悠悠,衰微只及肌膚;熱忱拋卻,頹唐必至靈魂。
Worry, fear, self-distrust1 bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.煩憂、惶恐、喪失自信,定使心靈扭曲,意氣如灰。
Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being's heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what's next and the joy of the game of living.無論年屆花甲,抑或二八芳齡,心中皆有生命之歡樂,奇跡之誘惑,孩童般天真久盛不衰。

人人心中皆有一臺(tái)天線,so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from infinite, so long as you are young.只要你從天上人間接受美好、希望、歡樂、勇氣和力量的信號(hào),你就青春永駐,風(fēng)華常存。
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with the snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you've grown old, even at 20,一旦天線倒塌,銳氣被冰雪覆蓋,玩世不恭、自暴自棄油然而生,but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there's hope you may die young at 80.幾十年方二十,實(shí)已垂老矣;
然則只要豎起天線,捕捉樂觀的信號(hào),你就有望在八十高齡告別塵寰時(shí)仍覺得年輕。
一節(jié)英語課的評(píng)課標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
在進(jìn)入教室,首先觀察下教師與學(xué)生之間的互動(dòng)情況,師生關(guān)系是否融洽。這是作為一名教師所應(yīng)該具備的條件。只有這樣,才能讓孩子喜歡上英語課。其次,開始進(jìn)入上課,教師的復(fù)習(xí),熱身是如何呈現(xiàn)的。熱身的方式有很多種。例如,有老師采用唱歌的方式,讓學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)知識(shí)。把Hello.這首歌,套進(jìn)很多已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)的單詞,來復(fù)習(xí)。這是很新穎、靈活的方式?;钴S課堂氣氛。再如:可采用快閃的方式,讓學(xué)生集中注意力,回顧先前的知識(shí)。而在這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)上,我在評(píng)課上,主要看復(fù)習(xí)的知識(shí)是否跟后面的新知呈現(xiàn)有關(guān)系。如果復(fù)習(xí)的知識(shí),在后面的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中可運(yùn)用到。那么這個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)是有效的。但是往往很多新教師,復(fù)習(xí)與新知識(shí)的教授往往是脫節(jié)的。那么這個(gè)熱身,就是無用功。是敷衍的環(huán)節(jié)。并且熱身,要能夠迅速的讓學(xué)生投入到英語的課堂中。
三是,新知識(shí)的呈現(xiàn)上面。是否新穎。例如:有老師采用先前學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)引入新知,就我個(gè)人而言,我很喜歡這樣的方式。在學(xué)生熟悉的基礎(chǔ)上學(xué)習(xí)新知。難度大大的降低。英語的教授,分為單詞以及課文。這兩個(gè)部分是脫節(jié)的。存在著純粹的教單詞,純粹的教課文。教師時(shí)常將這兩部分脫節(jié)的來接。因此,在評(píng)課的時(shí)候,我會(huì)看教師的教學(xué)上,有沒有相互滲透。將句子拉到單詞來教授,滲透句子。對(duì)于后面的學(xué)習(xí)降低難度。
四是,教師對(duì)于本教材,本課文的,知識(shí)目標(biāo),情感目標(biāo),能力目標(biāo)是否把握明確。重難點(diǎn)有沒有突破,突破的方式是怎么樣的。這都是在評(píng)課中我會(huì)注意的地方。尤其在情感、能力目標(biāo)上,我們往往注重知識(shí)目標(biāo),忽略這兩個(gè)目標(biāo)。例如:在教授動(dòng)物單詞的時(shí)候,我們可以教學(xué)生We should love animals.這樣對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行德育的滲透。很值得學(xué)習(xí)的地方。
五是,課堂的師生互動(dòng)。學(xué)生的反應(yīng)情況。師生互動(dòng)體現(xiàn)在學(xué)生進(jìn)行操練的時(shí)候,教師是否有走到課堂中,與學(xué)生進(jìn)行互動(dòng),發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生中發(fā)音,或者不知道怎么操練等問題,即使的糾正。學(xué)生的反應(yīng)情況,可間接的呈現(xiàn)出學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)的情況,對(duì)于本節(jié)課學(xué)生掌握了多少。從學(xué)生的反應(yīng)我們大可知道教師的這堂課是否成功。
六是,課堂管理方面。英語的課堂時(shí)常在唱、跳、跑,做動(dòng)作當(dāng)中。課堂的紀(jì)律時(shí)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)混亂的現(xiàn)象。教師的管理,調(diào)控起了十分重要的作用。在評(píng)課時(shí)候,教師管理方面,也是我會(huì)注重的地方。
七是,既然是英語的課堂,作為英語老師,是否應(yīng)該采用全英文教學(xué)。答案是肯定的。我很推崇這個(gè)全英文教學(xué)。營造一個(gè)英文氣氛,不斷的滲透英文。英語是說出來的,不是學(xué)出來的。
八是,教師的板書設(shè)計(jì)是否新穎。能夠凸顯出教師的簡筆畫功底。板書在評(píng)課的當(dāng)中也是我會(huì)關(guān)注的。板書明確、新穎、能讓學(xué)生在進(jìn)入課堂之后,一下子就知道今天要學(xué)習(xí)什么。
本節(jié)課的主要內(nèi)容是小學(xué)英語第五冊(cè)第四單元的第二課時(shí),要求學(xué)生能講述自己可以做的家務(wù)活以及學(xué)會(huì)詢問朋友能做什么。是一堂以話題為主的情景對(duì)話課。它以聽說訓(xùn)練為主線,通過看、聽、說、演練、等一系列教學(xué)活動(dòng),使學(xué)生獲得最基本的英語聽說能力,并在教學(xué)中充分激發(fā)學(xué)生強(qiáng)烈的學(xué)習(xí)愿望。這節(jié)課達(dá)到了預(yù)期的教學(xué)目的。
1、設(shè)計(jì)較新穎。
對(duì)話教學(xué)就象一盤很難做好的菜,原料很簡單,但怎樣才能烹制出可口的味道了呢?為了使內(nèi)容更充實(shí),通過創(chuàng)設(shè)情景,示范教學(xué)內(nèi)容,習(xí)得語言知識(shí)點(diǎn)。并在掌握課本知識(shí)之后,啟發(fā)學(xué)生的思維,組織學(xué)生實(shí)踐,同過“我是大風(fēng)車主持人”,調(diào)查等形式,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的語言交際能力。并以一首小詩達(dá)到鞏固的目的,也陶冶了情操。教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)環(huán)環(huán)相扣,遵循從易到難,由簡到繁的認(rèn)知規(guī)律多媒體課件簡潔明了,恰到好處。
2、體現(xiàn)了學(xué)生的主體地位。
縱觀這節(jié)課,我設(shè)計(jì)了大量的活動(dòng),如歌謠、調(diào)查、我是主持人等。學(xué)生參與面較廣,充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性。整節(jié)課充分體現(xiàn)了以生為本的教育理念,安排了多樣的學(xué)生活動(dòng),其中
有個(gè)人、兩人、小組的,有教師指導(dǎo)性的,也(轉(zhuǎn)載自本網(wǎng)http://,請(qǐng)保留此標(biāo)記。)有需學(xué)生獨(dú)立或合作完成的。讓他們通過小組合作,Pair work學(xué)會(huì)與他人交流,從而使學(xué)生的思維和想像力、審美情趣和藝術(shù)感受,協(xié)作和創(chuàng)新精神等綜合素質(zhì)得到發(fā)展。并以“小組比賽”的方式,充分調(diào)動(dòng)了全體學(xué)生的參與積極性。
3、模擬情景,實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)以致用的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
我通過創(chuàng)設(shè)情景,將學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容與學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活相結(jié)合,使學(xué)生身臨其境,從而達(dá)到了學(xué)以致用的目的。例如,在新授前,我創(chuàng)設(shè)了感恩節(jié)來引入課本對(duì)話,讓學(xué)生受到情感教育。在教授完對(duì)話后,我又創(chuàng)設(shè)了大風(fēng)車節(jié)目,讓學(xué)生自由練說,根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況組織新對(duì)話,充分把學(xué)生的現(xiàn)實(shí)生活與教學(xué)內(nèi)容相結(jié)合,達(dá)到學(xué)以致用之目的。
4、存在的不足
本節(jié)課我利用了活動(dòng)式的教學(xué)方法,倡導(dǎo)了任務(wù)型教學(xué),但在整個(gè)的教學(xué)過程中,還對(duì)學(xué)生這頭放手得不夠“松”,還沒達(dá)到真正去體現(xiàn)了放手,由學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的效果。特別是在最后一環(huán)節(jié)中,教師如果再化多一點(diǎn)時(shí)間讓學(xué)生去交際,面向全體,使每個(gè)學(xué)生都機(jī)
會(huì)去表演,那也許會(huì)更好些。
還有,就是有些環(huán)節(jié)教師輸入的較多,可以適當(dāng)?shù)淖寣W(xué)生也輸出一些,那樣,就更體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的主體地位了。

I hold the opinion that we do what we should do first and then do what we want to do.As a student, the most fundumental thing we should do is reading ,of course, not limited to textbook.Really , books can enrich our lives.Only if we lay a solid foundation of knowledge, learn some skills and open our vision can we be qualified to enjoy life: traveling, shopping, climbing or something like that.Otherwise, we may feel uneasy while we are playing for fun, and the so called brilliant years will be like colored bubbles, which are splendid but hollow and short-lived.In addition, the state of one day is
determined by our mood, so controlling our emotion is really a compulsory course for us.Though it is extremely
